Fresh feel
Roses do not have a pleasant aroma to them, to me. I typically avoid products with rosewater or a rosy fragrance. There is also peppermint in the spray as well, but I can’t really tell. Peppermint has such an overpowering fragrance to it. In this spray it isn’t that noticeable, nor does it give my scalp that cooling and tingly feeling. Some people like that kind of sensation, but I have a sensitive scalp. After a while it starts to get on my nerves. But I can’t lie, the benefits of this spray supersedes the smell. I have to be so careful with my hair when it comes to certain products or else they’ll cause my scalp to be dry or product buildup.This spray is so lightweight and delicate on my locs. My hair feels noticeably softer since I’ve started using it. Trying to keep the entire length of my locs properly moisturized has been a finicky process. Especially since I bleached the ends of my locs. I did it over a year ago and haven’t touched it up, but there is still some breakage that happens because of it.It does take a while to dry though, depending on the thickness and length of your hair. My hair texture is 4c and it almost reaches down to my butt. I had to bust out my hair dryer just so that the spray wouldn’t leave my hair wet for too long. With the dryer, it didn’t take long to absorb into my hair. I did use it a couple of times without the dryer just to see how long it would take to fully dry without it. It took about an hour and a half to completely air dry. That isn’t a long time, but I’m impatient and I hate the wet hair feeling.I’m going to keep using this rosewater spray for a couple of months to see if there will be a big and noticeable change to the overall health of my locs. After that I’ll come back and jot down my final assessment here. It’s only been a couple of days since I started using it, but I like it so far.

Not bad, but not sure what is in it…
First up, huge fan of rose fragrance. On that point, this one delivers 100%. Very light and refreshing rose scent, it is not overpowering, and remains mostly something you can smell yourself or if someone gets (REAL) close to you. LOLI cannot say what, if anything, it does to your hair, as I did not use that for that purpose. I use this merely as a spray to refresh my face/neck on a warm day or when I need a quick refresher. For that, it works great.The reason I couldn’t give this anything over 3 was that there is no list of ingredients on the bottle. It came in a non-marked white bubble mailer, with the bottle cap and a spray attachment. That was it. The bottle has a label, but it doesn’t tell you much of anything RE: what is in the product. And the product isn’t particularly moisturizing or drying–it just feels like some water with some rose water added to it? (I didn’t detect any peppermint in the notes, but that’s a positive things IMO.)Also, the product is filled to the brim when you get it. So, when you attach the spray portion, you will spill some. Learn from my mistake, and either dispense some on your hands to use for the first time before you put the spray attachment, or pour some into another bottle for later use etc. No point paying almost 20 bucks for this only for almost an ounce of it to go waste as you try to get the spray attachment fitted!

Only A Scented Spray
I’m not impressed with this. The packaging looks like something someone made at home. I was hoping it could refresh my daughter’s curls. Since it is marketed for dreadlocks, I thought it would be hydrating for the hair. It is just a scented spray. The hair feels no after using it.

This smells like rose and peppermint water. The smell makes it feel like those ingredients are in it, and it does feel nice. However, it does not make my scalp that moisturized.

Moisture hair lock in.
This rose water really helps moisturize dry hair. I like to put it in when I put my braids in. Keeps my hair soft and moisturized. This doesn’t cause the hair to become oily or anything, especially when you’re going in between washings. The price is a bit expensive, but if you’re only using it sparingly, and not all the time, then it’s not that bad. The scent of it is really nice and the quality isn’t bad for what you get. It’s really easy to apply to your hair if that’s what you’re using it for, but then again you can use it for other parts on your body as well.

I like this product because of the quantity and quality.It’s good rose water and it actually does (re)freshen my hair and it’s pretty easy to apply.It smells nice and is good for daily usage.You get 10 oz which is a lot in this case because you don’t really need a lot!The continuous mist spray is enough to cover a lot without wasting product – it can easily last for 2+ months which is a great value to me.You can also reuse the bottle for other hair products. I wish the seller would have the option to purchase the rose water as a refill – without the sprayer – so you don’t have to purchase the entire set all over again!I like that it comes with two tops – the continuous sprayer and a regular cap so you can take it if needed when traveling or if you just want to store it for future use.Overall, this is a good buy!Smells good, moisturizes different hair types/styles and is affordable with a generous amount included – this is a good buy!
