Smells wonderful!
Eva Naturals 100% Pure Batana Oil arrived as described and looks just like the photos advertised.I got this to apply to my dry, flaky scalp. I have tried various things on it but nothing seemed to work. I read the many benefits of Batana Oil for hair and scalp health and I can now say I’m a fan. After just one application I’ve noticed an improvement. I applied it last night then double shampooed it out and I didn’t need any conditioner. My hair feels so soft and I have significantly less flakes this morning. I’m excited to see what the long term results will be.The applicator is so easy to apply, you just squeeze the bottle and the perfect amount of oil is dispensed into your hair. It recommended you apply to hands first but I put it directly on my scalp and used a scalp massager tool to work it in. The smell of this product is fantastic! It’s a little sweet and smells to me slightly like ripe banana. It’s so lovely and it made me want to eat it (I didn’t!).Overall, delighted with the quality and performance of this oil and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Lightweight oil with sweet scent – worth trying.
I was really curious about this batana oil since I’ve heard it can be great for scalp health and hair growth. The description says it’s 100% pure and cold-pressed, so I wanted to give it a try.It comes in a 118ml bottle with a separate narrow-tip applicator, which makes it easier to control how much you use—definitely a nice touch! The oil itself was a bit of a surprise. It’s a light yellow color and smells much better than the strong castor oil I’ve used before. The scent reminds me of sweet vanilla, though kind of like the artificial vanilla extract. It’s pretty lightweight but still on the greasy side, so a little goes a long way.I’ve been using it as an overnight scalp treatment—just a few drops massaged in before bed, then I wash it out in the morning. My hair feels really nice afterward! I’ve also read that you can mix a few drops into your regular conditioner for an extra boost, though I haven’t tried that yet.So far, I’m really enjoying this oil. It’s still too soon to tell if it’s making a difference in hair growth, but I’m excited to see how my scalp and hair respond over time!

I’m A Batana Oil Believer Now
I’ve read and heard a lot of impressive things about batana oil lately and I’ll admit, I was VERY skeptical, but also intrigued enough that I had to try it out. And my goodness, I’m soooo glad I did! I have fairly dry, damaged hair from years of bleaching and color treating, and within the first application of this in my hair (just 20 minutes before my shower) my hair actually felt soft and had movement again. MOVEMENT! I couldn’t believe it! I haven’t had movement in my hair since I was a teen! I also slathered some on my face as a moisturizing mask since I use Tretinoin that makes my skin peel. And wouldn’t you know it, it even made that as soft and smooth as a baby’s butt! I’m totally a believer now and will be adding this into my permanent skin and hair care rotation! My only regret is that I discovered this SOONER!

Hydrating oil
I have used a couple brands for batana oil, but I really like this one. If you are ordering ANY batana oil, please just understand that it is OIL! It will indeed feel … OILY!! I see so many reviews that are low because of that. Guys… So now that you know that, let’s move on. This oil does wash out well, leaving hair hydrated but not overly oily (esp if you concentrate on the mid to ends of your hair). My mother and I both felt like our hair feels nicer after just a couple uses. A little thicker, softer and less frizz especially. Scent is not too heavy. You could use this for like Gua Sha too, if your skin can take the oil. Good product!

One oil – many uses
With sooo many hair oils out there, it’s hard to know which one to use. I have been reading up on Batana oil, which is having its moment, much like argan oil did a few years ago. It is derived from palm trees and is purported to help hair growth, but it can also be used as a face and body moisturizer.The Eva Naturals Batana Oil is a caramel color and has a rich texture. It has an earthy, nutty smell that reminds me of being on vacation. You don’t need much and a few drops go a seriously long way, and one bottle will last a long time. I like adding it to my hair’s ends after blowdrying it. It tames the frizz and makes it shiny. This Batana oil is a fabulously hydrating face oil and is great to use with a gua sha tool. It can also be used as an overnight hair mask treatment. I just started using it but I have high hopes it will give me thicker hair over time!This is a great quality Batana oil that is made in the USA. If you are overwhelmed with choices, this is a great one to try!

Truly worked for Very damaged hair! Smells really good, has a “Natural” smell.
Used this on some Very Damaged Hair and it truly seems to be helping!This product is very similar to Olive Oil Both in “Texture” and “look” … and in feel too really! The similarities are so very close that i found it kind of hard to tell them apart. But this product has a much better scent to it. In fact, when left in your hair over night the next day to me, it almost smelled sweet like cake!I put this product on kind of thick, as i i wanted it to really soak into some very damaged hair and though it indeed gives a very thick “oiled” look to it, on my hair it did not really “feel” that heavy or thick if that makes sense. But each person would have a different experience with this pending how much you personally put on your hair. When it is on your hair it makes it super shiny! I found it no problem to wash back out, even when i put ALLOT on and left it on over night, it seemed to just wash right out of my hair with no problem at all! Within just a few days i swear my damaged hair looked and felt so much better! I am very impressed with this product and i would totally recommend it!Bottle says you can also put it on your skin, but i found it little heavy on face, but on other parts it was great for that as well. It worked wonders for my dry elbows! I believe this product to be good value for your money as it really does seem to work! I wish the bottle was bigger though as i can see myself continuing to use it! Was an easy 5 Stars for me!
