    Not for people with fibromyalgia

    This probably works great for “regular “ people.I have fibromyalgia, connective tissue disease and a few other chronic conditions.This is NOT a CLIPPER. It is a GRINDER. It grinds the ends of your nails, it does not cut.It vibrates and caused my nail beds to be incredibly sore. The pain is not worth it. It’s caused a flare and swelling in my hands and fingers.The product is fine, but I extremely DO NOT recommend it if you have any physical problems like fibromyalgia or lupus or other similar conditions.

    Amazing and Very Effective

    This is an amazing little device I wish I had known about long ago. So easy to use and does a really great job without even looking at it. You could literally cut your nails in the dark, and the polishing side makes your nails shine like glass. Love it!

    I looked forward to this nail cutter as Im getting older and it gets harder to reach my feet comfortable. I needed the extra length it provided Unfortunately the milling stone did not work well. It did not sand/grind well if thats the proper word for its action. Tried it on my toe nails and finger nails. Nails got hot and started hurting. Item looked good but what a disappointment and waste of money. It borders on being dangerous. Do yourself a favor and avoid it.Update: I want to go over what has prompted me to update my review. First I received communication from the company expressing regret for my experience. They offered to refund my money and I said yes to a refund which they gave me. I got a second email from them offering me a better updated nail clipper. After thinking it through I asked for the upgraded unit to see if this one worked better which it did . There was no charge on the second unit. I have to say that their customer service has been excellent . Not often have I’ve experienced this level of service. I felt no pressure to do an update and appreciate how they have responded.Bear

    If you want this for your toes, don’t waste your money

    This product does not work as intended for toenails. While it’s usable on fingernails, it completely fails for toenails. The built-in light blocks the view of the blade, making it nearly impossible to position a toenail correctly.I bought this for an elderly person, but even testing it myself—with good flexibility—it didn’t work. Poor design makes it impractical and frustrating. I would not recommend this for toenail care, especially for seniors.

    Trimming and Shaping Function work well

    Two of the three functions work well. The Trimming and shaping function work well but the polishing function is nearly worthless. I have problems with dexterity in my fingers and have trouble with fingernail clippers and was pleasantly surprised how well the trimming function worked and using the trimmer was easy.The manual is poorly written, completely missing how to power the device on. The manual also mislabels the actual power on button as a 2nd polishing button.
