As dúvidas que mais recebemos sobre compra, prazo e impostos.
O produto é original?
Sim — original, novo e lacrado.

Not happy with results, not recommended
I have very long, fine, straight hair, so i was excited to try this to add some waves and a little body with this device. I tried this wand on the lowest setting and it didn’t even slightly wave the hair. I skipped the second setting and went straight to the third and highest setting. As i was twisting my hair around it, i could smell the slight odor of burning hair. I still tried a few different strands of hair and the smell of burning hair increased. I decided to stop at that point. I also kept accidentally hitting and changing the power setting button because where it’s situated on the handle is exactly where you hold it while curling your hair. There was some slight wave immediately following using this hair curler, but all effects disappeared within about an hour. I didn’t see visible damage to the hair, but i could smell it, so I’m sure it did something detrimental to the health of my hair. I don’t think I’d use this product again.

Good Concept, Frustrating in Practice
I really, really wanted to like this and gave it a fair shot. I used it pretty much every day for about two weeks before finally giving up on it. The idea behind it is good, and I can see what they were going for with the heated brush design. I actually liked that the “brush” part is hard plastic instead of bristles because it makes it easy to clean and pull hair out afterward. It heated up quickly enough, and I could get some waves or curl out of it at times, but I could never get consistent results. I have fine hair with layers, and the biggest issue was that the ends of my hair kept slipping out from between the teeth while I was styling. Since the ends weren’t staying wrapped around the heated section, they barely curled at all, and my hair ended up looking more frizzy and unfinished than smooth and polished. The little instruction page that came with it didn’t help much either. The English translation was very rough and hard to understand, so I’m not even completely certain I was using it correctly or if I was missing some trick that would make it work better.Another frustrating thing is the button placement. The controls sit exactly where I naturally want to hold the tool, so I kept accidentally changing the heat setting or even turning it off without realizing it right away. Even once I knew this was an issue and tried to adjust my grip, I still kept hitting the buttons.I don’t think it’s completely terrible because I did get decent results occasionally, and maybe for thicker hair or hair with fewer layers it might work better. But for me, it took way more effort than it should have and just wasn’t consistent enough to keep using regularly.

Ok for the price
For the price, this curling iron actually does a pretty decent job. It heats evenly, creates nice curls, and feels easy enough to use for everyday styling without needing a cosmetology license and upper body strength.I especially like the longer barrel because it makes styling long hair way less annoying. You can wrap larger sections at once instead of standing there for an hour questioning your life choices halfway through curling your head. The cord also doesn’t constantly tangle itself into a hostile little knot, which deserves recognition honestly. The curls held better than I expected too, especially after letting them cool before brushing them out. It worked well on my hair without frying it, and the ceramic barrel seems to distribute heat pretty evenly overall. That said, this is definitely more of a practical everyday tool than a luxury salon-level styling iron. The build quality feels a little lightweight, and while it performs well, it doesn’t have that super premium feel some higher-end brands do. Also, depending on your hair type, you may still need hairspray or product for longer-lasting curls.Overall, this is a solid affordable curling iron that works well for regular home use. Easy to use, good results, and a nice option if you want something functional without spending a fortune.

Inconsistent Results, but Good Concept
This curling tool shows potential in terms of concept, but the real-world performance feels inconsistent depending on hair type and technique. When it works, it can create decent waves or curls and even help smooth or shape sections of hair during styling. The longer barrel design is helpful for working through larger sections, which can speed up the process for longer hair. However, results vary quite a bit. Some hair types may struggle to hold the curl, and achieving a consistent finish can take multiple passes and careful sectioning. The learning curve is noticeable, especially when trying to avoid uneven wrapping or slipping ends. The build quality also feels more lightweight than expected, which affects confidence during use. While it heats up and functions as intended, it doesn’t fully deliver a salon-level finish or long-lasting curl hold without additional styling products.Overall, it can work for basic styling and casual use, but the inconsistency and lower quality makes it less reliable as a go-to tool for polished or special-occasion results.

AAAAH!
I haven’t been able to straighten my hair myself for fear of burning the mess out of myself, but this hot comb makes it next to impossible to burn myself. It heats up super quickly and stays hot once it reaches temperature. But that lost star is for the insane ease of changing the temperature while actively combing my hair. All it takes is the tiniest shift of the comb or my hand and the barest little bit of pressure to either turn it up way too high or far too low.Otherwise, it’s super easy to understand and and operate and, again, it’s ridiculously hard to burn yourself with it (EEEEE!) so that even those of us with unsteady hands can use it.Thank you! Thank you so much for giving us an affordable alternative to burning our ears or neck.

Perfect!
This is amazing. Gets my daughters hair nice and straight.. my daughter and I love how this has a heat guard and doesn’t burn you when you are trying to straighten from the scalp. My daughter usually flinches when we use other types but this time she sat comfortably without the worry of getting burned. I can hold this comfortably and I won’t worry about being burned or burning something when set it down. It’s so easy to use and heats up pretty quick. Easy to travel with. Great quality. It doesn’t have a heat smell either while straining the hair. I am loving this.

Works great, but damaged after a few uses
I have long, unruly, thick wavy hair, and I normally wear it that way. I’m fortunate to have a stylist who is a genius with curly cuts and layering, and I think it looks good. But the last time I went in, she gave me long bangs and did a blowout, and my hair looked so amazing that I had to take a photo to commemorate the occasion, because I knew it would never look that great again. I’ve been trying to replicate it. I’m a total klutz with a round brush and a blow dryer, but I’ve been able to get good results by sleeping in satin heatless curlers. That’s not always practical, however (like when I go to the gym first thing in the morning and ruin my hairstyle). But then this curling wand came along. There’s a learning curve (pun not intended) to using this tool. I was able to find a YouTube tutorial for a similar one. You have to comb through your hair so there are absolutely no tangles, take a small section, stick the comb part of the barrel near the roots and twist the whole thing away from your face, then pull slowly from roots to ends. The result is a straight shaft of hair with a gentle curl at the end. With how thick my hair is, this required a lot of sections.Next, the heat setting. There are three to choose from, and the higher the heat, the more dramatic the results – but also, the more damage to the hair. I found that the middle setting gave the best results without frying my curls. As you can see from the photos, this tool tamed my hair dramatically. It didn’t turn out as “swoopy” as a blowout, but the effect is still very nice. I was at a social event this week and two people randomly commented that my hair looked great, and one young dude said I was looking extra hot (and I was dressed head to toe in Duluth Trading Company, so it wasn’t my alluring outfit that did it). I’m impressed. However, this isn’t perfect. Number one, the design: the on/off button, which also serves to change the heat setting, is located exactly where my thumb rests when I’m using the wand. I’m constantly accidentally changing the setting or even turning it off. Number two, durability. I’ve used this five times over one week, it’s ridden a total of six miles in my gym bag, and the ceramic coating is already flaking off (see photo). I was about to give a five star rating before I saw that.At the time I ordered this, the price was pretty low, and I’d consider it a great value if not for the durability issue. You might still consider it if you can’t afford a better tool, because it does work well, but overall I can’t recommend it.

Very cheaply made. Barley worked. Will not be using it.
I was very disappointed in this product. I recently got a good portion of my hair cut off and was looking for something to kind of help my wavy hair behave better. At first, it wouldn’t even go on. The light kept flickering (I tried to get a video but it wouldn’t show up.). I finally got it to turn on by kind of tapping it. There was clearly a short. I didn’t feel comfortable having this in the house. If you look at the plug, it’s pretty much just metal. No polarization. I would not suggest buying this product. I actually feel it’s dangerous.
