Dead on arrival.
I’m mad the battery only lasted for one cut then it never held a charge again. If the battery was working, I could really enjoy the product. I tried multiple chargers and even different cables. I must have received a defective one. It is a great idea, but they need to go back to research and development and figure out how to improve the quality of the battery life and use a rechargeable battery that works or even if battery didn’t work have a plug-in electrical feature if necessary. Product was a waste of money.

Didn’t work for me!
I’ve been using this for a while now and honestly didn’t expect it to be this useful. I usually do my own cleanup and trims, and this made it way easier. The fade adjustment is nice, it feels comfortable in hand, and the different attachments actually come in handy instead of just sitting in the box. Battery life has been good so far too. I think I found the cheat code combo for easy home haircut with fades, I used this first to get a general fade/taper 3 along the sides and 3 and 8 on the back, it left lines tho, and I used the fadify 2.0 to take off the lines this thing created, and you get surprisingly good barber shop level results, each on their own do not work will, this leaves lines and the faddy 2.0 is only good to blend the ends of your taper, but combing them together works really well
