This comb really works to pickup dandruff on the scalp. It didn’t pull my hair since I was focused on the scalp only and wasn’t using it as a comb only. The comb itself was easy to hold, withstood the pressure of use, and has held up over time. All you do is comb regularly but focus more on the scalp and then press the button on the top of the comb to release the dandruff. One thing I noted was the dandruff can get stuck in the comb so you may need to use a small brush to clean it periodically for the extra particles that don’t come out.I bought a two-pack to give one away to my mom. I was careful using it on her hair/scape since her head is more sensitive but it still worked on her. It might be gross to look at but it is helping my scalp in the long run. The only tip I would share is not to do it too often or you can irritate the scalp, so I would recommend using this once a week to help clarify the scalp before shampooing hair.

Satisfying Viral Scalp Comb—Great for Buildup, Still Testing Long-Term Claims
After seeing this comb all over social media, I finally decided to purchase it for myself and my two daughters. It is definitely as advertised—both cool and a bit gross at the same time. The comb works exactly as described, especially the push-button feature on the back that makes it incredibly easy to clear away everything the teeth collect from your hair. In terms of performance, it does an excellent job of physically lifting and removing scalp buildup. It was quite satisfying for all three of us to see how much it actually pulled up. However, I am still on the fence regarding the claims that it “detoxes” the scalp or provides a permanent fix for dandruff. While it is a fantastic tool for physical exfoliation and immediate cleaning, I haven’t noticed a significant change in our scalp health over time yet.Overall, it is a fun and effective tool if you are looking for a satisfying way to manage flakes and buildup. It is definitely a hit in our household for the “gross-out factor” alone, and the self-cleaning mechanism makes it much more convenient than a standard comb.

Where has this been all my life?
As someone who has had dermatitis, even with prescription shampoos along with rotating other dandruff shampoo recommended by my dermatologist, I still have flare ups. I find myself scratching my scalp. I’ve tried other things, lice combs, that vibrating spatula thing. THIS COMB WORKS! It itches the scalp while gathering up the dandruff in nice larger balls and then makes them easy to dispose of. So much better than cleaning out my nails, the lice comb and then brushing away all the little flakes on me. I still use all the shampoo but any time i wan to itch I grab this comb. I keep one in my purse so I can pull it out whenever I have the urge.

Definitely a good buy! I don’t like many things as they never work as well as they should but these are great. They pull up all the build up and spit it out in neat piles and my head isn’t itchy all day. Gross to look at but definitely does the trick !

Amazing!
I honestly didn’t think I’d like it much, but it’s been great. I haven’t had been using it by itself of course, it’s not a treatment, but it’s very clearly taken out the visible flakes. I use an anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner, but this comb still helps greatly. It’s comfortable to hold, not harsh on my scalp, and feels really durable. Alone with the wash treatments, I’ve been seeing a lot less flakes, and it’s a lot less embarrassing when I go to fix my hair or wear a black shirt. Definitely would buy again, but doubt I’ll need more since these seem really durable
