nice feel and scent, some improvement
I have been using this cream on my feet once, sometimes twice a day, for a few weeks. I usually put it on while I’m watching TV, an hour or so before heading to bed. It has a light, pleasant scent, which is not overly strong or perfumy. It is a lightweight cream, which I appreciate, because it absorbs quickly and easily and doesn’t leave any sort of sticky residue and doesn’t have a greasy feel. Although I like many of the features of this cream (light, non-greasy, pleasant scent), I was hoping for more noticable benefits. I am not seeing any improvement to dry or callused areas, nor any improvement to cracked heels. There is an immediate moisturing look and feel to dry areas, but after absorbsion, I don’t see any lasting improvement. I realize that there isn’t a magic cream that sloughs away and prevents calluses and cracked heels, but I was hoping for something a bit more noticable and effective.

PUTRIZEN’s 40 % Urea Cream for Foot Repair Is the real heel deal! I put it on before bed and cover my feet with moisturizing heel gel socks. After several nights in a row, my feet look and feel so much better. The high concentration of urea basically debrides the thickened, rough and scaled areas. But it doesn’t damage the healthy happy skin. No smell, no mess with quick absorption. Rinses off easy in the shower, and is not greasy or dangerous feeling. It is amazing! You don’t need to use too much of this strong cream. I use gloves to apply to protect my fingernails. It’s easy to use. Great price for a product that works.

Works if used correctly and even on manicure
I actually got this for dry skin on my feet, but I’ve been using it during my manicures and I really like how well it works. I use a small amount around the cuticle area and on rough skin, and it leaves everything feeling much softer and moisturized. The cream is pretty rich, so a little goes a long way. I like having something this moisturizing on hand, especially when I’m doing a lot of manicures and my hands and the skin around the nails can get so dry that it’d hurt to cut the cuticle without any softening product on it. I think it’s worth the price, because it does really help with dry skin but on your feet you really need to use it as a routine or it will not work as expected. It has little to non smell, and even though it feels “greasy” when first applied, once absorbed it will be fine and smooth.

When I need urea cream, I always look for 40%. This one works as well as any. If you really want results, put it on your feet generously, wrap them in cling wrap and put on a pair of socks on top. Then leave them on overnight. Next morning you will see a huge improvement. It always smells a bit like urea cream, but with the socks and cling wrap, it’s barely noticeable. My skin felt moisturized and much less rough afterwards.
