Works well. Really good air flow and cool shot feature
I’ve had the Dyson air wrap for years and it finally broke. I wasn’t ready to spend $600+ again so I gave this a try. It works just as well as the Dyson, maybe even has more air flow if that makes sense and was a fraction of the price. It doesn’t have 2 size curling barrels like the Dyson, only one size but if you can get past that, it has a better dryer attachment and brush attachments.

It Curls Well
I love that this tool initially curls my hair (regular curling irons don’t), but after about 30 minutes my curls are almost straight again. Doesn’t matter how much I prep my hair or products I use. I just have extremely straight hair that want’s to stay straight I guess. I wanted this to work for me. It’s not the product, it’s my hair.

Worth the investment, but..
PROS: Make sure to press the on putting for a few seconds and it will turn on! It’s fast drying! Love the temperature options and the 3 levels of air flow. Light weight!CONS: Buttons are extremely sensitive, and you will find your self changing temperature or air flow. It is annoying the long press to turn on and off everytime you need to work on a new section. The different tools are made of cheap plastic. Make sure they don’t fall, or they will break. There are 2 filters, and you will find yourself covering one constantly and it’s annoying.If you can get over these cons, it’s worth the investment.

Awkward but effective
I got this at a great price (about half off!) so I can live with the awkwardness of it.The buttons are placed exactly where you have to hold it to work with it so I’m constantly turning it off or changing the heat settings. The curling iron part takes some getting used to but it works so it’s worth learning the finer points to make it less awkward. It uses hot air to blow strands of hair around the shaft and you twist the barrel and hold to set the curl. One barrel blows left and the other blows the hair strand right so you need to swap barrels out. To make the curling iron change you need to use a thick washcloth to keep from burning your hand however.The blow dryer work very well. Quickly drys hair. The curling part is less perfect. If you’re looking for quick and easy, this isn’t it. If you want a styling kit however, this is it.

I bought during November Black Friday 2024 and gave it as a late Christmas gift in February of 2025 to a family member (they live far away). When I saw them again in November of 2025 They told me it broke back in October. Seller please contact me I would like to exchange or refund I have looked online and it is impossible to find customer service for mescomb. Only reason why I did not give it a one star is because when it worked, it worked well…. but now it won’t even turn on.
