looks good, but I have reservations.
so compared to the name brand they seem the same, except this one has a few more ingredients. I researched them on their own, and they seem fine. What gives me pause is that there are misspellings in the instructions, both on the box and the bottle itself. My thinking is if their quality control is this bad on simple instructions, how much do I trust their ingredients? I have not been able to make myself use this product simply because I just don’t trust it. And I don’t want to risk my health to save a few bucks.I was really hopeful for this product, but I’d rather not use it than take a chance.I do not feel it is fair of me to give them only one star, I don’t feel it would be right since I have not actually used the product. I removed 2 stars because of the misspellings. And since I can’t make myself use it, I cannot recommend it.

Minoxidil for hair growth
I ordered this Minoxidil treatment to see if it would help with the massive hair loss I have been experiencing as a result of perimenopause. The treatment comes in a liquid form and requires just a few drops to be massaged into the scalp every day. I have just been using it around my hairline above my forehead, since that is where I see the thinning the most. It is super easy to dispense with the dropper. I usually just have to touch the dropper to the parts of my head I want to apply it and enough liquid comes out that I don’t need to really squeeze the dropper at all. It spreads so well that it doesn’t take much. There is a very slight alcohol smell to the liquid, but it is not even something I notice once it is applied. I have been able to use it during the day and it does not make my hair greasy, so I am able to leave it on for a full 24 hours every day. The liquid is colorless, so it does not stain and the lid is childproof, but not impossible to open for an adult. Overall, I am happy with the application process and with the product, so I am just waiting to see if I will have improved hair growth in a couple months.

This is a Vine review for Koi Beauty 5% Minoxidil for Men & Women Hair Growth, Beard Growth, Hair Loss Treatment, Unisex Adult 60ml (2.02oz) – Child-Resistant Packaging.I was concerned about trying this product after finding that it was made in China, as I am not familiar with their regulatory standards.And, after I received the item I was diagnosed with a heart condition, so I am not able to try the product on myself, as minoxidil can occasionally cause cardiovascular side effects such as palpitations or changes in heart rate.So, what I can do, is inform you on what I found about the product when researching on the DailyMed website which is used as one of the most authoritative drug information resources available in the United States, maintained by the U.S. National Library of Medicine, which is part of the National Institute of Health. DailyMed provides the public and healthcare professionals with official information on Drug Fact labels that manufacturers submit to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.The packaging of this product includes a U.S.-style Drug Fact panel and an NDC number. NDC: National Drug Code, used to identify drug products in the U.S., managed by the FDA. Having an NDC doesn’t automatically mean that the product has been approved by the FDA, or that the FDA has certified or tested this specific batch.It’s also labeled “Made in PRC” (China). The label includes biotin and niacinamide along with 5% minoxidil, which differs from several traditional minoxidil products.It also displays a CE mark, which is associated with products sold in Europe and unusual for products sold in the US but Amazon has customers from all over the world, so I don’t think they would package this just for US customers, I’m sure it’s sold to European buyers as well.In addition, it has an ISO mark, but it doesn’t specify what ISO specification or a certification number, so it makes that stamp less meaningful.My overall impression of the products legitimacy and safeness, and this is just from my own experience – – as I judge every product that I put on or into my body, nothing immediately proved it was counterfeit or harmful. None of those features alone set off a red flag with me, but together they make the labeling seem a bit different from what you’d expect on a typical U.S. pharmacy-brand minoxidil. So, all in all, buyers who pay close attention to packaging may want to review the label carefully before purchasing.

Minoxidil serum!! Minoxidil (pill) works wonders me so a serum is going to be amazing!
I ordered this Minoxidil hair growth serum for my husband because Minoxidil is what I’m taking for my hair growth since being on a GLP-1 and experiencing hair loss. Since my doctor prescribed that medication to me, I knew it is used to help with hair growth and I have seen new hair growth since taking it. I wanted my husband to have the same results without taking a pill. Since this is in a serum, it may work better. Only time will tell and the instructions say it can take 3-4 months. Knowing what I know about Minoxidil, I believe that this serum is going to work wonders for my husband. I’m really excited to see the results. For men, they need to rub it on their scalp for 3-5 minutes 2x a day. Women only once a day. I think this is a great quality and a great value. I have high hopes and belief in this product.

Minoxidil is the only thing that’s helped regrow my severe hair loss
If you’re experiencing hair loss and go to a doctor they’re going to tell you minoxidil topical treatment a biotin vitamins but this has both. You also need something with at least 5% minoxidil which this has. You have to use this consistently to see results! Twice a day 3 drops and massage for 3 minutes. This one comes with a dropper which I appreciate more than the spray kinds because you can apply it a lot easier. It doesn’t leave my hair greasy. It doesn’t have the strongest smell but it’s kind of like a light alcohol and vitamin scent if I had to try and explain it. Many people suggest rosemary for growth but the scent of it is overpowering and burns and you don’t have to deal with either with this product. If you use this daily for a couple weeks and see growth then this one is a more affordable brand to keep getting for a few months straight to really see results. It’s not magic and can’t make your hair grow like crazy because it’s a process you have to be willing to have patience and a routine with.

My husband has used Minoxidil 5% for the past 15 years. He uses the popular brand we all have heard of and which is USA made. He has used the dropper liquid form, spray, and foam. He prefers the dropper version. Unfortunately this product is not USA made. They mark it as PRC which is People’s Republic of China. I generally like supporting local or USA made products. I still like this product overall.He has taken Biotin supplements orally in the past. This Koi Beauty version contains Biotin and Niacinamide. Both are great for healthy hair growth. My husband often will use Minoxidil with a dermaroller on his scalp. The needles stimulate hair growth and collagen production. They also prepare the scalp to better absorb the Minoxidil.To use this 5% Minoxidil, apply 2-4 drops directly to Freshly washed hair that has been blow dried or is only lightly damp from air drying. Massage gently with fingertips. Men can use this twice a day but women should use this once per day, according to the product instructions. This is not sticky or overly greasy. My husband has been using this product daily. Please note that this and other similar brands take several months to see significant results. Also, stopping Minoxidil can cause the appearance of hair shedding as hair may go back to its usual level of thinning. This type of product does not cure hair loss, it has to be continually used. This seems to work as well as his other brands. The reason for my 4 star rating is the odd phrases and incorrect spellings/grammar on the product packaging. (example: “moring and night”) It makes me slightly uneasy. There has not been any irritation or health issues thankfully. The price for one bottle is higher than what we pay for our usual brand.

This is my first time using any form or brand of 5% Minoxidil. It is too early to tell if it will regrow hair. However, I can say that Koi Beauty 5% Minoxidil is easy on both my scalp and my wallet.For this price point, the bottle was much larger than I expected. At only a few drops per day, this bottle will last a long time. The dropper was big. I needed to be careful. The first time, it was too many drops. Once I knew to be careful, it was easy. I am applying it shortly after my shower. I massaged for the requested two minutes. Three drops was more than enough for my entire scalp. It massaged completely in. There was no residual oil, etc. My scalp, which is notoriously fussy, didn’t complain. There was no irritation, flakiness, oil buildup, etc.I don’t know if 5% Minoxidil will work for me. However, Koi Beauty 5% Minoxidil gives me an affordable way to find out. At the time of review, Koi Beauty 5% Minoxidil is an excellent value. By the end of this bottle, I will know if it will work for me..
