High concentrate urea cream
I like to know where my skincare products were made, and this one was made in China. This urea cream is a thick lotion, kind of a cross between a cream and a lotion. It has a very high urea concentration at 70%, which is the main ingredient for softening and smoothing rough, cracked skin. Other urea creams I have seen were more in this 10-40% range.I used it on dry patches on my elbows and heels. It helped soften the rough areas and added moisture. It would be useful for cracked heels, elbows, knees, or other thickened dry spots on the body.The ingredients include salicylic acid, tea tree oil, and alcohol, which can be irritating for sensitive skin. It did not irritate my skin on first use.Overall, this works as a basic, functional cream for rough body skin if that’s what you need. It’s not something I would reach for regularly for my own sensitive skin, but it will be helpful for targeted foot or elbow care.

Actually delivers on softening tough, dry skin
I’ve struggled with dry, rough heels for a while and have tried plenty of foot creams that barely made a dent, so I was genuinely curious whether the high urea concentration here would make a difference.What I liked: it did. Within a few days of applying it nightly to my heels and covering with socks, I noticed real softening, not just surface moisturizing but actual improvement in the rough, callused areas. The salicylic acid combination seems to help with breaking down dead skin faster than a plain moisturizer would. It absorbed well without leaving a greasy residue that I hate dealing with. Where it could improve: the scent is a little clinical, nothing terrible but not pleasant either.Good pick if you have seriously dry or calloused heels and want something that actually works, not just another lotion that sits on the surface.

So I had 2 cracks on my heel due to pedicure place literally shaving my foot with that grater and it wouldn’t heal! I had tried other lotions with feet rubber gloves and it wouldn’t take..finally I decided to purchase a cracked feet lotion and im so glad I did! In 3 days applying 2 times a day the cracks began to heal and my feet are smoother. This lotion isn’t thick at all but it definitely works wonders. The bottle has a pump which I like as well. There’s no fragrance. If your feet are in need, do not hesitate and get this for them.

This review is for the Young Young Love 70% Urea + 2% Salicylic Acid Cream.As someone who spends long shifts on my feet as a nurse, I am always looking for products that can help with dry, rough skin and the inevitable cracks that develop on heels and other high-friction areas. This cream has been a pleasant surprise.The first thing I noticed was how quickly it absorbs. Despite having a rich, creamy texture, it seems to sink into the skin almost immediately. There is no greasy residue, and my skin feels softer and more hydrated shortly after application.I’ve been using it primarily on my feet, heels, elbows, and other rough patches, and it does seem to help improve dry, cracked skin over time. The combination of 70% urea and 2% salicylic acid provides both intense moisturization and gentle exfoliation, making it particularly effective for stubborn rough areas.I also appreciate that the formula is fragrance-free. Many intensive repair creams have strong medicinal or perfumed scents, but this one is virtually odorless.The ingredient list is another highlight.
