Vegetable oil is a general term for a family of toxic oils, and there is no such thing as “mild” olive oil (only olive oil that has been cut with a toxic oil or that has gone rancid).3. Give your scalp a vigorous massage for a few minutes each day. This improves circulation so those struggling hair follicles have a fighting chance.
