Excellent part of my foot care routine
I’ve been using this alongside a foot cream that I got from the same people who make the “working hands” hand cream and I think this is an unbeatable combo as far as getting my ugly feet back in shape from being so dry and cracked. My feet look and feel significantly better now. It’s amazing what a little foot care will do. I also started grinding my feet with one of those rotating sand paper grinder things, I forgot what they’re called, and that helps a lot too. So the routine is to grind the foot to get the worst hard stuff off, then use this and the foot cream to get it looking and feeling more back to normal in just a couple of days. It’s not really that greasy and it moisturizes and makes a bad looking foot pretty decent in just a few days.

When I turned 50 my body began to fall apart. I’m a guy but I ALWAYS had great feet. I hate feet. I can’t stand them. I didn’t know how to counter it…never had to worry about it my whole life.Then this winter…the worst thing imaginable happened. I got cracks in my heels from wearing wool socks while shoveling ice. Not just cracks…like I thought I was going to have to get stitches! My feet had dried out and were just splitting open!! It was awful. And as a diabetic…open wounds on the foot? I was scared to death!So once my feet healed, I decided I needed to look into something to prevent it from happening again.This is AMAZING!!!! It’s for dry, cracked heels with thick skin!!! Obviously do NOT use it on feet with wounds. It has Salicylic Acid which really helps get deep hydration into the rough skin and heal it from the inside out.Its not greasy and smells great. Super easy to use. You rub it in, let the dogs dry and then put on your socks. But the wait time is not long for it to dry like some things. You don’t need to apply it to your whole foot. I would start with the heels.Overall application was easy and fast and I started to see results in just days. The self application stick means you don’t have to get it all over your hands which I LOVE!By the end of 3 weeks my feet were back to normal! So I’m ready for the beach and pool now! Absolutely worth the price to try! I definitely recommend it and am going to order some more now to keep things in tip top shape.Not just a lotion…its a foot care stick!!!

Urea? What Is Urea????
This review is for Nyloriaine 60% Urea Cream Stick Foot Balm.I am unable to get pedicures like I did in my youth. Something about un-disposable income. Sigh. How I miss the callous removers and how soft my feet felt!Now my feel look like “working woman’s feet” (similar to “working woman’s hands”). Occasionally, I put a greasy lotion on them and stick them in socks before bed, it helps soften them a bit, but the callouses still remains.Enter a foot balm with 60% Urea and 2% Salicylic Acid. I’ve heard about Salicylic Acid for years. But Urea? What is that?Google AI said a lot about Urea, as it is used in many various places for various purposes. This is what AI said about skincare: “Skincare: Used as a humectant and keratolytic agent, it hydrates skin, reduces dry, scaly patches, and aids in treating conditions like eczema.”I also searched keratolytic agent, and Google AI said this: “A keratolytic agent is a topical medication that dissolves or breaks down keratin, the tough protein making up the outer layer of skin (stratum corneum). They promote shedding of dead skin cells, loosening scales, softening thick skin, and treating conditions like acne, warts, psoriasis, and corns.”It sounds like this product is exactly what I need. Last night, I rubbed it all over my feet and put on my trusty socks as to keep my sheets clean and the product on my feet. This morning I woke up and my feet feel smoother. They don’t feel softer … yet, but there is a decided difference on how they felt before bed and after.The product comes in a system similar to a roll-on deodorant. Twist off the cap, twist the balm up from the bottom, and rub on your feet. Then massage your feet before applying socks. (The socks is my idea.) It’s that simple, and no expensive pedicure is needed.I’m going to continue to use it nightly and am looking forward to my feet feeling fine again.

So convenient, much less mess
I like using urea creams and treatments on my feet but they can be a pain to apply because you’re supposed to wash it off your hands after using (or at least the ones I’ve tried have these instructions). So you have to apply it to your feet, cover your feet or wear thick socks, then stumble over to the sink to wash. This stick version is much easier to use. You can apply it without the product touching your hands. The balm is soft and does not take much pressure to apply an even coat. At times it is a little too soft and if you push too hard the product will push out over the edge of the tube. You can just wipe it on your heel and still not need to touch the product.The product is odorless, the only smell I can detect is similar to an unscented lip balm. It’s not greasy or oily but it is thick and you will need to wear socks to keep from slipping, as well as to avoid staining surfaces and your shoes. It does a great job of moisturizing and seems to coat rather than absorb. I usually rinse any remaining product off of my feet in the morning. The only drawback is the price, which seems rather high for a relatively small tube.

Glides onto your skin quickly, without mess.
This creamy stick was easy to apply to just the areas you need to use on your skin. This is the first time, I have used something like this and I was so happy to have found this product. I used it on my heels that tend to get super dried out and need help exfoliating seasonally. I was so impressed on how fast and easy it was to apply this cream stick to my heels. Within minutes, my skin absorbed and softened resulting in my skin being more moisturized, without being greasy. I am very happy with this product and how much healthier my skin looks and fells. Well done.

Noticeable softening , thick itchy dead skin reduction
What 60% Urea means and you may want it. At concentrations above 10% urea breaks down keratin, removing dead skin cells and softening rough, thickened skin. Avoid use on broken or sensitive skin (not to be confused with including thickened dry cracked skin)For maximum effectiveness apply to clean , slightly damp skin( best: after shower or bath but even clean and wet from washcloth is more effective than smearing across rough rigid skin- which would also use conciderabley more product to cover and work in) This is a soft twist up stick that can be gouged when rubbed directly on hard calluses😉. Seems to be fairly priced. I have felt nothing uncomfortable, no stinging even when applying to rough dry cracked cuticles near sensitive skin – I would have expected some stinging..(was attempting to see how much it would sting maybe 😉 No sting but cuticles quite soft next day. Concentrations THIS high are generally for THICK layers of BUILT UP up DEAD SKIN (CRACKED heals ETC.. ). . Just to give you reference below is guide to common concentrations found for various applications. I think this will best put into perspective10% Urea- General dry skin /maintenance.20% Urea – Rough skin, elbows & knees.30-40% Urea- Heavily callused, cracked & thickened skin, heels, etcThis product is 60% Urea(2nd ingredient) + 2% Salicylic acid ( 2nd to last ingredient ) . Would be considered Extra EXTRA Strength even for feet I suppose. . ONLY apply 60% urea directly to extremely THICK , dead skin, such as DEEP CRACKS on heels, SEVERE CALLUSES, or TOUGH ELBOWS. DILUTING WITH lotion after showering MAY BE A way to reduce % for other rough knees and elbow , for other applications likely best to ise another solution. Take care, hope this helps !
