    Really beautiful shampoo and

    I got the conditioner that competes the set, of course!This was my first time using Amika and it took my hair about a month to adjust. I wash my hair every 4 days on average. I LOVED the results!If you wash your hair twice and then condition it will be so clean and lovely. I used the heat protection goo before my dryer and the deep conditioning spray as needed between washes.I’m looking forward to trying another shampoo and conditioner set to see how it compares to mirrorball when I run out. I love this shine though!

    Smell!!!!

    I only just used this for the first time tonight but couldn’t come on here quick enough to rave about the smell. It does seem to make my hair feel shinier and smoother but time will tell after some more uses. But the smell is amazing. Almost smells like you’re wearing a high end perfume. I’d buy again and again just for that!

    it actually works!

    Over 70 years of washing my hair, I’ve found that most of the hype is less than real. Saw the Amika Shampoo (normal washing instructions) and Shine (after shampoo, apply, wait 1 minute, rinse), so I figured I might as well try it yet another brand. And I can’t believe it actually made a huge difference! At age 70+, with hair that became grey and white, more coarse in texture, with any shine idea a thing of the past. But the difference these made is truly remarkable. My hair is shiny and soft, more improved than with any other product, and I’ve tried them all. Yes, another product for more $, but if you’re in the same situation hair-wise, you really should try this. I was truly impressed!

    Amazing results

    My hair stylist recommended this shampoo and conditioner this is the one I’ve been using for 5 months now and I have noticed great results definitely more shine, thickness and my hair no longer looks dull as I get my hair bleached every 10 weeks. Highly recommend using and the great smell is a huge bonus as the public would ask me what I was wearing and I said it’s my shampoo and conditioner.

    Awful

    I have been using Amika’s Vault shampoo and conditioner for years and loved it. Earlier this year I tried to order more only to find it had been discontinued. On Amika’s website it says Mirrorball is the replacement for it and that it is “an improvement”.It is most certainly not an improvement. The shampoo smells terrible like it’s gone bad, nothing like any other Amika products I’ve tried. It leaves my hair oily like I haven’t washed my it in a week. I get none of the shine I got from the Vault shampoo which Mirrorball promises. My hair is less soft and smooth with this shampoo than the old formula.Overall, a big downgrade from it’s predecessor. Will be looking for a new shampoo and returning my unopened bottle.

    My old gray hair loves this

    I am 68yo and I have very long white-gray hair. I decided to try this for the shine it promises, and it does not disappoint. Helps moisturize and makes my hair shine. I don’t need a conditioner. A couple sprays of the blow dry spray from Amika. It’s pricey but it’s worth it.

    Great, Just Not For Me!

    I really enjoy products from Amika as they smell wonderful and provide high-quality results. This shampoo is great for most, but does not work well with my hair type. I typically have oily hair and this only caused more oil and build up instead of cleaning my hair well. I do stand behind the quality of this shampoo – it is just not for me!

    Healthy and happy hair!

    My first Amika hair product but I’ve always been fascinated by their packaging, I like it because it’s very bright and playful. Popped it open to have a little whiff and it was nice and fresh so squeezed a tiny bit out and… wow, it’s surprisingly runny, almost watery compared to most shampoos I’ve used. At first, I wasn’t sure if I got a dud but once I washed my hair and got to actually rubbing it in and working it through my hair, it made more sense. The thinner consistency actually helps it spread really evenly without needing to use tons.It lathers just well enough to feel like it’s cleaning properly but doesn’t give you the dried out, flat feeling you do get from sulfates. It has a really nice scent but like most shampoos, it doesn’t linger too heavily after rinsing. My hair is thin and slightly wavy so I’m always wary of new shampoos because so many make my hair flat. But this was lovely and lightweight and super easy to rinse out.I’m not usually big on fancy shampoos, prefer to spend a bit extra on leave-ins more than something I’m going to wash out, so I was a bit surprised because my hair actually looked a bit shinier after washing with this (kept the rest of my routine the same to check). I’m a dark brunette and I think the colour looked deeper and glossier and even though I don’t have coloured hair at the moment, I could see how it’d be great for maintaining tone and vibrancy. Also made my hair feel super soft, I brushed it out after air drying and it was less tangly than usual. No frizz to report either.The texture did throw me off a bit at first, and it might throw you off too, but I’m glad I stuck with it, and think you would be too. I love it and I’m happy to recommend it too!

    Nice but not effective on treated hair

    This is a nice shampoo, but I didn’t find my hair any shinier than with my normal products. My hair is a blend of greys and bleach so it’s not necessarily in the very best condition, and I wasn’t expecting miracles, but although it felt soft it wasn’t any smoother/shinier than usual.The consistency is slightly more liquid than most shampoos, it definitely needs a double wash to get through thicker hair, but as you don’t need huge amounts it will still last a while.It’s quite expensive and while it has been nice to use, I don’t think I would repurchase because it isn’t suitable for my hair type. If you have generally healthy, non chemically damaged hair this might work very well for you though.

    Love amica!!!!

    I love my amica products. They contain zero harmful ingrediants. My hair was more shiny for sure, but not exceptionally. However, the product is safe and gentle on my hair, cleans well, doesnt strip my color, and smells wonderful.
