Great for callouses in tight spots
This is a review for ANUMITRA Electric Foot Callus Remover Rechargeable – Professional Pedicure Tool for Feet with Dual-Speed 2-in-1 Rollers, Electric Foot File & Grinder for Dead Skin, Cracked Heels & Dry Skin CareI am a middle aged teacher with some foot issues. I see a podiatrist regularly, use prescription orthotic insoles, and give myself home pedicures to manage my callouses. I have tried several different versions of these powered rotary callous remover tools, as well as pumice stones, metal pedicure rasps, and sandpaper-style and glass pedicure files. Each is pretty unique. But until I tried this one, I always have struggled a bit with getting to reach the callous that forms on the ball of my foot, closer to the crease near my toes. None of my other tools could easily reach that area, but the design of this tool is superior in accessing that tight area.Since the rotary head rotates at the end of the file, positioned in line with the handle, and with miniml plastic shielding at one end, I found it very easy to get into more difficult to reach areas on my foot. The one caveat- I found that I need to hold my toes securely with one hand, slightly bent back from the sole of the foot (just gently held out of the way) to avoid having my pinky to “grabbed” by the rotating file, if I was holding the file so that it rotated “into” the crease between the ball of my foot and toes. If it rotates “away” from the crease, then it can’t catch a toe as easily. I did have it “catch” my toe once, which was uncomfortable for a moment and stopped the rotaty head from spinning, but it was not painful and was easily removed without any issues.On one hand, I really like that this is a rechargeable unit. It’s convenient, compared to battery usage. However my past experience with this sort of thing is that the rechargeable batteries inside are not always very long-lasting, and the longevity of the battery eventually becomes too short for use. The only way to know if this unit will last over time is to give it several months of use. I’ll try to come back to update if I find that the battery stops holding a charge.Also, I do prefer that these files are waterproof, because I like to soak my feet to soften the callouses before using something like this. However this unit is not waterproof or even water resistant, it must be used on dry skin. Doing this creates a lot of dust! I did find it very effective even without soaking my feet before use, so I think the waterproof or not is really a matter of user preference. Since I prefer soaking, but I found this so helpful in a difficult to reach spot on my feet, I will probably continue to use this rotary file in that area, dry, before I put it away and continue the rest of my pedicure by soaking and using different tools on the rest of my calloused areas. But this tool definitely solves a problem area for me, so I really think it is a great addition to my pedicure routine and kit.

Smooth feet, frustrating battery
I’ve been using this at home a couple times a week, usually post shower when my feet are softer, and the results themselves are honestly great. It removes dead skin fast and leaves my feet noticeably smoother without that raw, overdone feeling you can get from manual files. When it’s running well, it feels controlled and effective, and you can really see the buildup coming off.But the battery situation is rough. A full charge barely gets me through half a foot, not even exaggerating. If you’re dealing with real calluses, expect multiple charges just to finish one session. It turns what should be a quick cleanup into a stop-and-go process, which kind of kills the convenience factor.The design has a couple quirks too. If you’re not careful with positioning, it can pinch your skin around the edges, which definitely makes you more cautious while using it. On top of that, the motor bogs down pretty easily if you apply too much pressure. You really have to let the tool do the work and go lightly, otherwise it slows or stalls, which again stretches out the process.Bottom line, it works and the smoothing results are legit, but it takes patience. Best suited for light maintenance rather than heavy-duty callus removal in one go. If you’re okay with gentle passes, short sessions, and frequent charging, it does the job. If you’re expecting to power through both feet in one sitting, this one might test your patience. It is easy enough to use, but for the money I would expect a significantly better battery life or quicker charging. As it stands it is not the best value, but for the money it works.

This is a really awesome electric foot callus remover!! I have owned two of them before this, the first one I got when I was the age that my daughter is now, 12. So when I saw this, I knew I needed to get it for her, even if she might not start using it diligently right away, I know she will end up loving it. Hers is so much better than mine.First off, mine was $40 or $50 from Walmart when I bought my second one (I literally only got it because it was pink and my old one was like ten years old…but it was still running fine, I actually still have both lmao!) compared to this one, which is only $20.Second, both of mine are battery-operated, which is OLD SCHOOL, and I really hate that I still own anything that takes throw-away batteries. At least I use ones that recharge; they just don’t recharge like THIS one does, which is conveniently by Type-C cord. Which everyone has tons of those, but they do include a short one, just not the USB-A wall adapter you also need.Third, this one is super small and compact, and is much easier to store. It also makes it easier for your hand to hold and to use.Fourth, neither of mine has LED lights in them, as this one does!! It also had two speed settings, and comes with two different grit level rollers.My conclusion is that this thing is awesome, and Mama is jealous, and I think I will need to buy myself one very soon, LBS!! If anything changes about my satisfaction with the quality and function of this product, I will come back and update my review right away! As of now, I think it’s safe to say that I would highly recommend this “foot grinder”, as I have always called mine lol!!!

Didn’t work at all
Would not charge. Lost packaging and didn’t mess with return. This was second remover like this (first was different brand but similar) and neither worked. Bought completely different style to replace.

Files away the undesirable calluses!
I’ll start with the cons—I do wish it could spin a little faster, maybe have a third higher-powered setting, but admittedly the two settings it has gets the job done. I’m probably just impatient, haha. The other downside is the little foam border they stuck around the power button so it wouldn’t turn on in transit. It does not come unstuck super easily, and took some extra time picking away at the sticky left behind to get it all.But that’s it! Those are the cons! Now let me tell you what I like about it. It’s slim and comes with a little baggy that holds everything it comes with EASILY—no having to cram things in to make them fit. This would make it perfect for travelling! The device itself is easy to hold, and the length of the handle is nice for those who might not be as flexible as they used to be. It comes with two sanders of different grits, so you can use the rougher one on those more stubborn calluses, and while I’ve just used it the one session, the battery lasted through it, which is great. The quality of the device is pretty good for a $20 unit, and the overall appearance is not only simple to navigate without the use of the instructions, but easy to hold and slim for travel. I think this would make a nice gift for someone who enjoys self-pampering!

Salon quality callus removal with excellent results
This electric foot callus remover did such a good job for me and I absolutely love it. When it first arrived, I popped on the charging cord, which is included. It’s just a standard usb type C which I’m thrilled about because I will inevitably lose the charging cord and it’s great to know I won’t need to search high and low for some obscure proprietary charger. While it’s charging, a blue light blinks on the front and when it’s all charged up and ready to go, the blue light turns solid and stops flashing.I have been neglecting my heels and they were in pretty rough shape so I decided I’d better start with the stronger, more coarse grinder. You get two with this kit, one coarser and one smoother. To change them out, there is a button at the very top of the wand which you press down while shimmying the grinder out the side. Then just press the button again to insert the next grinder head, wiggling it into place a little bit. It was very simple to do.Now I was ready to get to work. I assumed this would have dry skin flying around so I put a folding chair in my enclosed shower (no water running of course, this needs to be done on dry feet and the device is NOT water resistant). The grinder had two speeds. One press of the side button and the head starts rotating on the slow speed. Another press of that button and it starts rotating on high speed. To turn the device off, press and hold that same button. The way it operates is very straightforward and it’s pretty quiet when in use. I used the device for about 20 minutes total, completely removing calluses from both heels, the sides of my big toes and the sides of my foot, as well as the ball area just under the toes. The power stayed strong for the entire time and I could have kept going but I ran out of calluses. The battery life was excellent. It preformed beautifully and my feet were so smooth and soft when I was done. I made the right choice doing this in a dry shower enclosure because there was foot dust everywhere and all I had to do was rinse down my shower stall when I was done so cleanup was a breeze.Pedicures are so expensive these days and I can’t justify the added expense when I can do such a great job at home with this Anumitra electric foot callus remover. It’s an outstanding value and will save me a great deal of time and money for a long time to come.

I like this one better way more than my Flawless one.
I’ve tried both this electric foot callus remover and the Flawless callus remover, and I can tell you right now, this one works so much better for me. The dual-speed motor feels more powerful and removes hard calluses and dry skin much faster, and it includes a coarse roller and fine roller, which give more control than the single head on the Flawless. I love that it’s USB rechargeable but also that it is a USB-C plug!! The Flawless one has a very specific plug, and once you lose it, you’re SOL, lol! I actually did end up buying a replacement charging cable for that one last year because I could not for the life of me find the charger.Anyway, I let my heels get cracked and dry for the sake of this review 😂. It was a terrible 2 weeks. So my normal routine is to sit on a small still outside and watch a few videos on my phone while I shave my heels while wearing a face mask (so I don’t breathe in all that dead skin floating in the air), and the Flawless battery usually goes out in about 15 minutes. But this one! 15 minutes came and went and it was still going strong! I was able to complete both my heels. It worked strong for a good 30 minutes before it ran out of battery. If I am being picky, the only thing was that I did notice that I would bump the speed button by accident here and there and I’d have to push it again to get it to the high setting, but that’s such trivial thing. I loved the coarse roller and my heels look so much better! This shaver is definitely the better choice for me.
