I like this stuff! A very pleasant mild smell of something. It seems stronger when you are using it in the shower – because of course you leave it in a while before rinsing. I use beard oil and balm after, by someone else, and that’s (oil and balm) all I can smell, and that just barely. Mild soap is good, too, because I use it every day. A good ingredient list, nothing that you want to avoid, plus the essential oils. Foams up nicely like a shampoo should. Trim full beard and a full pump is too much. There was a small issue with my order and I wrote an email. Almost instant reply and very quick movement to correct it. They went above and beyond, and I am a happy customer. And by the way I paid full price for mine, as I will for my next bottle.

Initial impressions are good. It’s a pretty watery but very hydrating, kind to skin beard wash that smells like a mild classy aftershave.I had seen some videos on the product complaining about how strongly scented it was so I don’t know if they’ve brought it back a notch but it’s the perfect balance of smelling great and not being strong enough to overpower beard oils.

Perfect for those with sensitive skin
I have a fairly sensitive face especially under my beard and have struggled for years to find something that won’t cause outbreaks and rashes, bought this on a recommendation at honestly the best beard shampoo I can recommend, a bit pricey but if you use it sparingly as Intended, wash your beard once every 2-3 days like you are meant to this bottle will last a good while.Just need to find a oil or balm for after shower care that has the same effect.

Awesome Stuff!
I am usually pretty picky about what I put on my face and in my beard. After reading several really good reviews I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed! Some had mentioned the scent as a negative but I found it quite agreeable. My beard now feels very soft and my face overall very clean. I did not have a go to beard wash before but I do now.

I received this stuff yesterday so I used it in the shower twice last night. Once as a quick face wash, then the second time I really massaged it into my beard and let it marinate for a few minutes.Only complaint I have (and it’s really not a big deal) is that it smells like something my great grandmother would’ve worn to a ballroom dance in the roaring 20s!Overall, I love it though. Best product on the market!I’ve been using this brand for all of my hair needs and they never disappoint; my hair feels incredibly soft and smells great. I’d recommend using this product along with the conditioner in a 1:2 ratio in favor of conditioner. Get ready for your new favorite beard shampoo!

Does NOT have tea tree oil
The bottle they advertise is not the same one they sent me. It clearly says both on the description and on the picture of the bottle that the beard wash has tea tree oil & aloe vera, but the one I got does not. It doesn’t say it anywhere on the bottle so I don’t know if they sent me the wrong bottle by accident or if they’re advertising the wrong item. The one I got doesn’t have tea tree oil or aloe vera & I didn’t want to return it, so I simply added about 10 drops of tea tree oil. It smells & works good with or without the oil. I simply preferred it with the tea tree oil. Also, the bottle is smaller and thinner than it appears on their picture. So far it works fine, but it’s not my favorite. Will keep trying different ones.
