Shiny hair, has a strong fresh turmeric scent
This conditioning hair mask left my long, straight and fine hair shiny and soft. I’d say it works well. The yellow cream smells strongly of fresh turmeric, which has a lemony scent. There are no added fragrances or perfumes, just an earthy lemon scent that comes from the turmeric.My hair brushed out and untangled pretty well after washing and using this. The next day my hair seemed flatter, but that always happens if I put conditioner up too high on my head. My hair is so fine it can’t carry much without looking weighed down or greasy. It did last nicely through the first day. My hair looked bouncy and fresh.It’s an affordable and interesting hair mask choice.It contains turmeric root and ginger root extracts. It is nice to use a product that uses these components.

I threw this out. It said not to let it touch your scalp when you use it!!!!! How the heck would that be possible? Sure put it on the ends but you have to rinse it out eventually. I’ve had a scalp burn before from a perm, a bad one. I’m not taking the chance, wow….

Great Slip and Hydration Without Weighing Hair Down
This hair mask works well for my hair type. I have very fine, thin, curly hair that is highly porous and prone to dryness, and this mask noticeably improves moisture, shine, and slip.The scent is fresh and clean, similar to citronella, but not overpowering. After using it, my hair felt softer, more manageable, and significantly easier to detangle and brush through.I left it on for about 5–10 minutes as directed, and after rinsing my hair felt smoother and more hydrated, which made styling easier. While it’s not a miracle product, it definitely delivers real results, and the amount you get for the price feels like a good value.

Nourishing Hair Mask
This Turmeric Hair Treatment Mask has been a great addition to my hair care routine. It has a nice, thick consistency that really coats the hair and leaves it feeling much more hydrated after use. I noticed my hair felt softer and looked healthier after just a couple of applications. It smells good and doesn’t leave any weird residue behind once you rinse it out. For the price, it’s a very good protein treatment for dry ends.

Rejuvenated my Stringy Dry Hair
I wanted to do a direct comparison so here’s what I did for my before and after photos. In both photos I had just washed my hair and blew dry it (same shampoo, same hair dryer settings, same hairbrush etc) only difference is I used the hair mask in my hair routine for the after photos.I did not expect this product to make such a drastic difference on my hair. Usually my hair looks stringy and dry even after a fresh shower so I was not expecting much change but WOW. You can clearly see the difference in the after, my hair looks less stringy, more full and softer looking. I do feel like my hair just SOAKED UP this mask. For more reference my hair is very fine and most products weigh my hair down but my hair feels very light and fluffy with this product so no complaints here.

Velcro Texture And Breakage
The texture this mask leaves behind is quite difficult to work with. I have fine, thinning hair that’s also overprocessed and damaged, so I have to be very careful with my routine. I followed the directions exactly by applying this from mid-lengths to ends on towel-dried hair, leaving it for a few minutes, and then rinsing it out thoroughly. I did absolutely nothing different in my routine other than using this mask in place of my usual conditioner, so I know this product caused the issues.While I can pick up on the ginger and turmeric, there is a synthetic citrus scent that makes this smell more like bug spray than natural ingredients. It’s nice that there are no sulfates, but the alcohols and other ingredients higher up the list were not a match for my hair type. It felt like the formula was just sealing my hair in a waxy film rather than providing any real, deep moisture. When I went to brush my hair at the wet to medium dry stage, my brush kept catching like it was hitting velcro.I noticed a lot of breakage, which is heart breaking when you’re trying to encourage growth and manage fragility. I actually wanted to start my shower all over again to get this out, and I probably would have if I hadn’t run out of time. Luckily, some of my aftercare styling treatments saved the day. Those extra products helped ease the stiffness, dryness, and brittleness at the ends while softening the texture back toward what I’m used to. If you don’t share my specific hair type or concerns, your experience might be different, but if you do have fine or damaged hair, I think looking at other options would be best.

This is supposed to “repair split ends, reduce and prevent breakage, leaving your hair silky smooth and radiantly shiny”. I haven’t seen any remarkable improvements just yet. You are only supposed to use it 1 or 2 times a week. I use it once a week so I’m guessing it may take some time for me to see improvements.I was a little concerned about the yellow color from the turmeric possibly changing my color treated hair. It did not so that was good! The mask is thick and creamy and smells really nice! It was easy to apply and rinsed out easily and completely. Follow the easy directions before applying. The price is very reasonable! My hairdresser charges $35 for a similar treatment so this is a very fair price. My hair was easy to style afterwards. Recommend.
