Great value and solid results.
I was pleasantly surprised by this automatic curling iron. There is a bit of a learning curve at first, especially if you have never used a rotating curler before, but after a few practice curls it became very easy to use and produced consistent results.The one click rotating feature works well and takes much of the effort out of styling compared to manually wrapping hair around a traditional curling iron. We found it created nice, even curls in a relatively short amount of time. The anti tangle function also worked as advertised and helped avoid the frustration of hair getting caught.I appreciated the multiple heat settings, which make it suitable for different hair types, and the ceramic barrel seemed to heat quickly and distribute heat evenly. The protective design around the barrel also helped make the tool feel safer and more comfortable to use.Other nice touches include the automatic shut off feature and dual voltage support for travel.Overall, our experience was very positive. It takes a little practice to get comfortable with the technique, but once you do, it works nicely and produces attractive curls with less effort than a traditional curling iron. For the price, it offers good value and useful features.Tested this on my wife’s hair and was very happy with the results. Unfortunately, she preferred not to have photos of the finished style posted publicly, so I cannot include before-and-after pictures. That said, the curls were well-defined, consistent, and looked professionally styled after a short learning period.

I wanted to see if there was a cheaper & comparable alternative to the more popular Tymo automatic curler (which I also do own in the mini-size). First impressions: colour-scheme of this product reminds me of Dyson products and looks like a somewhat quality product. It only came with a tiny instruction booklet which isn’t very comprehensive besides listing some core instructions only with a couple of typos noted in the English instructions only.Testing & Opinions:▪︎ Temperature & Heating: Unlike Tymo, the temperature is adjustable; default temperature was around 350F, which took a bit longer to reach (in comparison to my Tymo). For Asian hair, that was insufficient and I needed to crank it to 400+F for results.▪︎ Ease of Use: The design of the “jamming chute” aka where you place your hair is easier than my Tymo, BUT depending on how you insert your hair, 50% of the time it struggled to pull my hair in to curl. It was even more difficult when doing my right side, where multiple attempts to refeed my hair into the chute was necessary. Simular to the Tymo, it also beeps when your hair is ready to be released but has additional beeps in-between (which can be a tad annoying to noise-sensitive folks like me). Depending on how close you use it to curl next to other sections of your hair, there is a small tendency to suck-in a small portion of other hairs too.▪︎ Curls: This is where this curler pales in comparison to the Tymo. For my left side which had better outcome than my right, it did give looser, more wave-like curls. This is after cranking the heat to over 400F. My right-side, which I had struggled with, came out looking more like tousled-waves, in which I had to use my Tymo to balance/redo the look at the end.▪︎ Size: Compared to the mini-Tymo, it’s roughly 2-inches (ish) longer, due to the shape/design of the “jamming plug”.📝 Overall: I’d personally skip this one and save for another instead. Due to how long it took me to redo certain sections and for underwhelming curls (waves in my case), I’d pay more for something more efficient. It is a shame because look-wise, it looks like a product that would somewhat perform almost at par with a more popular brand.

Loose Curls with Bounce & Definition
This rotating curling iron gives me defined big curls with a lot of bounce to them. I have medium thick hair that is long (just past my shoulder blades). The back of my hair is a little tricky because of the length, but I use a mirror behind me so I can see what I am doing, and it really stretches my shoulders.After the piece of hair, I am curling is wound around the iron it takes about 10 seconds I have the kind of curls I never thought I would be able to do on my own. I find the 210 Celsius setting to work well for my hair, and some light hair spray keeps the frizz down and keeps the curls put for the day.

A miss for me, needs proper instructions

I’m not the worst at curling my hair but I was curious about whether my hair would look better if I had an automatic curler. There is a bit of a learning curve. While the curls it created were very nice, it’s faster and more consistent to use my flat iron. The curls started at an awkward low point on my head and weren’t cute. Unfortunately, this product was a miss for me. For reference, I have mid-length wavy hair and I used the 380 degree temp as recommended in the item photos.I found it a bit odd that the ‘manual’ that comes with it talks more about how to prep your hair than how to actually operate the curler. It took me a little bit to figure out what I was supposed to do, and I think the manual could’ve been much more helpful. It doesn’t say anything about how to put your hair into the device, how long to use it or what temp is recommended for each hair type.Things I do like… it’s dual voltage, the cord rotates freely, the components feel solid, and you can select the direction you want the device to rotate in so you get your curls going the right way. It also comes with a complimentary hair clip and comb. It heats up fast and there was no burning smell on operation.

My New Favorite Hair Tool
I am honestly so happy with this automatic curling iron. I have tried regular curling wands before, but I always struggled to curl the back of my hair and sometimes even burned my fingers. This rotating ceramic hair curler makes everything so much easier and faster. You just place a section of hair in, press the button, and it automatically wraps the hair perfectly.What I love the most is how beautiful the curls turn out. The curls look soft, bouncy, shiny, and very natural.The ceramic barrel heats up very quickly, which saves me a lot of time. I also like that it has 4 temperature settings, so I can choose the right heat depending on how I want my curls to look. My hair is medium length and it works perfectly for me, but I think it would also be great for long hair.This automatic curling iron has become one of my favorite beauty tools. It is easy to use, beginner friendly, heats fast, and creates gorgeous curls with very little effort.
