    Mixed Feelings

    I looked forward to this product because I have in the past used many Ayurvedic items and supplements and always found them to be quality, natural ingredients — And this shampoo IS that, for sure. All of the active ingredients are nature-based, and for me it’s important that a product is phthalate, silicone and paraben free which is noted on this great smelling shampoo.My hair is fine and naturally curly, and it doesn’t get overly dirty, oily or sweaty. I think if you have hair prone to those issues, that this is a fine cleansing shampoo. For me however, in-shower, I thought my hair felt a little stiff when I rinsed the suds away. Of course, that can be from many other factors including what may or may not be in your shower water. Because my hair felt stiff, I went so far as to use a conditioner which I rarely do since I use a leave-in curl cream.For me, this will be a once in a few shampoos because as I said, my hair doesn’t have any need for deep cleansing. If you find that you need that, or say after a sweaty workout, this will be great.

    Best natural shampoo I’ve used!!

    I purchased the Ekmiveda shampoo after using their hair oil and serum, which I really liked. Every shampoo I’ve used till date has only damaged my hair I feel or dried out my scalp. I’ve always looked for a shampoo with Reetha, Shikaki and Amla as herbs. I’ve thick, dense hair. This goes hand in hand great with the hair oil as well. On most days I don’t even need a conditioner after this. Smells amazing. Super gentle. Some days needs a double wash, but I don’t mind it. Going to repurchase. Happy I don’t need to hunt for another shampoo after this!

    I’ve been using this Ayurvedic Hair Growth Shampoo for a little over a month now, and I can honestly say I’m impressed. I bought it mainly because I was dealing with hair fall and wanted something sulfate-free with natural ingredients like reetha, shikakai, and bhringraj—stuff my grandmother used to recommend.First off, the scent is quite earthy and herbal—not overpowering, but definitely different from the perfumed shampoos I was used to.
