This Batana arrived completely sealed. I love that it has only one ingredient and its the Batana oil, its not mixed with other oils. When I opened the bottle, I was not expecting it to smell like a fresh cup of coffee! It is a unique, rich scent that smells very nice, though it can be a bit strong if you use a large amount.Texture & Application:The oil has a rich amber color and a lightweight consistency. I applied a small amount to my thick, curly hair while it was still wet, and wow—it really penetrates the hair shaft instead of just sitting on top! Because it is so concentrated, a little bit goes a long way.Long-Lasting Results:Once my hair dried, it looked amazingly healthy, felt super soft, and made my curls spring up even more and didn’t feel heavy or greasy at all.The deep moisture lasted for two full days straight before I felt the need to apply any more product to my curls!A fantastic, high-quality hair oil that keeps dry curls hydrated and soft for days. This is a 100% batana oil, and it absorbs into hair and skin nicely without an overly greasy feeling.Use and ScentI use this on its own and also mix a few drops into my regular hair oil. It has a caramel scent that’s barely discernible and doesn’t linger in the hair, which I like — I’m not a fan of oils that leave a heavy, lasting smell.Works well to help tame and condition my coarse, thick-stranded curly hair.Hair Growth ClaimsI can’t say this has prevented hair loss for me, but I don’t apply it to my scalp, so I can’t speak to whether it works for growth. Can’t Complain
It’s a good oil. I like it. It’s not a super greasy oil. Helps with frizz. It says it’s a natural and pure oil. I don’t know how to confirm or deny that, since I’ve never used batana oil before.It doesn’t mention testing, which I know a lot of people look for.It’s a decent-sized bottle, so it’s going to last a while. The only thing I don’t like, which is common in these kinds of bottles, is that the syringe decides when it wants to work.

Love how it makes my hair feel
I used this before the shower and let sit. It’s really nice, not sticky or anything, and has a soft, warm, subtle scent. Nice, not overbearing. It washes out really easily and doesn’t leave my hair greasy at all. Just left very soft. I got a terrible hair cut recently so I’m trying to grow it out. I’m really hopeful that this product will help my hair growth journey as I’m already really impressed with how it wears.

Light airy oil!
I love using argan oil for my hair, it makes it feel so soft and shiny. I’ve been using this for a week or two. I apply a small amount to my hair before all of my other products. It keeps it soft and healthy, I pray it’s helping with growth but I do knowIt’s contributing to my overall hair health. This is a light oil as well. Very very nice! Thank you!

I have personally used a hair gel for a bunch of years, and I figured I would try using this oil as a really light styling oil, and it would be better than all the chemicals in the other stuff I use.While I wouldn’t say this will replace a styling gel, as it doesn’t really have hold, it does offer a light amount of weight that does help to hold it if ever so lightly. Im used to putting something in my hair. When I have nothing in it, its light and flys away. A little bit of this just gives enough weight to keep its shape, and I like the way my hair feels with this in it.As I said, just a little rubbed on your hands and finger combed through your hair.I cant speak to anything about hair growth, my hair grows thick and fast, always has. Soft scent absorbs nicely
I have been using batana oil on my dry scalp, but this specific batana oil is handy because it doesn’t need washed out. I can just rub it in and go! The scent is also much more pleasant than my other jar. The scent is very light and almost has a roasted coffee scent. The scent that is there dissipates quickly.The oil arrives in a glass bottle with a glass dropper for application. The oil squeezes up easily and is easy to precisely put it on my scalp where I need it with the small point of the dropper. It absorbs fairly quickly without leaving my hair greasy and leaves my scalp moisturized. When I put it on the base of my hair it does help make it shinier and less frizzy and once again, soft and not greasy.As far as hair growth. It would take a while to notice but a healthier scalp should mean healthier hair. It does state to use it twice a day, but I will just use it when my scalp is feeling dry, probably two or three times a week.
