this is the first time that i have grown my beard out to the point where grooming, combing, and brushing has become necessary… and, as a beard newbie, i could not be more pleased with this set!both items are petite and fit in your hand very well to do the job very well… the size and oval shape of the brush are perfect for the beard and to brush out across and the corners of the moustache… and, the quality is great, as there has not been a single bristle hair that has come out of the brush … and, the comb… is a work of art. it is very robust and great for training with some beard balm or beard gel(wax) and the brush is also ideal for putting on the balm, by just dipping a corner of the brush bristles into the balm and then evenly distribute it in your beard… and, finally, the brush is perfect for the finishing touch after balming and training with some combing. it is a great set and i am very pleased :-)this is the beard balm; Honest Amish Beard Balm Leave-in Conditioner – All Natural -Vegan Friendly Organic Oils and Butters … this balm smells mildly wonderful with healthy beard ingredients and a nice light hold… it really aides in training and it gives your beard a healthy, soft and lite sheen appearance……. i am new to this, yes, but extremely pleased with my starter beard paraphernalia! 😉 … i would, of course, recommend this brush, comb, & balm setup to any other newbies who are ready to give some love and attention to their new “official” beard!Thank you! 🙂

I purchased this for my hubby based on product reviews and you know what I am so glad I did! My hubby received this from me as a stocking stuffer and he absolutely loved it! He is glad it came with a pouch to keep his comb and brush in because it is easy to carry around in his work bag. The comb appears to be made out of a durable wood material that glides through his beard. My hands are small and the brush is a little smaller than the palm of my hand. My hubby said it’s the perfect size brush to brush through his beard.

Love the comb still getting used to the brush
I ordered this set to go along with some beard oil I just bought. My facial hair usually grows in pretty wild and all over the place so I bought this set to get a better handle on grooming my beard. The beard and comb came with a nice little carrying bag that is kind of cool. Both pieces seem sturdy and well made. Both are made of solid wood and feel good in my hand. The comb has two sides, one with wider larger teeth and the other side with finer smaller teeth. The comb is easy to maneuver and really does a pretty good job of getting my beard hairs to go one way and lie down a bit more on my face. The brush is also really well made but the hairs are a bit coarse and has taken a little getting used to. This may be normal but I have no idea since this is my first beard grooming set. I mainly use the brush to help disperse the beard oil throughout my beard after I shower. I do love using the comb all day. It is almost like a tic now as I find myself using the comb throughout the day without even realizing I am combing out my hair. Happy with this purchase so far.

Bought this set last year and I am still using it today. Hands down, one if the best combs I have used. I have a long beard, about 6 inches, and it combs through like butter. The brush I was initially not crazy about. Due to its size, it wasn’t very effective for me but as my beard grew I have come to rely on it for my mustache. The small size makes it perfect to brush out and train the stache to grow in the direction I need it to. My only problem is that I wish it had came with a leather case for the comb. I ended up buying another cheap comb with a case though so, problem solved. Great product and I highly recommend it.

I didn’t expect much because of how cheap it was, so I was very pleased with this purchase. The comb and brush felt a little small at first, but after using it a few times, I got used to the size. Great buy!

Travels extremely well
If you are looking to take care of your beard and the skin that grows it at any level, and are planning on doing some travelling, this kit will help! It is incredible easy to take with you and helps groom your beard, as well as even out the beard oil and other face products you might use. The comb gets you about where you need to be, and the baby-soft brush helps smooth things over.

Ordered this as a replacment to the ones i lost travelling…thencomb is great, smells great and just like my last one…the brush however looks like a childs brush, the bristles are limp and its just seems pointless to brush my beard with it…like the comb but the brush lost ya some stars
