Love the case, and NUTCORE isn’t messin’ around – high quality beard trimmer for sure!
When I saw there was a beard trimmer and the brand name was NUTCORE on vine… I knew there would only be a fraction of a slim chance that I would be able to actually order it before anyone else/everyone else did.But I won’t make the shots that I don’t take. So I threw my daughter off of my lap and lunged for the mouse (because I scroll with keyboard short cuts) to click on this bad boy in hopes that I could snag it. And it happened. Against all odds. I was the chosen one (or one of the chosen probably like 20-25 other viners who got it).Now, the actual product itself is a pretty standard, yet effective trimmer. The case it comes in is a surprisingly high quality container, that wasn’t mentioned much in the listing that I saw but they should highlight that too (not that I looked at the actual listing due to my near lightspeed attempt to get from the vine page to the checkout screen).Best trimmer I’ve used, and to be honest I have an identical one that I ordered not from vine about 9 months ago – the brand/seller for that one wasn’t nearly as cool as NUTCORE, but the products are manufactured at probably the same facility because they are indistinguishable – which is fine because they are both 5 stars!

A Great Shaver
I got this for my husband and I to share since I am a cosmetologist and he is a man with a beard. He ended up wanting to keep it all for himself, haha! That’s totally fine though because it really is perfect for him. At first he was a bit worried about it not being a super close shave until he found the different attachment head that’s specifically for a close shave and was pleasantly surprised! It did the job quite well and with no pain so that’s always a good sign. The other day he was brave enough to try the nose trimmer attachment head and to his surprise once again, it wasn’t scary, didn’t hurt, and worked great.All of the extra attachments are super great and straightforward which is really nice.I will say from my point of view the actual shaver part is quite sturdy, got a bit of weight to it which lends to it being higher quality. Wouldn’t be the most comfortable for a barber to hold onto for an entire day of work but for the average bearded human to tend their beard as needed, it’s perfect.Overall, neither me nor my husband have any complaints and are like it a lot!

Disappointing Build Quality – Cheap Plastic and Flexing GuardsI have purchased several beard trimmers over the years, and I’ve come across some incredibly cool and well-constructed models. This trimmer is unfortunately not one of them.While it looks visually appealing out of the box and includes a decent selection of attachments, the actual construction is incredibly cheap. Apart from the actual metal trimmer head, the entire body is made of lightweight plastic. Worse yet, the guide combs/guards are made of the cheapest, flimsiest plastic imaginable. Because they are so weak, the guards actually flex and bend against your skin while in use, which makes it very difficult to get an even, consistent trim.Does it technically cut hair? Sure, it works. But the structural quality is simply not there, and it is absolutely not worth the money. If you care about premium build quality or rigid, reliable guards, look elsewhere.

Great Grooming Multi-Tool
I have been using this grooming kit for a couple of weeks, and it has worked great for keeping my beard, hair, and other grooming areas trimmed without needing several separate devices.The biggest advantage is the number of attachments included. I have tried everything except the razor attachment, and all of the heads I have used have worked well. Changing between them is simple, and they lock securely onto the main trimmer without feeling loose. The different trimming heads and combs make it easy to switch from general beard trimming to detail work, nose and ear grooming, and other areas without having to pull out another tool.The main trimmer has plenty of power for routine grooming. It cuts cleanly without requiring repeated passes over the same area, and I have not experienced any noticeable pulling or snagging. The various guide combs also give a useful range of length options and stay firmly attached while trimming.I particularly like the rechargeable cordless design. The battery has lasted well between charges so far, and the digital display makes it easy to see how much power is remaining instead of having the trimmer unexpectedly die in the middle of grooming. USB-C charging is also convenient since I already have compatible cables and chargers around the house.Cleaning has been straightforward. The detachable heads are easy to remove and rinse, and the waterproof design makes cleanup much easier than with trimmers that need to be carefully kept away from water.The storage setup is another nice addition because there are quite a few pieces in the kit. Having a dedicated place for the attachments and combs helps keep everything together rather than having small grooming accessories scattered around a bathroom drawer.After a couple of weeks, I have been very pleased with the overall performance. Every attachment I have used has worked as expected, the trimmer feels powerful and comfortable to use, the battery life has been good, and having so many grooming functions in one rechargeable kit is considerably more convenient than keeping several separate devices.

Well built and the head system works better than I expected
This is a pen-style handheld trimmer, which is the right form factor for this kind of kit.The heads attach with a strong magnet and lock in securely. No wobble, no play, and swapping is instant.On the heads: the clipper works well. The foil head has small holes, so it won’t handle two or three days of growth on its own. The one that surprised me was the body hair trimmer. It’s like the clipper, but the blade runs parallel to the body of the pen rather than perpendicular. I used that on my face first to knock the growth down, then followed with the foil, and it left my face very smooth. In that order, the kit works, though I’m sure it would be better with trimming beards.The combs attach solidly and one is adjustable on a tight slider that holds its position instead of drifting mid-pass.The LED shows battery percentage. The power button is on the front where your thumb actually sits. One speed only, but that’s fine here.It’s heavy for a trimmer. That reads as solid rather than unwieldy. Feels like there’s real hardware inside it.The carrying case is good and everything has a place in it.For the price this is more thoughtfully designed than I expected. 5 stars.I have no idea what NUTCORE means, but it’s printed on the box and on the device in large letters.

I got this grooming kit because I wanted one trimmer that could handle more than just facial hair, and it has worked well for that. The different attachments make it easy to switch between trimming my beard, nose and ear hair, and other areas without needing several separate devices.The trimmer feels solid in my hand, and the attachments fit securely without feeling loose. The rechargeable battery is convenient, no dangling cord to mess with. Battery life is surprisingly good. And the waterproof design makes cleanup much easier. The different heads are easy to change, so switching between tasks does not become a chore.The hard case is one of my favorite features. It has enough room to keep the trimmer, attachments, and other parts organized in one place. Instead of having several small pieces scattered around the bathroom, everything stays together and is easy to find when I need it.After using it several times, I appreciate having one kit that handles multiple grooming jobs. This is a practical grooming kit with a lot of useful attachments and a storage case that makes the whole setup much easier to manage. It helps that it’s at a good price too. I would get this again.

Husband says 5 stars- works well, color-coded clips and nice storage case
This electric shaver kit comes with a very nice storage case. It’s not mentioned much in the description, but it is just as nice as the clippers themselves. It is a harder shell with compartments inside to store everything neatly. The brand name made him chuckle, too.Now on to the shaver- my husband loves it. The design makes it look awesome, but it also works very well. He typically trims his goatee pretty short because his other trimmer/shaver only had two settings, but this allows him to let it grow longer and still shape it up nice. He also uses it to shape up his edges in between barber appointments.Also, don’t get me started on his nose and ear hair, haha! Now ALL gone because of this all-in-one fantastic machine. Bonus is the LED display showing the battery level, because he never remembers to charge things without one. I’ve purchased him similar products for the same price or more and none are on par with this one, in terms of good quality trimmer, very nice case, all attachments and extras and it also does the job like it is supposed to. Absolutely fantastic value.

Complete, Well-Made Beard Trimming Set
This trimming kit comes with just about everything I could want in a trimming kit, and more. The trimmer body itself has a nice, solid feel to it and operates with a quiet but powerful hum. I like that it has a two-digit display indicating the remaining charge.The trimmer attachments include:- A T-bar trimmer with 3mm, 6mm, 9mm, and 12mm guide combs.- A more compact trimmer with a five-position adjustable guide comb.- A body hair trimmer with three guide combs.- A “micro” shaver attachment.- A nose hair trimmer.All the attachments connect securely with a magnetic click. I was particularly impressed with the adjustable comb on the smaller trimmer head in that it holds its position very securely. The micro shaver attachment is well-shaped for shaving along the edge of your beard, but I didn’t feel it shaved very well. The T-bar trimmer combs and the adjustable trimmer comb have rubber coatings on the teeth. It seems to help lift hair up for better cutting and reduce the chance of scratching yourself with the combs. At first, I didn’t see the point of the body hair trimmer, but being angled the way it is, it’s more ergonomic to use than the straight trimmers.The kit also includes a comb, a small brush to clean the trimmer, a charging cord, oil for the cutting heads, and a nice zipper case to hold it all.
