Perfect for short styles!
Perfect, perfect. I have very curly/frizzy hair and have been using the Brazilian Blowout to keep it straight. Only problem is that i wanted to cut my hair short and everyone – including my stylist – said No! You’ll never keep it straight and look good in the cut I wanted (layered bob). Well, I tried it anyway – nothing ventured and all that. Well this flat iron is PERFECT! Keeps my hair straight, is easy to use – especially on the really short areas. The handle is long and does not get hot as all the other “small” flat irons I have tried before. I was afraid the long handle would be unwieldy but it is not at all. Gets plenty hot, quickly and doesn’t burn my hair. Love it, love it!

This small flat iron is wonderful. I wear my hair in a pixie. Sometimes the sides will curl up- especially in humidity. This straightens and keeps the hair in place.You can use this tool to add a bend to your hair or also to spike the top.As mentioned in the description, it is small enough to go from root to end.I definitely recommend this product!!

I ordered this little straightener for my baby hairs as I just recently got a pixie cut and I need something small enough to reach ramdom short bits of hair that just do not want to lay flat. The straightener is great, it gets hot quickly, and has a wheel to pick your heat level. It will also turn off after an hour so if you accidentally leave it on and walk away it will not be a hazard for long! The size is typical for a full length straightener and it fits down in my basket for my hair tools perfectly. The on and off switch is easy to access. It has a green light that blinks as it’s heating and then goes steady once it has reached temperature. The cord is long enough to be useful without being so long it’s a trip hazard and the unit seems durable.Overall I am thrilled with this Straightener, it functions as it should and I love the safety feature of the auto shut off. I would recommend it to others!

Thank you Amazon for getting my packaged here within a day. You guys are amazing. So I have to say that I was so prepared to send this straightener back because I haven’t found the right size for my new pixie cut that does the job without burning my scalp because I get too close with m regular flat iron.I gave this only 4 stars because the packaging really SUCKS!. It took forever to get it out without having to rip the whole thing up. It was that hard plastic that you have to cut up to get out. So the product is great. I was really surprised because it is thin and it was very easy to get my hair in the back and near my neck without touching my scalp. I was really impressed with it. It does have a dial for a temperature control. I set mine at 350. It would be nice to have a digital screen but this was ok. It is very light weight and so easy to use and it heats up quickly. It would be nice if it had a auto shut off. I didn’t see it anywhere that it did so. It is a great alternative to those expensive straighteners which I refuse to pay and so glad I found this gem. Highly recommend.Edit: beware that the paint on the outside will peel off.At least on mine it did after a couple months of use

Good for curling/straightening short hair, quality is so so…
While I like this straightener overall, it is disappointing that the finish starting peeling and scratching off within the first couple of weeks. Of course it is still usable, but it already looks like I’ve had it for quite some time and I certainly haven’t been rough with it. It will sometimes snag on my hair at the ends as well, which could damage hair if not careful. I would definitely advise using a heat protector or an ends protector on your hair before using it. The size is great with my pixie cut and the fact that I can curl with it is a plus. It heats up quickly and I like the swivel cord. Im on the fence if I would buy again or not.

I have SUPER FINE HAIR.
I have had stylists refer to my hair as “angel spun” it’s literally silk. It is very hard to work with and any type of curling iron I would use the curls fell out immediately. I have a larger straightener that I was using, but the curls were still falling out. This pic is day 2 of the style. Don’t use a lot of product in your hair, use some argan oil before so the tool is easier on your hair. This has been perfect for my wispy thin hair. If you use it right, your curls will stay for days. My hair is just below shoulder length.
