Still Don’t Know
I bought the hair straightener, expensive as it was because I saw it being endorsed by credible stylists and the company was started by a scientist.First, their phone directory didn’t work and I was unable to track my unit which did take a few weeks to deliver. They did reach out after I emailed customer support. They tracked my package without needing my information which was proactive and appreciated.When I got the unit I noticed the plates didn’t touch when it was fully “closed”. The plates only touches at the very tip the iron.I will use this again and see if I find better results. It did not perform well the first time. I used it on textured hair and may have not been slow enough as they explained these straighteners work slowly unlike traditional ones. When I called to ask about this, they said that the other units they’ve observed also had plates that didn’t touch and they “think” that’s how the units are supposed to be. Not exactly a verified answer. The videos and photos all show an iron that has plates that fully align and close on each other, just as all hair straighteners do.Hopefully the team in Japan can explain their technology better on their website and inform their US team better as well. They should know exactly how they operate and should be able to identify small details about the item, weather they are an iregularity, malfunction or function of the device. With the extremely high price, they could do a better job of informing on the mechanisms of the technology.

Product itself is great. Customer care is greater.
Way it functions is just as advertised. Wanted to return because there is a slight gap on the inner part of the iron so it does not close 100%, only the tip closes 100%. I would have kept it if it was personal use but since I am in the industry and there is heavy use of this makes my hand exhausted at the end of the day. After deciding return, process was pretty fast and overall satisfied. Currently planning to order the curling iron instead from same place.

Game Changer
I had medium to low expectations for this product b/c nothing has ever REALLY given my thick, coarse, very processed hair a shiny look. I had resigned myself that my hair would always be a bit rough, not shiny and damaged looking. However, I was blown away on the first try. My hair doesn’t feel or look like my “old” hair. It is smooth, super shiny and I can tell I am not making it worse by straightening it. I am over the moon happy. I am surprised there are not more social influencers talking about this game changer product. It is unreal how it has completely changed my hair. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Buy it!

Did not repair my hair at all
I should have run far away when the propaganda video for this device claimed that using it made the model’s face more beautiful, but I’m what my father would call a fish, so I bought it instead.I did find that it was able to straighten my (already straightened but starting to revert) hair fairly well for the supposed low temperature, but it didn’t repair my hair and certainly didn’t make my fact more beautiful.Also, I’m a bit doubtful about the low temperature, as my hair felt pretty hot after using it.

This is an amazing product. i have curly over processed hair and this flat iron is easy to use, makes my hair healthy and shiny and the straightening effect is terrific. The more often I use it the better my hair becomes

Amazing Results!!!!
I am blown away with the results of my 7Dplus hair iron. I couldn’t wait to open the box and try it. It instantly straightened and conditioned my hair!! I did just what it said to do. I did it very slow at the top heat of 360. My hair looked exactly the same as if I had a keratin treatment! I used it over and over for days! No damage at all! Only softer and softer hair! I was getting many compliments. Crazy! I don’t understand how it can work. I also tried the experiment they did in a video where they held it in place on hair for 10 minutes with no damage! I tried it on an extension for 5 minutes (too lazy to wait longer) I don’t understand how it can feel hot yet not burn or dry out the hair. The booklet that comes with it it says never to do that even though their video does it 🤷♀️. Well I did and it was fine! Also it says not to use hair product. I use conditioner but nothing after. I guess that may dirty the iron and cause hot spots? No idea but I followed their recommendation. Totally worth the money!!Even after washing my hair, my bleached blonde hair feels much softer! I’m blown away! It also made ny bleached hair look much shinier! So happy!!
