Love the scent!
This hair styling cream smells so good! After I wash my hair, I put a little in the palm of my hand and even it out in both palms. Then I put it in my hair and rub it around. It makes my hair soft and so easy to get a brush through it. I love that. I am in humidity a lot and it does help my fly away hairs and keeps it from getting out of control. Definitely love the product!

Price? Not overly impressed
🍃This product works on both dry and damp hair and helps control and tame the frizz without leaving my hair ‘crunchy’ or oily. However, for the price of ($47.98 at the time of this review) it is not that exceptional to justify purchasing in the future. There are plenty of products available that do equal if not better. 🤷♀️

Phew…very potent smell at first!
Review of Biotop Professional 700 Keratin and Kale Silky Touch Hair Styling Cream. Wow…when I first opened this styling gel-cream, I was absolutely floored at how strong the rubbing alcohol scent was! It made me very reluctant to go through with trying the product, but thankfully, I found that it quickly dissipated after application and left a FAR more pleasant and subtle smell in its wake. I have wavy, shoulder-length hair and was very pleased with how the gel-cream provided a soft hold, as it initially felt like it was more gel in texture. My waves and curls look and feel softer and more defined and have lasted me the full day. I will continue using this product for its effectiveness, but the sheer intensity of the smell means that it will not be in daily rotation.

Works well for my granddaughter’s very thick & curly mop of hair + helps tame frizz…
This is a nice styling cream that seems to work well for different hair types. I ordered it for my teenaged granddaughter that has very thick and curly shoulder length hair. It does tend to frizz during humid or warmer weather and she spends a lot of time trying to straighten out the curls and keep her hair smooth. This cream works very well for her, both to keep her hair smooth and shiny as well as to define her curls when she doesn’t want to straighten her hair.I have the opposite type of hair — mine is long and baby fine, with no frizz and essentially no volume at all. I wash it every day and condition it often, but I have to be careful with products that might weigh down my hair as it doesn’t take much for it to look lifeless and flat. I do get a lot of fly-aways, so I was happy to give this product a try, and I’m happy to say that it works well for that and it doesn’t leave my hair greasy or sticky and there is none of that crackly residue I get with some styling products. I just need a small amount and apply it to dry hair. It doesn’t really do much to help my hair when I use a little more of it on damp hair as a styling aid, though — it seems rich and my hair isn’t any more manageable and doesn’t really hold a curl any better than it usually does. Which is okay, since this product was really for my granddaughter, anyway.She really likes it and that is what counts.

Expensive but I like the way my hair feels
This Biotop styling cream is much pricier than the styling products I typically buy and I really didn’t want to like it as much as I do. I’ve only used it a couple of times so far and I’m still getting the hang of how much to use, but I am very happy with the results. The consistency seemed a little odd at first. It seemed more like a gel at first and I worried it would make my hair stiff and crunchy. I have chest length hair and I applied a pretty large glob to my palm and worked it into towel-dried hair before finishing with my Airwrap. I’ve been using the medium Airwrap barrel on a pretty humid week, which usually means the curls and waves can go fairly flat without a decent amount of product to give it some hold. This Biotop cream has done a very admirable job keeping some nice loose curls/waves all day. The best part is that my hair feels as soft as if I didn’t have any product in it. I’m honestly shocked at how soft and pliable it is while still actually helping to hold the curl.I don’t notice a ton of added shine, but maybe a bit. I have a little bit of flyaways here and there, but I also think I should probably have used more cream. Since this is so expensive, I’m trying to stretch it as far as I can so I’m experimenting with how little I can get away with while still getting enough to hold my hair.If it wasn’t for the price, I’d say this is great for everyday hair. For me, it’s going to be my go-to for special “everyday” hair when I will be out and about. I do also need something stronger hold for tighter or long-lasting curls, but for a nice, soft styling without heavy or crunchy hair, this stuff is pretty impressive. It’s definitely “salon quality” and I’d definitely consider other Biotop products as well.

Initial Strong Alcohol Scent, Silky Hair, Tames
Initially, this had a strong rubbing alcohol scent. I took a whiff for the first time and it was overwhelming, and it made me quickly move my head back. There’s another scent that follows that and it smells good. My hair didn’t smell like alcohol once I applied it. When I rub the product together, I smell alcohol as well but it has a pleasant scent afterward.It’s a clear styling cream that applies easily. A little product goes a long way.I put a small amount in my hands, rubbed it together, and evenly distributed it through my towel-dried hair. I allowed my hair to air dry the first time; afterward, it felt silky soft, and smooth. For reference, I have thick and fine naturally wavy hair but it didn’t help with adding texture or keeping it. It smoothed it out and left it soft and shiny while taming it. My hair wasn’t sticky, greasy, or crunchy; it didn’t leave residue behind.It’s a great product and does what it claims.
