I guess the best review I can give this scalp massager is that I had to buy a second one because my mom stole the first one. 😂 She tried mine, liked it, and apparently decided it belonged to her now.I really like how sturdy this one feels compared to some of the softer scalp brushes I’ve used before. The silicone tips have enough firmness to actually give my scalp a good massage, but they don’t feel sharp or uncomfortable. I especially like using it in the shower while shampooing because it helps work the shampoo through my scalp without having to use my nails.It’s also comfortable to hold, even when my hands are wet, and it’s easy to rinse clean afterward. The quality and durability feel really good so far, and the black color gives it a simple, clean appearance.I also find the scalp massage itself really relaxing. I wear a hat for several hours at work, so by the time I get home my scalp usually feels sweaty, oily, and itchy. That uncomfortable feeling under my hair is the main reason I reach for this brush in the shower. Using just my fingers never seems to get the same clean feeling around my roots. I put shampoo in my hair and gently move the brush in small circles across my scalp. I spend more time around the top, behind my ears, and near the back of my head where my hat sits for hours. The silicone tips feel soft but still give enough pressure for a good scalp massage. With warm water running, it feels really relaxing at the end of a long workday. My scalp feels much fresher once I rinse my hair, and my roots do not feel as heavy or greasy. The brush can get a little slippery with wet, soapy hands, but it has not been much of an issue for me. I keep reaching for it because my scalp feels clean, comfortable, and refreshed when I get out of the shower.

I’ve been using scalp massagers for some time now and know a good one when I have one. I’ve tossed some that just didn’t work well. This one is a good find b/c it actually stimulates my scalp better than others without being too hard. I have fine & thin hair, so it doesn’t tangle my hair either. It’s easy to hold and maneuver it to where you want it. The points are bigger but not too thin and this is pliable enough to give a gentle massage. It improves the shampoo lather a lot and helps to clean all over the scalp. I’ve also used it for hair oil treatments and it spreads a hair mask nicely. Overall this is a great value and performs when you need it to. When I need another massager, I’m searching for this one.

Good quality, but not ideal for thick, long hair
The silicone scalp massager is well made. The handle has a comfortable shape that fits nicely in the hand, and the silicone bristles are firm while still being soft enough not to cause any discomfort.As a massager on dry hair, it works well. If I use circular motions, however, it does have a tendency to tangle my hair.I didn’t have much success using it while shampooing. I have long hair with thick strands, and I have a lot of it. Once my hair was wet, I just couldn’t get the bristles to reach my scalp. It may work better for someone with shorter or less dense hair, but it wasn’t effective for my hair type.Taking all of that into consideration, I don’t think this scalp massager is for me. That said, it’s well made and reasonably priced. I think it would be a much better fit for someone with a different hair type.

Love this scalp scrubber! It feels great while shampooing and makes it much easier to massage and cleanse my scalp, i usually have a lot of bad dandruff but this leaves my scalp pretty clean . Essential Shower Tool
Scrubbing your scalp is important for those of us with scalp problems. I used to just use my fingernails but they are too harsh. I have short thin hair so this is the right tool for me.The Scalp Brush arrived in good condition. The thick rubber material looks like it would last forever with just minimal care. The fat thick bristles are stiff enough for holding up under vigorous scrubbing. The handle may look small but I found it easy to hold on to during vigorous scrubbing. The scrubbing feal great. This massager/brush is just the right stiffness to give a good massage but not damage the delicate scalp skin. It is so much better than a bristle brush or my fingernails.The thick rubber brush bristles are not long enough or strong enough for really thick hair but they will work fine on most hair types. You have to give the massager/brush a little care and not store it wet with the bristles down or with the cup up to prevent mold growth.Overall, this scalp massager exceeded my expectations and the price was great for the value.
