So happy I tried this….
After much hesitation, I tried this product and boy, am I glad I did. Having had no success whatsoever with sugaring, other waxing products in the past, other than extremely painful sugar/wax removals, I finally screwed up my courage and ordered it. I just tried it this past weekend on a leg and tiny hairs at the side of the mouth. After carefully reading the instructions and adhering strictly to them, this was no more painful to me than having your eyebrows tweezed. It is going to be somewhat time consuming as to be expected vs a salon treatment but my heavens, the difference in price and the luxury of doing this whenever you decide is fantastic. I too had a bit of a ‘dribble effect’ on my face, but I did not use the tiny spatula and did not twist the wax long enough to eliminate ‘running down my face.” I know I will learn how to do this extremely well, love that I can reuse and reuse the wax (it is up to you in that regard – depending on where you are waxing and whether you want that re-heated hairy wax on you, so to speak). Also be advised that I may be heating the wax too long even tho it was not remotely too hot on my skin, as I tended the get wax strings (like dribble strings at the dentist – gross but true) and tiny little blobs on me or the sink from the cup to the area being waxed. Will work on this every time I use and hopefully get much better at this (strings and blobs), however, I just scraped or peeled up the blobs and put them right back in the cup so no wastage in that regard. Unless you are extremely pain sensitive, I think you will like this. Just remember to follow the instructions, pull the skin as taut as possible before peeling the wax off (in the opposite direction of hair growth) and be patient.4/10/12: Very sorry to report that this seemingly stopped working, simply would not take the hair off my upper lip, chin, etc. As a good friend (pushing 60) has always told me: I had always heard you look like your mother as you get older (which was fine); no one ever said you would wind up looking like your father, i.e., hair on head, eyebrows thinning and yet sprouting like fresh sown grass elsewhere especially one’s face. Peach fuzz ? Forget that!

Total waste of money
One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made – and definitely the worst waxing product ever bought. It messy, hardly takes any hairs off and uses a whole product for two half legs. This makes it more expensive than having a professional hot wax!I’ve been waxing for years and years and have never come across a more inept product.Take my advice and save your money

First experience with waxing.
When I bought this product I bought it as my first experience with waxing. Let me just say, ouch. Waxing hurts way mote than I expected, and I have a high pain tolerance.That being said I liked this product. I used it on on my armpits, unwanted facial hair, and to do my bikini line.It takes a while to heat up, but that might just be because of my microwave. The thing that frustrated me a little was that the wax cools down so fast. I would use it for a few minutes and then all of a sudden it would start to cool. Then I wouldn’t be able to use it anymore.I liked that it smelled pleasant and that it didn’t irritate my skin. I have really sensitive skin so little things always irritate it. This product didn’t do that which is a big selling point for me.So my first experience with waxing actually went quite well. I would recommend this poduct to friends or family. I would buy it again.Waxing it painful, that’s something that has to be remembering when deciding to wax.

Money down the drain: Extremely disappointed.
As much as I am sheerly disappointed by this product, this is not an aggressive comment: just an honest review of the product. Customers should be given value for their hard earned money they spend on buying such products. Firstly, the cup gives away a really bad plastic smell when placed in the microwave and takes so long to melt. It does not warm easily, only the middle melts with the sides left hard. The wax is stringy, not only when it’s cool, just generally. Secondly, it cools down in no time making it really cumbersome to keep heating it again. Thirdly, I have gotten waxing done plenty of time and I am aware that it is a painful process but this wax is beyond uncomfortable and painful. It cracks within seconds and makes it very difficult to get rid of hair. I would like to mention that I read the instructions several times before using the product but it is still rather inconvenient. Additionally, for $20, the wax is so little, it is barely sufficient for one leg. This to me, is a big concern. Even if the product worked fine, the quantity is so little, it is extremely inefficient. Personally very sad to have spent $20 on this. Wish we could return used products.

So…this was definitely an adventure undertaken during Covid-19 when desperate times call for desperate measures. I’m bias because I have no microwave but I boiled a pot of water and then placed this inside (not getting water inside the wax) and waited until it melt. That part sucked but I watched Netflix while stirring. At first, I put the wax on too thinly and it cracked and stuck to my skin and got everywhere. That sucked, but user-error is no fault of the product.Secondly, I wisened up and used a thicker amount of wax and then did two spots at a time so I could remove the wax at the correct temp and feel my hairs ripped out! No pain, really.I messed up a few times and left a trail of wax from the bathroom to the kitchen. But – after vacuuming, scraping, sweating, cursing, and using baby oil to remove excess wax—I can say I have freshly waxed, smooth legs. Pain in the a$$ but worth 3-5 weeks of no shaving.100% worth the time and effort (clean-up included) but I’d definitely suggest laying down a wide rag under you so when you’re finished, it will be a roll-up and toss and finito.

Best Wax Ever!
I almost want to gatekeep this product so I always have it available to me but it really is to good not to share…This wax is some of the best wax on the market. Most professionals will appreciate this wax. I can tell by reading the negative reviews that unfortunately a lot of people do not know how to use this wax. First of all you absolutely do not let this wax dry on your skin, you apply it and rip it off within 30 to 40 seconds of after applying the wax to skin. You can absolutely reheat this wax over and over again (do not put used wax back into the cup) One of the most important steps you do not want to skip is applying the pre wax oil to the area you will be waxing. I would also recommend do not over heat wax it will be to thin grab onto the applicator if you over heat let it seat for a couple of minutes or until you can get a good clump of wax on the applicator. Well I hope this helps this is truly a quality brand of wax and I would highly recommend to anyone. My only complaint is that I cant buy by the gallon 😉

Short learning curve, great for sensitive skin.
I purchased as a started as I have never waxed at home before. The kit was in a box that came smashed on 3 sides. The product did not seem damaged. The wax was easy to use and warmed as expected using the instructions. There is a bit of a learning curve with applying the wax in the right thickness, took about 4-5 attempts in the same area to get the hang of it. Keeping the wax in the cup is odd for long term storage. Smell is strong but not offensive.I have very sensitive skin and this did not irritate me when used as instructed.
