  1. I try before you buy –

    Nice Addition to My Curly Hair Routine

    I have very high porosity, fine curly hair, so it is constantly craving moisture and definitely needs conditioner to stay manageable. This bond repair leave in conditioner has been helping quite a bit with that.I apply it while my hair is still soaking wet before adding my curl products. I use the leave in first, then follow with mousse and my other styling creams. Since adding this to my routine, my hair seems to retain moisture better and has a little more shine.It also contains vitamin B5, and I feel like it has been helping somewhat with frizz. Living in Florida during the rainy summer months means eliminating frizz completely is basically impossible, but this does seem to make my curls more manageable.The fragrance is also pretty neutral and not overly strong, which I appreciate since I layer several different hair products.Overall, this has been a nice addition to my curly hair routine and works especially well when my hair is feeling dry or needs some extra moisture.

    Not worth the price or the lack of transparency

    I ordered the ProFluffyBio Bond Repair Leave-In Conditioner because of the ingredients advertised in the listing, but after receiving it, I found that it doesn’t contain the ingredients the seller calls the “key ingredients.” That was a major disappointment and immediately made me question the product and the brand.I actually decided to try it anyway just to see if it was still worth using. It works okay as a leave in conditioner, but I don’t feel comfortable continuing to use it because I simply don’t trust the ingredients or the brand at this point. It also has a somewhat unpleasant smell. It’s not terrible, but definitely not a scent I want lingering in my hair.On top of that, the price is extremely high, especially for a product that doesn’t contain the key ingredients it is advertised with. I would expect much more transparency and value at this price point.I also find it strange that the seller appears to primarily sell pet products, yet this one product is marketed for human hair. Maybe there’s a reasonable explanation for that, but combined with the ingredient discrepancy, it just doesn’t give me much confidence.There are plenty of reputable human hair care brands out there that I would recommend before this. Even though it works reasonably well as a leave in conditioner, I plan to discontinue using it. I’m simply not comfortable putting it in my hair when I don’t trust the ingredients or the brand behind it.

    Added Nice Shine, But Didn’t Do Much for My Frizz

    This leave-in conditioner was okay for my hair. It has a nice consistency and was easy to work through my hair without feeling like I was adding something overly heavy.Where I noticed the biggest difference was shine. My hair definitely looked shinier after using it, which I liked. However, since frizz control is one of the advertised benefits, I specifically paid attention to that and can’t say that I noticed much improvement in my frizz on my 4C hair.I’ll continue using it for the conditioning and shine benefits, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t choose it specifically as a frizz-control product.

    Great temporary detangling and shine, but causes heavy build up

    This leave in hair mask does a decent job making hair feel soft and smooth right after use, and it definitely helps tame frizz and tangles thanks to the silicones and conditioning agents. It works well at holding in moisture and has a nice fragrance. However, because it relies heavily on ingredients like dimethicone and mineral oil, it tends to cause noticeable product build up over time if you do not use a clarifying shampoo regularly. It gives a nice temporary finish, but it can weigh the hair down with frequent use.It also contains DMDM Hydantoin, a formaldehyde-releasing preservative, as well as Propylparaben and Methylparaben. While common in many conventional cosmetics, some people prefer to avoid these ingredients due to personal preferences or sensitive skin.

    This ProFluffyBio Bond Repair Leave-In Conditioner is an excellent lightweight, leave-in conditioner. I researched the company and saw that are primarily a pet product company so I was a little concerned and had to double check the bottle to make sure it’s for humans. It is!I love it!! It moisturizes, detangles, and softens my dry, highlighted and color treated fine wavy/curly hair. I love that it bonds and protects my hair when I’m blowdrying and heat styling, which will also help maintain my highlights and color.It feels like it really seals in moisture because my hair feels so soft and looks so shiny and healthy, is full of volume, and not weighed down at all and doesn’t look greasy or oily. It’s so easy to comb my hair when and after applying, although the smell is a bit strong right from the bottle and smells a bit like perfume or a cologne, it smells good and isn’t as strong after my hair has dried but if you like hair mists it may compete a bit.I don’t need to use a lot for this to do its job and for a 6.76 oz bottle the price is so affordable, especially when on sale. It will last me a while and it does an amazing job no matter if I air dry or blow dry and my hair looks so much better. I love running my fingers through it. I think it would be great for all hair types and I do recommend!

    Warning: This product raises serious red flags

    I want to flag some serious concerns about this product before anyone else buys it. ProFluffy Bio is a pet wellness company. They do not make or sell human hair care products of any kind. The font and bottle design do not match anything in their actual lineup, and it looks like this seller is attempting to copy a major brand.The listing claims ingredients like hydrolyzed keratin, hyaluronic acid, and coconut oil, but none of those appear on the actual bottle’s ingredient list. What is actually in there is a blend of silicones (cyclopentasiloxane, dimethicone, dimethiconol, dimethicone crosspolymer), conditioning agents like cetearyl alcohol and behentrimonium chloride, mineral oil, isopropyl palmitate, hydrolyzed wheat, soy, and corn proteins, panthenol, and preservatives including DMDM hydantoin, methylparaben, and polyparaben. There is a gap between what is advertised and what is actually in the bottle, and that matters.There are also some baffling storage instructions. The bottle tells you to keep it in a cool, dry place and away from heat and direct sunlight, yet the product comes in clear plastic. That is contradictory. Most importantly, there is no batch number on the bottle, and the only adverse event contact listed points to their website. For a product meant to be applied to your body, that is not acceptable.I have not opened this and will not be using it. It is still sealed in its vacuum wrap. The combination of a mismatched brand, unlisted ingredients, missing safety information, and contradictory packaging instructions makes this a product I cannot recommend to anyone.
