Okay Travel Set, Some Possible Benefit, But Not Dramatic
I tried the BondiBoost Shed Happens Anti-Thinning trio and overall found the products to be decent quality, but the results were fairly subtle for me.The shampoo and conditioner were both fine to use. They have a mild scent (not strong or overpowering), and my hair felt clean and conditioned afterward. However, I did not notice any clear change in shedding from those two products alone.The serum has a more medicinal eucalyptus/tea tree type scent. After several weeks of use, I may have noticed a slight slowing of hair thinning, but it’s difficult to tell whether that was from the serum itself, the shampoo/conditioner, a combination of the three, or normal variation. The biggest downside for me is the texture: using one full dropper and massaging it into my scalp consistently left my hair looking greasy or dirty. With straight hair, that coating is quite noticeable and does not fully absorb, even after brushing or additional massaging; this might be less obvious for those with wavy or curly hair types.At $49.00 (Jan 2026), the price is in line with other specialty hair-thinning products and not unreasonable for a travel set. In my experience, products with minoxidil have produced more noticeable improvement at a somewhat similar price range, though they can also leave a coated feeling on the hair.Overall, this is a decent starter or travel option with gentle formulas, but the results were modest and the serum texture may not work well for straight hair.

Love the shampoo and conditioner. After using these for awhile now, I have noticed less shedding. No new growth, but I’m okay with that. My scalp feels amazing.I have dry itchy scalp issues (not dandruff, more old age.) Many shampoos and conditioners will exacerbate the itch. Bondiboost leaves my long fine hair soft and conditioned the way I like, doesn’t weight it down and hydrates and treats my scalp.The Lock Drops Serum I use overnight to treat my scalp, then wash in the morning. Not crazy about using it during the day, my hair will feel weighted down. This could be just me, as I said, I have fine hair and it doesn’t take much to weigh it down. It’s a great nighttime treatment though.

Smells delightful, and leaves hair feeling refreshed
I really like this hair product kit. It comes with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Scalp Serum aiming to help with hair loss. I don’t know how well that aspect works as it takes a while for any such product to see results, however, I do really enjoy the way this leaves my hair feeling refreshed and clean while not feeling stripped too much. The conditioner leaves it feeling soft and nourished as well. I really love the scent of this too, very minty fresh and that makes every wash feel invigorating. The drops are easy to apply as well and are designed to use every day. They do make my hair a bit oily, so I apply before bed rather than in the morning, but I do feel like the condition of my scalp itself has improved so they must be doing something 🙂 I will keep using them and hope for some results with the thinning of my hair getting better. 🙂 If not, I’ll enjoy the positive aspects I’ve noticed either way. The kit is a bit pricy, but if it works, it is worth the price.

Lightweight Trio for Haircare – Small Bottles, Full Routine
I’ve been using the Bondi Boost Shed Happens Anti-Thinning Hair Trio, and it’s a well-rounded set focused on supporting healthier hair. The shampoo and conditioner work well together for cleansing and hydration without feeling harsh.The shampoo doesn’t strip moisture from my hair and leaves it feeling soft, smooth, and hydrated rather than dry. It also feels gentle overall. All three products have a natural, fresh scent with peppermint and rosemary, and nothing comes across as overly strong or irritating. It has that clean, just-left-the-salon kind of smell.The conditioner stands out for hydration. It helps smooth my hair, adds moisture, and makes it easier to manage. One thing I noticed is that it absorbs quickly, so I tend to use more of it compared to the shampoo. Because of that, I’ll likely go through the conditioner much faster, especially given the smaller bottle sizes.The shampoo lathers well and has a nice thickness, so a little goes a long way even on my long, thick hair. Both bottles are on the smaller side, more like travel sizes, but still enough to get a good sense of how they perform. The push-top design on both makes them easy to dispense and use.The Lock Drop Serum is a slightly different experience when it comes to packaging. It comes in a dropper bottle that’s easy to control, and you don’t need much product at a time. It’s also about the same size as the shampoo and conditioner but that’s a fairly standard size for what you’d expect for a hair serum.The Lock Drops formula is very thin and liquidy for a serum, so I have to be careful during application since it can run if my head is tilted forward. With regular daily use, I’ve noticed my hair has been feeling thicker and I’m seeing less shedding on my hairbrush.I like that the formula in these products use procapil instead of minoxidil, which is a different approach to supporting hair growth with peptides and more naturally derived ingredients rather than a synthetic chemical. Overall, both my husband and I have really been liking using this set in our haircare routines.

Expensive, small amount, product very difficult to get out of bottles
This review cannot be based on whether this product helps with hair thinning, as it is a tiny sampler pack and would not be used long enough to make a difference. So I will review based on what I have found with it.First, the good – my hair did feel very soft and silky after using it, and less flyaway in this dry winter air we’re having. It has an herbal smell which is not unpleasant and not overpoweringly strong, so there is a nice scent.The bad – it’s very expensive for what you get. $50 for three small bottles of product is either for people with lots of $$$ to spend on incidentals, or it’s a magic product, and at the end of these tiny bottles I’ll come back to update this review due to my now thick and magnificent hair. The bottles are, well, a very hard plastic. Getting the shampoo out is not too difficult, as it is sort of runny, and it flows out through the opening in the pop-cap, due to gravity. (You literally cannot squeeze these bottles. Way too hard – they’re a hard plastic, and, being small, they don’t have a lot of give.) The conditioner – well, it ain’t coming out of that little cap pour spout, no way, it’s too thick. So you have to unscrew the little lid and pound the little bottle against your palm to get any product out (since you cannot squeeze the bottle – seriously, did nobody at the company test this?). And that works for the initial treatments – once you are partway through the bottle, all I can think is you have to water the conditioner down to get it out, and given the instructions say to squeeze all excess water out of your hair, that seems … counterproductive.It might be a great product, but between price and packaging, I cannot recommend people try it.
