Game Changer!!
For years I’ve gone to a salon to be waxed once a month (every 5 weeks) and have been spending $200+ per visit. I was looking for something to reduce that monthly cost. (I pay for a full leg, brazillian, arms & armpits).I’ve used an epilator before, but it was nothing close to this one! There is a huge difference between the Braun & the more basic model I had before. (also sold on Amazon for about $30)It’s not loud, even on the faster speed, I could easily hear the TV over the epilator..Pain for me was minimal. I’ve found that taking an ibuprophen about an hour before helps quite a bit. I was almost thinking it must not be working, until I pulled the head off…it was full of hair! It was pulling even hairs too short to wax! My legs feel so silky smooth..no red bumps or discomfort..I will easily be able to do everything but the Brazilian, (can’t see myself epilating there) I can already tell this will easily save me more than $100 a month!There is a light on the epilator, which makes seeing the hair much easier, deffinately a plus!I would (and have already) recommend this Braun model. I dont know if I’ll have use of the other attachments, but they are a nice bonus!Great price for a quality machine, does everything it says, I’m so happy with this epilator..

Beware – American plug
This item has an American Plug that doesn’t work in Australia. There was no mention of it in the description. I had to get an adaptor or go through the hassle of returning it so I got an adaptor and the product works ok.

Very nice update, wish head area was bigger.
I have been using one of these for 15+ years. This is probably the third time I’ve purchased one. The last one I purchased had two heads, which was a great idea, but it didn’t run very well unless plugged in even though it was supposed to be cordless. Finally, one of the heads stopped working so I could finally justify replacing it. I love this new one, it is just a single head but runs very well cordless and is pretty quiet too. It has a light that is pretty bright and also has bars on both sides of the head that tilt, which is new, not sure what they are supposed to do, maybe make the hair stand up? I just wish that the head was larger, ie more surface area to pluck with. I know that they probably are doing this so it won’t hurt as much for newbies, but really it doesn’t hurt at all after a while, and if you use it religiously, I think the hair doesn’t grow back as thick. So, smaller head means more passes for me, oh well. You can even use it in the shower, not sure why I would want to as it seems that would make the hair lay down more. It also came with a bikini shaver and attachments, like my unit two times ago did. The head on the old one is not usable anymore so I’m happy to have a new one and put one of the new attachments on the old one too for two different uses like eye brows too. Overall, it is a good unit, just disappointed that after this much time has gone by; the innovation in this product has gone nowhere.

Does not compare to older Braun models
I used a corded Braun epilator for over 15 years. When it finally broke, I was excited to upgrade to a new model. This model seemed to be the best value for the money and I was eager for the cordless convenience. However, I’ve found this model completely subpar. It takes multiple passes to feel effective. And it consistently leaves behind hair that my old Braun would have removed first or second pass. Save your money and skip this model if you want an effective epilator that doesn’t leave hair behind. Really only functions effectively as an electric shaver.

I had a Remington from years ago. I can’t believe the difference. I use it on my face although it is not recommended. With the old one I used to get my skin stuck in it which wasn’t good. This one is fantastic and I don’t have that problem. It is absolutely amazing although certain places like the upperr lip can be slightly painful, although well worth the pain. Jusy keep your skin taught so your skin doesnt get caught. Even if it does the appliance does shut right off. It keeps hair off for weeks and grows in much thinner. Try it! You’ll be surprised how well it works.

We as consumers have to wade through so much false promises, false advertising and just general BS!Imagine my surprise when this little bad boy not only delivered but EXCEEDED my expectations!!I have been a long time waxer of chin, lip and neck hair (thanks Obama 😆) and had gotten pretty good at keeping things under control with minimal bumps and ingrown hairs (they would still come but not really often). Unfortunately, the maker of the wax I used changed recipes and now it’s just a sticky mess. Didn’t work for me any more. 😭 I had no idea what to do so I started looking online for another comparable brand.In the process I came across reviews for this gadget. And what the hell…I decided to give it a try 🤷🏾♀️By the time I got it my unwanted hairs were pretty long. I put it together (the directions are kinda confusing and I still don’t know what the various heads are for) and I gave it a shot. It was kinda prickly painful at first….to the put where I thought I was doing something wrong. But I kept trying and I kinda got used to it. When I was done I halfway didn’t think all the hair would be gone ..BUT MY CHIN WAS SOOO SMOOTH!! I couldn’t believe it! I kept rubbing and looking in the mirror and nothing!I wiped with an astringent and held any excitement in check because I saw that some people got a lot of bumps.Well, it’s been about two weeks and no bumps and the hair is JUST NOW starting to come back!! Whaaaaaatt??? That’s BETTER than waxing!Soo happy I found this!Oh and the battery charge has lasted forever!

Well… Not going to lie… I read several reviews, they all said there would be a pain factor. There definitely is. To be fair… I used it in the worst possible way.. Dry & the most sensitive parts.The next day I used it again, less sensitive area & while using the shower. Much better. Need to build a tolerance is all.

Really happy with this set. I’m new to epilating and while it does hurt a bit at first, it’s manageable and not as bad as I expected. It gets easier the more you use it. The bikini trimmer is simple and quick to use, and the eyebrow trimmer is great for touch ups. The attachments make everything so much more convenient.
