Good trimmer, no nicks
This trimmer / shaver can be used with confidence that you won’t need to be dabbing up blood from nicks and scrapes – at a price significantly less than the more prominent name brands out there. I’ve used those big names over the years, and have learned name alone can not ensure risk free use. At this point, I’d rather start low and adjust higher based on performance, and at this product helps make that point. Does what you expect from the big names brand, just for less $. The attachments let you go from compete hair removal to 12mm.It’s easy/comfortable to hold, navigate around sensitive spots, and the charge holds well, allowing me to stick it on the charger on the weekends.After a week of use or so, I could hear the motor running slower, but rinsing the trimmer head under hot water seemed to rejuvenate trimmer’s motor speed to a sounding normal.I doubt the light takes a whole lot of energy (compared to the blade’s motor), so I don’t know why it just come on with the power switch rather than requiring a second press to get the light on.I assume that the legalese on the product page, warning section that states “Do not use in the shower or near water.” might be referring to when the trimmer is connected to an outlet, because otherwise that completely contradicts the marketing statement of “Its waterproof construction allows for safe use in the shower and enables easy rinsing under tap water for quick cleaning.”Overall, good trimmer, especially if you stopped using trimmers years ago because they all seemed to be bad.

Solid performance
My husband used this to trim different areas to see how it handled both shorter plus thicker hair. The first thing he noticed was how easy it felt to hold which made it easier to control during use. When he turned it on, the motor felt smooth without too much vibration which helped keep movements steady. The blade moved through hair without pulling in most spots which made the experience more comfortable. In tighter areas he slowed down a bit to be more careful, it still worked well though it required a bit more attention. The built in light helped slightly when visibility was lower which made it easier to see what you are doing. After finishing, cleanup was simple since it rinsed off without much effort. It worked well overall.

Terrible purchase
The worst purchase I’ve ever made at Amazon. It took me 15 minutes to trim my beard. I had the slowly and repeatedly go over the same spot. I felt like dry shaving with a cheap razor. I do not have a thick beard. I am wondering how anyone could like the razor. Maybe I got a used one with a worn razor. I’ve tried it twice now and have come to the conclusion that I wasted my money.

I purchased the Brightman Electric Body Hair Trimmer for Men – Waterproof. It works just as described. It’s sturdy quality and trims with fast speed. It’s easy to use and charges fast. The appearance is slim and fits nicely in my hand. The trimmer is easy to clean with the provided brush.

Good trimmer and didn’t cause irritation.
This Brightman Body Hair Trimmer can be used on all areas of the body and is gentle for the intimate areas. I have used this three times and I have yet to have irritation in areas that are prone to irritation for me. It has a base that holds it, while also keeping it charged and ready for use. Noise and vibration level was less when compared to my other trimmers. It’s small and easy to hold and maneuver, which is perfect for trimming the nether regions.I charged this for 2 hours but the display just would not give a 100% on the display itself. In total, I used it for 30 minutes non-stop and when I was done, the battery was still at 89%. So that was nice. The trimmer is easy to hold, is solidly made, and gets the job done fast.This is also fully waterproof which is great because it can be used while in the shower which not only speeds up the shaving and grooming process, it’s less mess. The guards are easy to attach and remove, plus they stay firmly in place when it’s turned on.All in all, it’s an affordable trimmer that does what it’s supposed to do – trim body hair.

Safe and easy body trimmer with good battery life and useful extras
These looked like a solid set of body trimmers and have done a pretty good job overall. It does not give the absolute closest shave, but considering this is meant to be a groin trimmer, that actually feels more like a feature than a flaw. I would rather have a slightly less close trim than deal with irritation or accidental nicks.It is easy to hold, easy to use, and the battery life has been good. The built-in flashlight is also a nice extra and actually helps more than I expected. I also appreciate that it is waterproof, since I prefer using it in the shower.Most importantly, I have not had any issues with nicking my skin or discomfort during use, which is really the main thing I want from this type of trimmer. Overall, it feels like a good value compared to other groin trimmers and has been a solid choice for safe, comfortable grooming.

it’s fine
I’ve been on the hunt for the right body hair trimmer for a little while, and I think I tried like 5 different ones in a short period of time. This one… is not it. If you’re not comparison shopping and you just buy it and use it, you’ll probably be like “oh this is fine.”But compared to some other ones I tried, it does not trim as nicely, feels clunkier in my hand, and doesn’t look as nice when not in use.Because of those things I didn’t really use it frequently enough to vouch for battery life or durability.I just kind of felt meh about the whole thing and wanted to go back to my other ones (not sure I can mention the brand in a review, but it’s a well-known brand and it really stood up to its reputation).
