    Decent shampoo and product, price is high

    Lots of things to like about the product.The only con for me was the price.I could probably find a comparable product with ingredients at a lower price.PROs:* Shampoo dispensed in a pump. LOVE this. For me and others in household, we prefer pump shampoo and pump body wash* Product is thick, meaning it is not watered down to create a volume in the bottle, but a thick shampoo where less is needed* Product lathers up nicely in palms of hand to then apply to scalp* Ingredients ARE clearly disclosed on the ad page, sadly for many products, this results in a deduction.Any topical, including shampoos applied to scalp, the ingredients can and do absorb into the body through the skin.With that: I am unfamiliar with many of the ingredients. I am not a chemist, nor scientist, nor educated enough to know how this mix of ingredients helps with hair loss. I do rely on doing an internet search for rated and tested products if wanting a shampoo for hair loss.Most I see now include: Tea Tree Oil, Rosemary.Having only used for 2 consecutive days it is too soon for me to evaluate or rate how this shampoo does for preventing hair loss.* Product did come safety sealed to prevent tampering: entire bottle was shrink wrapped in cellophane.* Bottom of bottle is printed with manufacture date/lot information and expiration date.Overall, this is a decent shampoo.Just too early to confirm specific claims.

    VERY cleansing

    This AEKONIK NourishGuard Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo, while it is geared toward people with hair loss or those with hair that easily breaks, is also a product that claims to promote scalp and hair health. The shampoo is also used to fully cleanse the hair and scalp and get rid of buildup and debris which can harm the health of your scalp. This cleanse helps to promote hair growth, but is also healthy for all people with any type of hair.I find that this shampoo absolutely does this. It lathers up to frothy bubbles. I don’t have to use too much for it to produce tons of foamy lather. I really scrub my scalp, too, making sure that I take care to allow the shampoo to saturate all of my hair and scalp. After I rinse my hair, it feels squeaky clean. And I mean, REALLY clean. There’s no residue at all.This shampoo is scented. I happen to like the scent, and I hoped the fragrance would linger. Nope! No such luck. I enjoy fragranced hair products, and I always hope that the scent of shampoo and/or conditioner will stay in my hair. However, this is marketed towards men and women, so I suppose the fact that it doesn’t have a strong lingering fragrance is a benefit.I think this shampoo does what it is supposed to do, and I think anyone can use this as a purifying shampoo. My hair and scalp feel refreshed after using it. I realize it is a hair growth shampoo, but I can recommend it as a very cleansing shampoo.

    Lovely, Thick, Lather, but Strong Scent and Drying

    Being that I’m a woman of a certain age, there are a lot of things about aging that this woman did not know. One of them is hair loss after menopause. It’s just another lovely benefit of being an older woman. I’m always looking for ways to make my hair thicker and more full, or at least just make my hair LOOK thicker and more full. For this reason when I saw this shampoo available from Vine, I requested it and here we are. This review is for: AEKONIK NourishGuard Anti-Hair Loss ShampooThis product arrived quickly and safely with no damage or leakage. The entire bottle is wrapped in like a shrink wrap, so if product safety is a concern for you, rest easy.I have been using this shampoo since it arrived around the 10th of September. Please know I only wash my hair a few times a week, so it tallies up to about 6 times so far. I know this is too early to gauge whether or not it is helping with prevention of hair loss.It is not too early, however, to not that my hair is getting very dry. I haven’t tried any other new products for my hair during this time, so I have to think that it’s the shampoo. I visited my stylist yesterday and she agrees that my hair is in drier shape than it usually is. Whether or not this is due to the shampoo or just another or continued symptom of aging, I can’t say.I do like the lather this shampoo provides, it feels so luxurious. But another thing I did not care for is the scent. It smells almost…medicinal. I use a certain leave-in conditioner that masks the smell for the most part, otherwise I might not have continued my try out of this shampoo.Wrapping up-too early to tell about the hair loss aspect, but the drying out of my hair and the strong scent have put me off of this shampoo. I am still giving it three stars, because I’m not positive about what is causing the dryness in my hair and it very well might work preventing hair loss over a longer term.

    Great Shampoo, Strong Fragrance

    This shampoo gives my scalp a pleasant tingle and makes my hair feel great. It generates great suds and rinses out easily. The ingredient profile is excellent and this shampoo contains many components that are great for hair. My hair certainly responds well to it. The fragrance has notes of tea tree oil and sandalwood, and I find it to last for quite a long time. I generally use unscented soap products, so I find the fragrance a bit strong for me, but I don’t mind the fragrance because the ingredients are awesome.

    A Fragrant, Nourishing and Protective Shampoo

    This is a great shampoo first for the elegant smell it left on my hair. Second for its lubricating and soothing effect on my hair and scalp. It is fun to lather with this product. Hope the nice ingredient would help nourish the scalp and promotes healthy hair growth. There is a lot of descriptions on the bottle for this product. It contains ingredients to nourish and protect the hairs. The letters are too small to read, but I can recognize the major players are antioxidants in several herb extracts, guar gum, and Urea. There is an also a paragraph for strengthening agents with hydrolyzed wheat protein and polygonum multiflorum root extract. They are used to fortify hair strands, reduce breakage and enhance hair strength.

    Nice

    While I can’t say that this shampoo necessarily helps with hair loss because it’s too soon to tell… I will say that I enjoy using it. It makes my hair feel clean but too clean where it feels dry. I still have a good slip after I use it. My hair easily detangles afterwards. This is a nice shampoo that cleans well and smells lovely so I can recommend it!

    This is wonderful shampoo. I’m really impressed with the quality of this hair care product. It has an amazing scent. The scent is unisex and absolutely fabulous. It isn’t fruity or floral, but pleasantly perfumed. This shampoo looks like honey (not sticky though) and lathers up really well. It has soft, creamy, abundant, bubbly lather. This shampoo is for anti-hair loss. I’m not sure how effective this shampoo is for hair loss prevention because I have not used this product very long. Long term, it may help. But, my initial reaction and opinion of this shampoo is that it’s really terrific and smells really good. 😃
