Very Watery and I Have to Use WAY Too Much Product

I was highly unimpressed with this shampoo and conditioner set, especially considering the price and the amount of product you get in each bottle.The first thing I noticed was the consistency. The shampoo is extremely thin and watery, and it has an almost oily look and feel to it. I wasn’t expecting a super thick shampoo, but this is considerably thinner than the shampoos I’m accustomed to using.The bigger problem is how much product I have to use. It took me around **10 pumps of shampoo** just to get a decent lather going in my hair. That’s a lot of product for a single wash, and at that rate, I can’t imagine the bottle lasting particularly long.Unfortunately, I didn’t have any better luck with the conditioner. It’s also very thin and watery and didn’t provide nearly enough slip for my curls. Detangling is an important part of conditioning my hair, and I ended up using around **12 pumps of conditioner** before I had enough product in my hair to actually work through my curls and detangle them.That’s ultimately my biggest issue with this set. If these were inexpensive, oversized bottles, I might be more willing to overlook needing so much product per wash. At this price, though, the combination of relatively small bottles and needing 10–12 pumps at a time just doesn’t make sense for me.Hair products can obviously perform very differently depending on hair type, and someone with shorter, finer, or straighter hair may not need nearly as much as I do. For my curls, however, I need a shampoo that cleans and lathers without requiring a huge amount of product and a conditioner with enough slip to make detangling easier.This set just didn’t deliver either of those things for me, and considering how quickly I would go through the bottles, I don’t think it’s a good value for my hair.

That said, I find these quiet expensive and you can probably find similar “good ingredient” based sets MUCH cheaper! Overall, it feels like a nice, straightforward botanical hair-care set without a lot of unnecessary stuff. Good scent, good results, and I’d happily keep using it.

I really like this shampoo and conditioner set.I like that it is natural and vegan. I feel much better using shampoo and conditioner with clean ingredients.I found that my hair, which normally looks like straw because it is so damaged, was really smooth and shiny. Even after styling it with my heat tools, it still was softer and looked better overall.The smell of this is really pleasant. It isn’t too strong. There is just a slight fragrance that I assume comes from the natural ingredients.The bottles are nice quality. They are heavy and I am not sure if they are glass or ceramic, but they are not plastic, which is another nice thing about this.I think the price is okay. For a high end shampoo and conditioner set it is average.I do like this overall. It is softening for sure and my hair felt clean and shiny after use.
