It WORKS! From a Former Skeptic
I don’t have sensitive skin, as a rule, so I’m not too afraid of testing an unknown product. I do, however, do a patch test and wait 48 hours to see what happens.I did a patch about 2 x 2 inches on my arm above my wrist; I have fair hair, but it is visible. There was no smell, no tingling, no burning. I spread it on a little thinly; a little bit more than I would apply for lotion on the same area. I waited 10 minutes, and didn’t notice a thing.Of course, I’d already misplaced the little plastic scraper, so I took a tube of shampoo and used the edge to scrape it off in the shower. It WORKED. It actually WORKED. The skin was soft and smooth afterwards and it’s been at least 48 hours later with no effect.I don’t understand it. I actually don’t believe it. My friends have tried similar products as alternatives to harsh chemical removers with, shall we say, mixed results at best. I’m definitely putting this product on my Subscribe and Save list. I’ve struggled with facial hair to a varying degree all my life and I’m looking forward to having such an effective and reasonably priced tool in my arsenal.

I’d rather give zero stars. I followed the directions, which said leave on 10-16 minutes. I left it on 12. Did NOT remove any hair. Gave me an instant headache, and burned my skin. Don’t buy.

I followed the directions on the bottle and this cream worked well to remove unwanted hair. It has a noticeable scent, but it is not nearly as strong as most traditional hair removal creams. You can still tell it is a chemical hair remover, but the coconut oil helps make the smell more tolerable. My skin felt soft afterward and I like that it contains coconut oil, glycerin, and hyaluronic acid for added hydration. The tube arrived safely sealed, which I appreciated, and the 12 month shelf life after opening gives plenty of time to use the product.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Coconut Oil Facial Hair Removal Cream. It’s easy to use and does a great job removing unwanted facial hair without being harsh on my skin.I used it on my chin hairs and upper lip, and it worked very well. The hair removal process was quick and easy, and my skin felt smooth afterward without irritation.One of my favorite things about it is the formula. The combination of coconut oil, glycerin, and hyaluronic acid helps leave my skin feeling soft, smooth, and hydrated after use instead of dry or irritated like some hair removal products can.Another big plus is the scent. It smells great and, honestly, has almost no smell at all compared to many other hair removal creams. Works well with no irritation
I’ve tried name brand hair removal creams many times, even ones marked for faces and sensitive skin but was never happy with them. They smelled terrible and/or burned and irritated my skin.But this Bosnow cream has honestly changed the game!I decided to try it out on my armpit first (a less obvious spot Incase of irritation) and the removal worked quite well with literally zero burning or irritation. Name brand creams always had a really harsh odor that lingered on the skin after use but this Bosnow cream had a much much more mild scent in my opinion and I don’t smell it on me at all after use. I put a good layer on and waited 13 minutes (recommended time was 12-16 minutes). I used the plastic scraper/applicator to scrape off the cream and the hair came off with it! I finished by wiping down the area with a wet cloth to further remove remaining hairs and cleanse any remaining cream from my skin. I am usually prone to razor burn in this spot and while the finish is similar to a shave (the hair breaks off at the skin and is not removed from the root) I have no razor burn or irritation. You can see in my before/after photo where I missed a few hairs at the top which again just shows the removal power even better. If it can handle course armpit hairs no problem it will surely take care of fine facial hairs!
