    AMAZING! I have used all sorts of goofy things trying to do what these socks do. From but not limited to zip lock and bread bags with lotion in them.I’ve been having issues with dry cracking calluses for a few months now. On the ball of my foot at the big toes as well as dry cracking calluses at the tips of most of my toes.From the very first morning of wearing all night I was impressed. Woke up that morning and my feet felt like I had just dried them off from a shower. By that I mean the skin was warm, hydrated and flexible. All the calluses had softened a bit.The second night I added some intensive care skin lotion to the inside of the socks. The following morning had the same results as the first morning. With the added bonus of super soft calluses. So much so that when I scrubbed in the shower that morning most if not all of the calluses, came off with ease. Leaving behind an almost perfectly smooth skin underneath.The socks flipped inside out no problem and were hand cleaned with some mild soap without issue.The third night I did the same thing as the second. Upon waking up the third morning my feet were nearly 100 percent better. Just a patch here and there. The area previously under calluses were perfect.Now I just use them for maintenance. I no longer wear them every night as that is no longer necessary. I use them one or two nights a week and usually Sunday afternoon for a few hours while watching a movie.If you are looking for something to help those tough, thick, dry and cracking spots on your feet, you NEED these. Even if you just want to maintain the skin on your feet you need these. I am 50 years old and my feet have NEVER been better.I wear a size 13 to 14 shoe depending on brand and how they are made. I bought the proper sized socks for my feet and they fit perfect. Even better after the first night.*WARNING* DO NOT WALK WITH THESE ON!Completely dangerous to do so as the gel moves and allows your foot to slide.BUY THESE! Your feet will thank you.

    Mixed Results with a Nasty Rash

    I had a really odd experience with these socks, but first some background: The soles of my feet have become so dry in recent months that they began to crack and leave fairly large and very painful fissures on my heel and ball of my right foot. (I have a similar problem with my left foot, but not nearly as severe.) When it’s bad, it feels like I’m walking on razor blades and, as you can imagine, I can barely walk.I’ve been to dermatologists and podiatrists, but their best advice was to apply lotions and ointments to the affected area to try to soften the skin, which has provided some temporary relief, but hasn’t solved the problem entirely. I basically still just have good days and bad days.So I was feeling somewhat desperate when I saw the Codream socks, and figured they only cost around 20 bucks — why not give them a shot? They arrived in a couple days, and I wore one on my right foot when I went to bed that evening. I was amazed when I woke up the next morning — the pain was completely gone for the first time in months. I was amazed and overjoyed. Without hesitation, I sat right down, wrote an extremely glowing review, and posted it on Amazon.My right foot still felt great that afternoon when I decided to take a nap, but I still slipped the Codream sock back onto my right foot again before laying down for a snooze. I figured wearing it more could only increase the effectiveness, but, when I awoke from my nap, I was surprised to discover that my foot itched like crazy. I pulled off the sock and saw that my foot was dotted with little, raised red marks. Each radiated with the type of itch that just doesn’t go away, even after you’ve scratched it. Even worse — the fissures on my right foot were once again hurting more than ever when I stood up.It was the worst of both worlds — my original condition had returned with a vengeance and was accompanied by an annoying rash of very itchy red spots. It took a couple days to clear up the rash with moisturizers and I have since been afraid to ever put the Codream sock back on either of my feet.Now, I’ve read plenty of positive five-star reviews here, and can’t rule out the possibility that my experience was a rare aberration among many more success stories. But I also realized that I ordered these socks without having any idea of what ingredients were used in the internal gel/ointment. I learned a lesson.

    They seem to work but are difficult to get on. Update rating to 4 stars from 3 stars.

    After a year of use I have updated my review from 3 stars to 4 stars. I had difficulty getting them on my feet as the silicone clings to the skin so they don’t slide on as easily as a normal sock. Turning them inside out and starting at the toes made it less difficult. Putting lotion on my feet first allowed them to slide on easier but also allowed the sock to slip on my foot when walking. I wear them to bed at night so I only have to walk with them on for short trips to the bathroom. They worked excellently to get rid of the calluses on my feet that had been cracking and bleeding which is what they are designed to do.original review;I have one foot that the callouses started to crack and bleed. I put lotion on but it gets messy to walk on or lay in bed. Wearing socks seemed to counteract the lotion. I wondered if anybody made a waterproof sock out of nitrile or silicon. I found that they are available but only these claimed to fit my size 14 feet. I was wary of the one size fits all but silicone seems to be very stretchy. I wasn’t thrilled about the embedded oils. I just wanted something to contain the lotion I was using but I decided to try these. I probably should have read more reviews and I would have seen that men with size 11 feet were having difficulty putting them on. They were very difficult to get on as the silicone is rather sticky, the socks are small, I have wide feet with a high instep and I have a bad back. I did manage to get them on by turning them mostly inside out though and they felt great. They stayed on my feet well and moisturized well. I was disappointed to see the instructions that they should only be worn for short periods. I wore them for a full day with no problem walking in them. They have good traction and stayed on my feet well. I dread wrestling them on though. I wish they made them in a larger size with an open top or even with a strap to make them easier to get on. I might try cutting them open but I suspect they will tear if I do.I can only rate them a three and will continue looking for some larger socks.

    Swollen feet? NO WAY!!

    The item was on time and packed very well. After arriving I wanted to try them. I have psoriasis and my feet are the worst. I have a perception lotion that I use and I was tired of going through the Cling wrap. So when I got these I went and put my lotion on my feet and then the socks. OH!! MY!! WORD!! it felt like shoving my foot down a cold lizards throat. ( using imagination) it was awful. The first sock went on well enough a little hard I had to inch it on more likely. And with my other foot it stays swollen. So these socks run small as it is. It was like squishing a 12 in a size 9. And then trying to walk in them. Let’s just say. I would NOT recommend it!!! At all and that my HEAD still hurts. Recommend for sleep time only!!! But after the awfulness!! Lessons learned!! They work marvelous and would recommend to those with dry cracked feet or whatever you have going on. One last thing!! OUR POOR FEET!!! WHAT THEY INDORE!!!

    A Gamechanger For My Husband’s Feet

    My husband has been struggling with severely dry, cracked feet for a while, to the point where they were so sore and painful that they would bleed.     Like walking on marshmallows, slides too much, too small

    I really wanted to like them but they slide around too much and squeeze my toes when they slide around. The size large just barely fit my size 12 foot. They feel like I put my foot in a plastic bag full of marshmallows and tried to walk around. I just want socks I can walk around in that won’t absorb all the moisturizing cream. These do a good job not absorbing the cream but I can’t walk in them.

    Worked Miracles on my “hooves”!

    These things have worked miracles on my feet. Or should I say my hooves! they were calloused and cracked and bleeding. After sleeping in them for a few days. My feet were noticeably less sore. Now I wear them every night to prevent my feet from getting that way!I have the same complaint as the others. They don’t last very long and need to be replaced. But my biggest complaint is they don’t make knee socks. Or at least over the calf versions!

    Size 14 1/2 US is comfortable.

    My size 14 1/2 foot fits in these moisturizing socks surprisingly. They look 15 years younger when removed after a night’s sleep. Lubed my feet up with castor oil before putting them on. They are a little tight on the top of my foot where it goes around my ankle though. Gave it 4 stars because someone with size 15 feet might have a hard time being comfortable in them. They aren’t bad to walk around in, feels weird for sure. The non slip things on the bottom are nice.
