I absolutely love these, with the exception that they are too …
I absolutely love these, with the exception that they are too long. They stick out the other side of my bun lol high is super annoying. I went to target and got the goody brandnones and it’s been love ever since. No more split ends from keeping my bun in place with hair ties and these are slightly harder to loose than traditional bobby pins. I strongly recommend this brand if you have thick hair otherwise but the shorter ones.

Great for long hair!
I absolutely love these. I have long, thick hair and these are the only pins I have found that will actually keep my hair up in a bun. Traditional bobby pins either twist out of shape, fall out, or I have to use so many of them I’ll set a metal detector off just by looking at it. Two of these little twirl pins and my hair is secure until I take them out. Just a word of caution. The package warns you about cross-threading the pins in your hair. That’s no joke. If the pins get twisted together in your hair it will take a lot of patience to get them out again. I definitely recommend!

These are the next best thing from bread. I believe they are the originals. I purchased some many years ago, then again 4 or 5 years ago. I had ordered an off brand, which got stuck in my hair. I thought I would have to cut my hair. Then I ordered another large brand, no go. Finally found the Conair. You get what you pay for

They hold my long thick hair just fine.
These hair pins are so nice and they are the ones to get. I have tried some cheap ones before but they either dug into my head or bent easily. These have held up for over a year now and I have even accidentally stepped on them once. They are not bent at all and have never dug into my head. It’s worth it to get these hair pins from Conair.

Painful and not a perfect Goody spin pins dupe but get the job done.
These are okay but not a perfect dupe of the Goody Spin Pins as another review stated. The material on the ends of the pins is much thicker and gets stuck in my thick fine hair (is painful to put in and take out). Also, the pins themselves appear to not be very strong, the two sides will separate and wind themselves into my hair and are so painful and impossible to get out without help from another person. These work, but I will be sticking with goody even though they’re more expensive. Beware if you have thick and/or fine hair, especially if you’re tender-headed

Just as good as Goody!
Great alternative to the Goody Spin Pins. I’ve been using the spin pins for years now and my set has lasted forever but they have started to lose their coating and I decided to get another set. They are not easily found in stores and I came across these when I searched Amazon. The price for two sets of three was not much more than a single set of two Goody so I thought I’d give these a shot. Glad I did. They are comparable to Goody’s version. The wire gauge is similar (I looked at some of the no-brand versions and the wire gauge looked much thinner), if not identical. The only difference is that the Conair version has a tighter twist and the top is flatter. The Conair brand has 7 twists and the Goody has 6 but they’re the same length. If that doesn’t make sense, I’ve included pictures side-by-side with the Goody brand. The Conair is on the left. You may notice that one of my Goody pins is a bit warped (and considering they’ve been used to hold up waist-length hair on a daily basis, that’s incredibly minor). In terms of practical use, I wasn’t sure if the tighter twist would make any difference and I’m pleased to find that I don’t notice any difference in use. I love these as much as the Goody brand. Easy to twist in and they a couple hold very securely. I very very rarely have to make any adjustments throughout the day and my bun stays put. They’re just as comfortable as the Goody brand and so much better than the million bobby pins it would otherwise take to hold my hair up.Definitely recommend these and the price is great!

Not for me or my long thin hair
I have THIN long hair… Picture of my hair down for reference. I used them to put up my space buns and ring lets. Then I tried a low bun. It kept stabbing me in the back of my neck, I tried to remove them. They got tangled in my hair so badly I threw it out the car window 😭If you have THICK hair get these they are long decent Quality. They are by NO means flexible. They held my hair a bit too well. I didn’t find them comfortable the ball on the end got stuck in my hair. I didn’t like these but the return window closed so I’m holding onto them just using with extreme caution.The pictures of the pins. The longer one is the Conair brand. The other are the Goodie MINI pins. The minis are silver and the ConAir pins are black. I wanted to show the size difference because a twist or two may make all the difference with you hair texture and length. I have LONG THIN hair my hair all together doesn’t even make a baird 1 inch thick. That is why I have the picture so you can see if these are for you.
