This Actually Works!
I was skeptical about whether this would actually work. As a 59 year old woman, hair growth on my chin and neck area has gotten out of control. Waxing works well, but it’s messy. Plucking takes forever. The mini shaver works but hair grows back quickly and stubbly.After receiving it, I used the rotundas oil after waxing. I continued to apply it each night. Hair has grown back but it is MUCH sparser. I am a brunette so the hair on my face was dark. As it comes in, it’s now finer and less visible. Since it works on my face, I started using it on my legs after shaving. I haven’t noticed a huge difference but it hasn’t been that long. I feel like I’m shaving less often now, though. It does feel nice after shaving and my legs feel moisturized.As far as fragrance goes, I normally like an earthy scent. This is close but also has an almost medicinal smell. Not a dealbreaker for me.For me, this oil is well worth the money!

This oil comes in a dark container (important for natural oils), and since you only need to use a little bit at a time, I feel like it will last me a really long time. I am that delightful menopausal age where hair unexpectedly shows up in random places, and so I have started to use an epilator on my face and neck. I like that this product is composed of natural ingredients and that Per the directions, this product gets applied after hair removal. I only need a tiny bit to smooth on my cheeks and neck. It has a stronger initial smell – not terrible and I stop noticing it after a few seconds. There is no “burn” when I apply it, and it does seem to moisturize and soften my skin. I have only been using it for about 8 weeks, but I have not yet noticed it reducing my hair growth, which is why I removed one star.

Skeptical on hair removal claims
The aloe and other additives certainly improve and hydrate the feeling of my skin but I have found no proof of the hair removal qualities they advertise here. I believe what they’re trying to convey is that this is essentially aftershave oil that prevents regrowth but even then I have tried in that application and have recovered the same amount of hair in the application site. It smells good and feels good and applies as easily as any general oil but for the price and the misconveyed application I can’t recommend this for it’s advertised purpose of hair removal. For the money there are better more effective options available.
