I recently started using the DAENG GI MEO RI shampoo and conditioner for hair loss care. Really Concerning
TL;DR: Excessive hair fallout after a couple weeks of using on thin, fine hairFor context, I have 2A hair that’s fine and thin. For about ten years, I’ve struggled to maintain a full head of hair. Over time, my scalp has noticeably widened, prompting me to use products aimed at preventing hair thinning and loss. I can say that Minoxidil helps, so I include it in my hair care routine. However, I wanted to try a shampoo and conditioner alongside it.Of the many products I’ve tried, most made my hair frizzy and dull while providing some volume. So, my expectations were high for this shampoo and conditioner set. Before using these products, I had a Japanese hair mask that still works wonders for taming my frizz and adding shine. So prior to this, I have been using a hair mask, a rice water shampoo (a brand I found on Amazon that seemed effective, though I’m not entirely certain, that I ran out of), and Minoxidil every other night for about five months.In the shower, I shampoo my hair twice since it gets extremely oily if I don’t wash it every day. I’m trying to get into the habit of washing every other day, since I’m aware that daily shampooing can strip the hair of its natural oils. I massage the shampoo into my scalp for about a minute or two before rinsing, and I apply conditioner for about five minutes before washing it out.After using the shampoo and conditioner about seven times, I began to notice short and long strands of hair in my comb and sink. At first, I dismissed it, as losing a strand or two during a wash has been normal. However, I observed more hair loss during future washes, with strands sticking to my hands and the wall to prevent them from going down the drain. It became concerning when I started pulling out more than four loose strands, which is unusual for me. I’m gentle with my hair and always comb from the ends to the roots, yet there were still strands coming out, more than common. My baby hairs were also shedding (they had started to grow with the help of the Minoxidil), which was a first, which has confirmed my worry that the new products were the cause of the excessive hair loss.If you have a similar hair type, I recommend being cautious and paying attention to any hair fallout, so you don’t wait as long as I did to notice if you do decide to purchase this product. The initial results are good but long term, not so much

I’ve bought this shampoo and conditioner twice now! I love the shampoo it’s like a clear orange brown and smells like herbals. My hair is thick, straight, and is low porosity. My scalp was dry but my hair would get really oily fast. As well as I use to have terrible hair fallout. I’ve use this for months and my scalp has got so much better. My hair hardly falls out anymore like it used to. My dandruff is not gone completely from this shampoo. But it has helped get rid of it alongside my hair oils that help my dandruff. The conditioner is nice too. It’s a white liquid and smells little stronger than the shampoo. Overall, this shampoo and conditioner is good for my hair type. I recommend it if you have the same hair type as me and issues.
