Good Face Moisturizer with a strong smell
It comes in a nice aluminum bottle, which I like better than plastic. The pump dispenser works well and gives a good amount per pump. There is a strong scent, but it is not a scent I like. I don’t mind strong scents as long as they are really good. This scent makes me want to use another moisturizer, where the scent is more appealing. However, it does do a good job moisturizing. Though, after using this for a while, I still had a zit. The lotion itself does feel fine on the skin and does not feel like it clogs my pores.

Deeply Hydrating, a Little Goes a Long Way
I was pleasantly surprised by how effective this Sea Moss Moisturizer is. It arrived in perfect condition—no leaks, and the pump worked fine for me, though it occasionally sticks just a bit. The texture is rich but spreads easily, so even half a pump is more than enough for my entire face.It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin soft and smooth without any stickiness. The initial scent is sharp—very tea tree forward—but it mellows out once absorbed. Personally, I don’t mind the strong fragrance, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to scents.It’s extremely moisturizing—almost too much at times—so I’ve learned to use a tiny amount, especially since I have sensitive skin. I use it at night and wake up with my skin feeling calm and hydrated. If you’re looking for a moisturizer with natural ingredients that packs a serious hydration punch, this one’s worth trying. Just go light on the amount!

Thick Moisturizer, Strong Scent
I really like this moisturizer. It is great for sensitive skin. It’s non irritation and is nice and thick. It absorbs nicely and feels extremely hydrating. It definitely has a very strong lavender scent, it doesn’t stay that strong once absorbed but if that’s not a scent that you like then this might not be for you. Other than that it is a nice high quality, teen skin friendly moisturizer.

Fast Absorbing Gel Lotion
This moisturizer is really nice and absorbs fast. I had a bit of trouble getting the pump to work at first but after spinning it in the right direction for a while it did start pumping. It smells really good and has an almost gel like quality to it due to aloe being one of the primary ingredients. The moisturizer did not leave my skin feeling greasy at all and it left it hydrated without any shine.

My teen son has pretty clear combination-skin, but after being in the sun for XC-running, he needs some moisturizing! Honestly, I was a little nervous after seeing the reviews about a “strong lavender smell,” but we only sensed the bold Tea Tree scent (we do use a lot of tea tree hygiene products, though, so maybe that’d what we’re used to!) My son likes the product, saying it isn’t greasy and seems to help make his skin soft and hydrated.At about $15, this 6oz Moisturizer is comparable to similar products. Mine did not come in an aluminum bottle, but recyclable plastic, with a pump-dispenser. With all natural ingredients, it is Made-in-the-USA, Non-GMO, and cruelty-free. I also love that the brand, Just for Teens, is a small, Black-owned business. We’ve liked every product we’ve gotten from them, and are happy to support their mission of teen mental health awareness!

Offensive smell. Almond oil as an allergy, not for me.
This just for teens sea moss moisturizer comes in a six ounce bottle. The bottle is made from a hard purple plastic that is not flexible and has a pump down top for disbursement. This is an all natural moisturizer for sensitive and oily acne prone skin. This is very easy to use. you simply pump this into your hand and spread it on your skin. This spreads very well covering your entire face with just one pump. This Moisturizer has a very strong floral scent that lingers a long time after you apply this. This smells heavily of natural lavender.In use, this is very easy to use as you simply pump it out and apply. It spreads well with good coverage but it has a very strong scent that lingers for a long time afterwards and is heavily saturated with lavender and I find it offensive. I originally got this for my teenager who is acne prone but I did not notice that this had almond oil in it as he is allergic to all nuts so I gave this to my wife and she gave it back to me saying that it irritated her skin and she had to wash it off and that it felt burnie on her face. I tried it and I found that it left my skin very tight and that the smell was extremely strong, almost nauseating this left a shiny sheen on my skin that you can see reflects light. This has a slight oily texture to it after it’s dry or left the skin slightly oily and you can feel where it was applied versus where it was not. I like the application, I hate the smell and the fact that the smell does not go away is bothersome. I think if you love the smell of lavender you might like this but I don’t know any teenage boy that is going to want to smell like lavender.The value on this is a little bit on the higher end. For the amount you get and their performance of this I feel like this is a little bit expensive and has a high to expected value in my opinion and at the time of this review.Overall, I don’t think this product is for us as one kiddo is allergic to it. My wife had a reaction to it and I don’t like the smell. For us, this is a no go and feels like unless you really like lavender smell I probably would not recommend this.
