FINALLY SOMETHING THAT ACTUALLY WORKS
I order the shampoo/conditioner set, and have been so pleased with how well it works with my hair. I have straight (maybe a little wavy) hair, and it’s very thin. I was losing hair left and right before with other high-end products. Plus my scalp would stay dried out & itchy. This stuff helps with alllll those issues. Although I can’t tell a huge difference in my hair being “thicker”, I can see a drastic change when I brush my hair after the shower as it doesn’t not all out anymore. If nothing else has helped you yet with any of the things I’ve listed above, then it’s time you try it and see for yourself!

Great conditioner
The shampoo and conditioner together really makes my hair at 80 seem fuller. I really like the product! But the conditioner comes in a plastic bottle that is much too stiff for my arthritic hands to squeeze, and the lovely thick conditioner is very difficult for me to get out. The lid breaks easily as I struggle to get it out.

I like this conditioner, it doesn’t do what it says. I have found, like others, the bottle is impossible to squeeze. BUT if you use other Derma pump products like me, I use a cleanser, the pumps fit the conditioner bottle. Most companies use the same size across their products 🙂 Luckily I had just finished a cleanser and had a pump ready. It doesn’t go all the way down, but far enough. Easy fix!

Bottle is so thick that it’s very difficult to squeeze product out
I absolutely love the thickening conditioner and shampoo. Unfortunately, there is no way I can squeeze either from the bottle anymore. Initially, the problem was only with the conditioner so I assumed something was wrong with it. I continued using the shampoo because I could squeeze it out and used a different brand of conditioner. I realized the problem was the bottle when my recent order of shampoo and had the same difficulty. I have a tiny amount left in an older shampoo bottle. Comparing the old bottle with the new, I found the newer bottle is significantly thicker and more rigid. I have issues with my hands and have poor grip strength. I’m permanently disabled, so these bottles are unusable for me. I had to resort to buying empty squeeze bottles to continue using the shampoo and conditioner. I love these products. I hope Derma-E switches to an easier to use bottle.

The plastic bottle has been changed
I have been using the conditioner for 5+ years. Using the shampoo the same amount of time. With myrecently received order I found the shampoo to be the same. However; the conditioner bottle itself has been changed and is horrible. The plastic is harder and very hard to squeeze. I don’t know who’s bright idea it was to change the bottle plastic. I struggle with squeezing the bottle with every use. The conditioner itself is the same product which I love.I have to give this a 2 star rating because of the bottle making it not user friendly. The conditioner product itself is a 5 star but again in reviewing the product as a whole I had to give it 2 stars.I’m going to call the company.

It does give you thicker hair!
This shampoo absolutely 110% works! I am not sure it actually helps hair growth, but it does thicken the hair strands so that when the hair is drying it is doing so with expanded hair follicle’s. The hair is 110% thicker after using this shampoo. Love it!

I was confused when i opened my package. I was unsure whether the bottle popped until i noticed my items came with no bottle covers . It’s a mess and a waste of product . I want my money back !
