Very nice wax, works well.
The wax comes vacuum sealed so it seems like it’s all melted and clumped together but as soon as you cut the bag, it separates.The wax melts evenly and quickly. Once it’s about 2/3 of the way melted, a few quick stirs and it smooths out the rest of the way. It’s really pretty, with gold shimmering bits in it that swirl around when it’s stirred. I don’t think this affects its function but it’s pretty!!I find this wax is a bit thinner than another brand I’ve been using and I like it better. It goes on a lot smoother and not as thick, which isn’t really necessary for waxing, so it’s a better value because I am using less. I do find it almost requires a pre-wax oil, which I use anyway. I tried a spot without the oil and it’s a bit more difficult to get off than the other brand, but that was just a test and I don’t like waxing with no pre-wax oil anyway just because it’s easier on my skin and makes waxing more effective.It cooled fast and was able to be pulled off with no problem, though if it’s left too long it does get a bit brittle. I’m quick with it, so I didn’t have any issue. If you find some of it is getting stuck and difficult, just go over that with a swipe of fresh wax and use the fresh to get the first bit off.I find it’s not as stringy as the other brand. There was some, but not nearly as much and what there was was very thin.I used it on my bikini area and on the tiny hairs on the bridge of my boyfriend’s nose (they’re blonde and hard to see except in certain light) and it did a much better job of getting those out. He has sensitive skin and didn’t fuss about it, so that’s a win for me.Overall, I like this better than the wax I’ve been using. It’s a good value, even at a higher price point because I do find I used less.

Worst wax I’ve used to date
Keeps breaking on me, dries extremely fast, and broke the hairs rather than pulling them from the root. If you’re a self waxer you have no time to take a quick deep breath and brace yourself because of how fast it dries. As soon as I put the stick down it’s was almost too dry for a good pull. It made my Brazilian hell. I’ve been waxing myself every 4-6 weeks consistently for the last year or so and this wax also hurt more than any other kind I’ve used in the past.

perfect for at home
These dark green hard wax beads work amazingly well and have quickly become one of my favorite waxes to use. The consistency is perfect — they’re both strong and flexible, so the wax doesn’t crack or break apart when removing it. It grips hair really well while still being gentle enough on the skin.Another thing I really liked is how evenly and smoothly the beads melt. They heat up quickly and maintain a great texture without getting too runny or clumpy. Application is easy, and the wax spreads nicely for clean pulls.The best part is that they don’t leave behind a sticky residue on the skin after waxing. Cleanup is minimal, and skin feels smooth and clean afterward instead of irritated or covered in leftover wax.Overall, this is high-quality hard wax that performs exactly how it should. A bit above average wax. May need a second application
The wax melts and applies easily. I haven’t had any major problems removing the wax in the 2 times that i’ve used it so far. Some parts needed a second pass since the first application didn’t get all of the hair. I didn’t have any bleeding issues like the other user did but take extra care if you have sensitive skin. The beads were partially melted together when it arrived so just during shipping the heat was enough to melt parts of the wax so the low temp melting claim is pretty spot on.

Works well on thicker hair and feels less brittle
These wax beads worked really well on coarser hair compared to some softer waxes I’ve tried before. Once melted, the wax had a more flexible texture that spread evenly and removed hair pretty cleanly without constantly cracking or breaking apart.I mainly used it on areas with thicker hair and it grabbed shorter hairs better than expected. The lower temperature formula also felt a little gentler on my skin and less uncomfortable compared to very hot waxes. There is definitely still a learning curve if you are newer to waxing because the thickness and temperature matter a lot for getting clean removal. Once I figured out the right consistency though, it worked well and left my skin smoother longer than shaving.

Gorgeous wax and a joy to use!
I’m a once in a while at-home user. I’ve tried many brands of wax including the top recommended ones. I find that it all comes down to your own skill and finding the correct temperature and texture to get the best results. I’ve had very bad luck with some very popular brands because I just can’t dial in the correct temperature. It either goes brittle or is hard to spread and doesn’t grab well. I know it’s me – so your mileage may vary with any wax brand you try.This one seems to do a wonderful job for me! I was able to get my underarms bare in one go with no residue or brittle/breaking.It is soooo beautiful too! Makes waxing that much more pleasurable to be using a beautiful product.I will definitely be reordering from this brand.

Easy To Melt And Simple To Work With
These wax beads come in a large bag, so there’s plenty of product for multiple waxing sessions. The Emerald Ocean color is unique too, with a metallic green appearance that makes it easy to see while melting and applying. The beads melted evenly in my wax warmer and reached a workable consistency without much waiting.Once melted, the wax spreads smoothly and applies in a consistent layer. It stays flexible enough during removal to avoid excessive cracking, which helps make the process easier and less messy. The low-temperature formula is also nice since it doesn’t require the wax to be extremely hot before use.Whether you’re doing larger areas or spot treatments, these beads are straightforward to use. I’m certainly not an expert on home waxing, but I have my own warmer and I’ve done it a few times before. For some reason, this wax gave me a little more trouble than others I’ve used in the past. It didn’t seem to grab everything on the first pass and I had to apply it in some places two or three times to get everything. I applied a small amount of powder before beginning to protect my skin but still ended up with one small place that bleed a small amount.The beads heated up nicely and melted easily. And I like that the deep color makes it easy to see where it’s been applied. I weighed the bag and it was just a bit over 2 pounds, so you’re getting the advertised amount. There wasn’t a really noticeable scent for me, so if it’s scented, then it’s subtle, which is fine with me.All in all, it’s a fine wax and it does melt and go on smoothly. It just wasn’t giving me what I was hoping for. I might try adjusting a few things (temp, oil on skin instead of powder, drying time, etc.) and see if I get better results. I’ll report back if those things make a difference.
