Wouldn’t purchase
Would advise against purchasing this product. Ot says batana oil, but batana is not in the ingredients. Portrayed as one product (100% organic batana), yet, is a combination of other oils.

Great product, but not 100% Batana Oil…
This is not 100% Batana Oil. It contains Vitamin E and Glycerin(according to the ingredients list), amongst other things. That being said, it does moisturize the hair and leave the hair smooth and shiny. Because of this, I think this product is still worth purchasing. It’s a great price and I think it is a very good conditioner and restorer. The description seems to reflect that it is a blend. It even lists the ingredients in the area below the initial listing. However, the “100% Batana Oil” sticker on the lid in the photos is misleading. Three stars for a good conditioner, it would be higher, if the main photo was changed to reflect the actual product.

Its Okay
I wasn’t sure what to think of this batana oil, and I am not sure I know now either. It isn’t bad, but I have not seen enough of a difference to justify it. I am always looking for natural products to help improve the health of my hair, so I wanted to like this product, but the jury is still out even after consistent use.For starters, it has a natural aroma. It is neither good nor bad, but it is a bit strong until you get used to it. The consistency is thick and takes a minute or two to work through hair effectively, as it tends to clump until smoothed out.After using it consistently (with every hair wash) I have not seen any less hair fall out or signs of new growth. My hair does feel a bit softer though, so that is something. But otherwise, I just don’t think it works for me. However, if you are looking for natural hair products on a budget, this could be worth a try.

A Treat for Your Hair
The 2-pack of Divine 100% Organic Batana Oil feels lovely on my scalp and hair. The creamy consistency is similar to a conditioner or hair treatment. This Batana oil can help to prevent hair loss, strengthen hair, and nourish hair and split ends. It also has a pleasant botanical smell. After leaving the oil on for about 30 minutes, I will rinse it off and then follow it up with shampoo and conditioner. I really enjoy using this Batana oil and I will continue using it.

Time will tell its effectiveness
I’ve never heard of Batana Oil, but, decided to give this a try on my dry, greying, naturally curly hair. There’s no real explanation of what Batana oil actually is, just an image of a few ingredients.I measured out a small amount onto a spatula before massaging it into my damp, mostly dry hair. It felt a little heavy upon applying, and even after rinsing it out, following instructions, it felt a little waxy, perhaps from the glycerin in it.That it needs to be applied to mostly dry hair, then rinsed out about 30mins later, makes this more of a ritual use than something I can do in the shower or leave in after washing my hair.

The last photo/slide does indicate/disclose the ingredients,YET, the top of the jar states “Batana Oil, Raw Materials…”and use the words “Organic”.what you are getting is a BLEND.RAW batana oil has only 1 ingredient in the jar = just batana oil.The # 1 ingredient (once you get the product, as the full ingredient list is NOT on the ad page)the # 1 ingredient = WATER.and why Glycerin is added is confusing.RAW batana is supposed to have enough natural moisturizing oils that it would not be necessary to add glycerin.by having glycerin added, it then makes me question the quality or source of the batana.Words can be deceiving. although water is organic and batana oil is organic. there can be naturally made glycerin, or commercially (manufactured) glycerin. Ingredients List on Box Indicates NOT 100% Batana Oil
I want to start this review by stating that prior to this item I didn’t know a ton about batana oil. However, after doing some research, I was excited to give this a try. When I received this product I noticed it had a pleasant scent that resembled vanilla to me. The “oil” was actually very creamy and remained a consistent texture regardless of temperature. My understanding is pure oil should melt/solidify much like coconut oil.However, I decided to give it a try. I followed the directions, mostly, adding this to my scalp but also put some at the ends also. I let it sit for 20/30 minutes and washed it out. My hair does feel very soft but it’s not any smoother than before.The main reason for my 2 star review is that this is advertised as 100% batana. However, there’s a discrepancy between the ingredients on the jar versus the packaging. The consistency is also different from what I’ve read pure batana should be. This gives me pause as I would like to understand what I’m actually putting on my hair. I always get concerned when labeling and advertisement is inconsistent. This could be potentially dangerous for those with allergies who are expecting a 100% pure product.
