    Inexpensive, safety razor.

    Hey! This is a cheap five dollar razor. But it comes with a travel case that has a mirror and it comes with three blades. You should not try to use the blades that come with this razor. Throw them away! The razor is small and lightweight. It is made from some kind of inexpensive base metal but it has a nice chrome plating on it. It is of a three-piece design. It holds the blades firmly and it seems to hold them nice and straight. It does not expose too much of the blade and is not overly aggressive. It will probably hold up for a good period of time if it is cared for and not abused. It does a good job and it is handy. Because it is small and has a case it travels well. If you have not used a safety razor before this would be a good one to try out. But get some decent blades! I recommend Astra, Shark or Derby blades for use with this razor. I use Shark Super Chrome with this razor and get excellent results. Of course, your mileage may vary.

    For the money, this safety razor is a decent value. The cast metal handle is basic, but it works fine and feels sturdy enough for regular use. Loading the blade is simple, and I did not have trouble finding the right shaving angle.The included blades are very sharp, and each one gave me about four shaves before I felt it was ready to replace. The case is one of the more useful parts of the set because it fits the razor well and closes tightly. I also like that the compartment under the razor has enough room for roughly 15 to 20 blades, so the case will still be useful after the three included blades are gone.The small brush feels unnecessary to me, since this type of razor is better handled by disassembling it, rinsing it thoroughly, and drying it after each use. Overall, it is a practical starter safety razor set with a good case and sharp blades.

    whole different lifestyle and shaving technique. I didnt know that before I bought it.

    I thought this razer would of been a cool idea. It reminded me of the olden days, and i think that’s vintage. However, I also thought it would help save money, because I can refil the blades for cheap. Well, I should have done my research on these specific razers. Its like a whole lifestyle switch when it comes to shaving. I had to change up my routine, and shave PRE SHOWER with the shaving cream and everything. Then that lead to and ingrown hair. Shaving with these razers, it’s a whole different technique you have to use. And I was trying to shave everywhere on me that I normally shave with it. Well. Its a really cool razer, if you know and are experienced with using this specific kind. I am not. I shall keep it though for my collection of decorations or something.

    Finish on the item is cheap. Can see putting on the top part of the razor. Blade petrudes from sides (non sharp side) resulting in an unrefined look. Handle is weighted and is what creates the curve for the razor. As you tightened the handle to the screw, it takes shape. The small dents on either side of the razor, are practically flat and have almost no depth. Razors are sharp. Accessories are ok. Overall, this works as a last resort or super affordable version without wasting a huge amount of money.Honest opinion: buy something of better fit and finish. Especially when dealing with sharp edges.
