I’m impressed with these replacement cartridges. They are a perfect fit for my Dr. Pen and work seamlessly. I really appreciate that they come individually sealed for safety and hygiene, which is a top priority for home cosmetic use. They lock into place firmly and stay secure with no wobbling or slipping at all. Getting a 20-pack at this price point is a great value.

Confusing packaging and branding
The Dr. Pen system is great for anyone who has done their research and understands the ways that microneedling can be beneficial to their skin. Just remember, we’re talking about systematically making tiny cuts in your face, so safety and hygiene are the most important things, always.I was super confused when I received this package because it’s branded as Dr. Pen, but not sold directly by the Dr. Pen storefront. It looks like they do fit the device, but I don’t like the inconsistency in the labelling. When you’re using a device like this, you want to be COMPLETELY certain about the specs of everything you are using. If the labelling was more straightforward I would definitely try these, as they seem like a decent value and they were packaged well so appearing to be hygienic.I decided not to try these just because of the branding inconsistencies, unfortunately.

Direct fit- KNOW your pen model before ordering first!!!
I’ve used nearly every size of M8S cartridges but never nano. I’m doing strictly HA and sterile water protocols with these. My face gets super sallow after awhile and I don’t want to do super deep. Every 5 weeks I pop on one of these heads, twist, click, and done. I have seen others do a 45-60 min session and I’m lucky to hit 35 minutes. No serums or lidocaine necessary!

Great 3rd party cartridges
I am so glad I was able to try these nano needle cartridges. I have a Dr. Pen M8S microneedling pen, but I honestly did not have the confidence to use it yet because I was nervous the needles would hurt or leave my skin looking irritated afterward. These nano needles were the perfect way to ease into it because they do not actually penetrate the skin deeply. They are designed for surface use to help your skin better absorb products like vitamin C while helping smooth the skin. These are honestly perfect for beginners like me who are nervous about traditional microneedling because they feel very gentle and non-invasive while still leaving your skin looking fresh and glowy afterward.The cartridges fit my pen securely and were very easy to snap into place. The nano tips felt smooth across my skin with no scratching or dragging at all, and it actually felt relaxing to use over my entire face. I had absolutely no redness at any point. I made sure to prep my skin beforehand with a serum that I had, which worked great since these are not creating channels in the skin. Afterward my skin looked more hydrated, brighter, and my skincare seemed to absorb really nicely.I also appreciate how inexpensive these cartridges are, especially since all 20 came individually sealed. Everything felt very clean, hygienic, and professional. I like having the individually wrapped cartridges because it makes them easy to store and dispose of after each use. These honestly seem just as good as much more expensive replacement cartridges I have looked at.

Fit properly and individually packaged
I have used a few replacement cartridge brands and the first thing I check is whether they actually lock into the pen properly. These fit my compatible Dr Pen securely and did not feel loose or questionable once installed.Each cartridge being individually packaged is a big plus. They arrived clean and intact, and the cartridges have operated smoothly and consistently in the pen.There really is not much excitement to report here, which is probably exactly what you want from a replacement cartridge. Dr pen is the BEST
My review is for teh Dr Pen Nano Round Cartridges for M8S/A11/A8S/A9, 20 Count | 0.25mm, for Home Cosmetic UseDr Pen is my fave microneedling device that I primarily use on my self (and a few VERY lucky girlfriends lol)I have been buying off-brand for years..but to be able to get these now on amazon is FAB! They are certainly more expensive, but I can more easily trust that I’m using pin cartridges that are SAFE for use. Sterile., wonderfully packaged… EXCEPT does not indicate they are for specific devices (since diffferent Dr Pen may need different cartridges). If they were labeled more accurately, this woudl be 5 star!
