    Works well with water

    Takes a while to get up to a temp but that’s cause I’m putting water in there not acetone (amount of water is more so it takes more energy to get to the same temp). But it works well for my needs. I crank it up to get it hotter but then have to turn it down to not burn my fingers off. I’ve used it 3-4 times now.

I change my nail designs almost every week, so having the right tools makes a big difference.This electric nail soaking bowl has been very helpful for removing different types of gel polish. It makes the process much more convenient and efficient compared to traditional methods.It allows you to adjust the temperature, which helps speed up the removal process while still feeling gentle on the nails. I have not noticed any damage to my nails after using it. Another nice feature is that there is no strong or unpleasant smell during use.

    This is a more ‘upscale’ nail soaking bowl that can be used with water or a solvent. The way it’s designed makes it comfortable on the hands with no cramping. The interior is double-lined, so to speak, which gives it a sturdier feeling.I followed the directions to​ soak a cotton pad in solvent etc. and I did not experience any intense fumes or other negatives. It worked really well for simple nail polish, and the silicone? material around the finger area traps the fumes, so no headaches for me.Per the instructions they recommend you start with the highest setting and dial it down as needed. I found the highest to be too high and eventually found the best setting for my hands.It is super easy to clean and feels a bit like getting the professional treatment, besides saving money for a trip to the salon.Note that it is smaller than as it appears in the photos, I thought it would be about paper-plate size but in fact it’s more like a cereal or soup bowl.The negative is the price: it’s currently $45.90 at the time I write this, and that’s a bit on the pricey side.

    I really like this product the only think that I would say is that if you have a smaller hand then you might not be able to reach the bottom. Therefore you may need to use more product so your nails actually soak in there. Other than that I really like this machine.

    Great for press ons

    I use this to soak off my press on nails and have been really happy with it. I will say that it does get hotter than you might expect, so I would recommend starting on a lower temperature setting than you think you need and adjusting from there. Once dialed in though, it is really comfortable to use, heats up well, and does a great job softening the adhesive.It made removing my nails so much easier than the usual acetone soak and scrape method. A really solid little tool that has made my nail routine more comfortable overall.

    Review for electric nail soaking bowl.This heated nail soaking bowl is very nice quality with premium features. There is a separate heating base and the soaking bowl sits in it. There is a finger isolation gasket in the bowl to stick each of your fingers through. This keeps heat from escaping and solvent fumes from evaporating/escaping. There’s a lid to cover the bowl when not in use, a file, a cuticle pusher, and two plastic liners with measuring marks. The heat is fully adjustable and customizable with temperatures from 86F to 140F. My daughter says it was too hot for comfort at the highest setting, so we dialed it down until it felt comfortable. There are 3 preset timers for 5, 10, and 15 minutes. Gel and acrylic soak off faster when the solvent is warm, so this electric soaking bowl really speeds the process. This soaking bowl is not just for soaking off nail enhancements. It is excellent for warm soapy water or lotion for natural nail manicures. The separate bowl allows for the components to be easily cleaned and sanitized. Replacement plastic bowls and finger isolation gaskets are sold separately. I have tried another electric soaking bowl, and this one is much nicer and more comfortable, with more features. I recommend.
