    Not bad!

    The wholes are imperforated,It’s a little loose for my head, but I get that cuz it’s free size To fit everyone.The quality is fair, but you need to be careful while using it, cuz it might tear.I think you would be able to use it up to 5 times and I believe regarding the price, that worth it.

    Holes where not perforated. If you apply too much force while trying to perforate the holes to your highlights preference, the whole cap rips apart

    This is a too large, too thick, no holes, terrible cap.I don’t like anything about it. You have to use a lot of force to get the hook through.Waste of money

    Hard to work

    First it’s really hard to make holes while it’s on the head so make holes first then wear it ,the problem is the holes are so tiny or if you try to make it bigger it will tear !

    The cap was large and the holes were not open.

    The “Professional Reusable Hair Coloring Cap” is not a true professional frosting cap. The cap is large and does not fit to the head. The holes in the cap were closed. I had to punch a hole in each indication of a hole before I could use it. The rubber cap tore in the top leaving a larger hole. The hook is very small making it difficult to pull hair through. I had a cosmetologist licensure, I can say this frosting cap is not a quality cap for professional cosmetologist. I would not recommend purchasing this frosting cap.

    It’s a great product but my only problem is the holes a too small for me to see. I’m a novice home hair care person meaning I can do somethings to my hair but using this for highlighting my hair is beyond my capabilities.

    This highlighting cap worked great for at-home hair coloring. The cap is soft, comfortable, and reusable, and the hook made it easy to pull hair through the holes.     Had hard time making holes at the first but i figured out fast.You need to put cushion/pillow to make it like wearing hat. For you to not rip holes big, please place two finger between a hole and push needle down hard & fast.Just hard to pull your back hair out. But I had great experience with this hat and got super nice colour as homemade highlighting !!!!! Super recommend it !!

    Not worth money, time and effort for this

    After reading all those reviews and searching for some tips on using this, I was excited to figure out how the cap works on my own and I was confident enough not to tear these holes apart. I spent 20 mins to poke the hole with the small knives that were enough for the hook go through but not too much hair (you can see the holes I poked were very small). The cap was a bit loose on my head and have a weird silicon smell. Despite all the carefulness of putting the hook in and pulling hairs out carefully, the holes still ripped. It was so vulnerable that if you used a bit force, it will tear apart, even if you poke the holes before or not. My hair also falling down and it hurts pulling it out.I’m new to highlight cap, but I read thru all the reviews and tips carefully but it still happens, and the cap is not returnable as well. So, to all the new reviewers out there, if you are hesitating, DON’T BUY THIS!!! Trust the negative reviews that people left here. It is clear that the negative reviews appeared more compared to the positive reviews but I still wanna give it a try. Despite all the carefulness and knowledge, it is not good enough for you to waste your time. A disposable cap would be a better option. 8 bucks for a highlighting cap is not really expensive, but it is not worth your time and effort for this.
