    Great for dermaplaning

    This is a really nice set of razors for dermaplaning and includes two bonus packs of blotting papers as well. My skin doesn’t tend to be very greasy at all so those are not as useful to me but it’s a nice bonus for those that need them or want to try them.I love that these come packaged in small sets of 3 as well so they are easy to store or carry with you if you are travelling.The instructions and packaging though may be difficult for English speakers to navigate. If you’ve done dermaplaning before, you probably already know what to do. If this is your first time, definitely review some instructions online for the correct way and the best way to prep your skin as well. The instructions on the package and in the listing while not wrong, may not make it super clear what some dos or don’ts are.The major things you need to do for using these is making sure your skin is super clean- absolutely nothing on it since these will act as physical exfoliators. If you have moisturizer or any skin products, you can dull the blade and may not get as smooth of results as you otherwise would. Working in small, short strokes, you need to hold the blade at about a 45 degree angle. Depending on what part of your face you’re working on, you may have quite a bit of peach fuzz that shows on the razor and that means your doing it right!When you’re done, I like to put on a soothing skincare and avoid any other exfoliants or harsher treatments for a few days (e.g. retinol, etc.). These will help your products absorb better and your makeup to apply more smoothly. I was skeptical for a long time and now I’m a believer!And, no, it doesn’t make the peach fuzz on your face come back any darker or thicker. 🙂

    No issues or problems with these. I’ve been using the more expensive name brands of facial razors, so I’m glad to have found a less expensive alternative. The plastic handle is sturdy giving you great precision with the blade. I use these every couple of weeks on the peach fuzz near my hairline (by my ears) and around my eyebrows- I found they work best using something like body wash (with a slickness to it) for the blade to effortlessly and effectively glide over the skin in just one pass. You also get oil blotting papers with this set of razors – they’re the perfect size for carry in purse, wristlet or even pocket, and fabulous in high humidity especially if your skin tends to be oily. 👍🏻

    Sharp Tools That Do What They’re Supposed To

    I have been dermaplaning for about a year now, and it took awhile for me to make that leap. I was worried that the hair on my face would grow back coarser or darker, but that is definitely not the case. Removing the hair makes me face smoother, softer, and make-up applies much more evenly. I really like these razors, they are solid, the blades are sharp, and the handles are comfortable to hold. They removed peach fuzz comfortably with little effort and no nicks. There’s not much more you could ask for. I like that you get three individual packs with 3 razors each in them. I feel like having them sealed keeps them together and clean until you use them. I typically use each razor about 2 times before disposing of it, so I always appreciate multiple razors in a pack. The blotting papers are an okay addition, but don’t make or break the deal. I wish they were a little bigger, but they work fine for my nose area which is where I typically develop a shine as the day goes on.

    Be cautious and careful using these!

    This comes with 3 packs of razors with 3 in each pack, good for keeping track of which ones you’ve used and which will be saved for later use.This is the first time I have removed the peach fuzz from my face, and I was really nervous about it. I do not want stubble on my face, or hair growing back thicker. I also don’t want to damage the skin on my face taking a blade to it. I watched a bunch of videos online and followed all of the recommendations – fresh washed and dried face, holding the blade at 45` angle, holding the handle gently at the end and doing small, feathery strokes downward, working down to the jawline. I cleaned the blade with an alcohol saturated cotton pad between each time I got to my jawline. Then I used a chemical-free, fragrance-free moisturizer afterwards, and let my skin calm overnight.This was my experience with these razors: I shaved my entire face (except nose) using the recommended techniques above. There was still a little visible fuzz following the first pass, so I repeated the process where I saw the remaining fuzz – over my cheeks. When I was finished, I saw three nicks around my mouth and one scratch from the blade on my chin. My cheeks were really red and stinging, and the skin on my temples was really tender. I have let 2 days pass with gentle cleansing and moisturizer only, and my face is still sensitive. Maybe tomorrow I may be ready for foundation. We’ll see.Now, being my first time – are my results due to operator error? Maybe. But I was really careful following the recommended procedures. Or, are my results due to blades that aren’t the best out there? I have nothing to compare these blades to, so I really cannot answer that.IF I try this again, I will wait at least 2 weeks before attempting again, and I will not do my entire face. I’d rather have a little barely visible blonde peach fuzz than raging red, angry skin.My advice to first-timers – maybe just try a small area on your face to start out, and then add more areas the next day if all goes well overnight. I hope my experience helps you!

    Won’t use any other brand!

    These are the best! I ordered a different, only slightly cheaper offbrand to test & promptly returned. There is a difference! If new pack,new product to you, take extra care first few swipes of your face/area—thankfully, very sharp, but use caution first few times.

    I’ve been using these razors for a few years now and love them! My aunt recommended it for peach fuzz on my face and they work great. I find they last for a while, too, before I need to switch to a new razor. I’d definitely buy again!

    SHARP!

    As these should be, they are sharp! As a novice to this skin care technique I can say wholeheartedly, be careful. I cut myself a few times without realizing it. Perhaps watch some videos first if you’re new to this.The product comes packaged in 3 separate packs of 3. Not sure all the plastic is necessary but at least it’s tidy. The package itself is in Japanese so I translated it in the photos above. I always like to see if there’s any information worth knowing on the package.Additionally, this set came with two cute little packs of blotting papers. Other than being a product that’s in general used on the face I’m not sure how they’re related. In any case, they’re really cute packs that will be easily stashed in a purse without taking up much room. For us oily girls these papers are very handy and I’m happy about the inclusion. Even without them this is a good value for 9 razors.*Please do your own research but from what I’ve read, these are probably only single use blades due to high probability of contamination. If using more than once definitely clean well with alcohol.
