Review for Fandamei nail prep kit, 14 pieces.This kit is for regular manicures and nail prep and shaping for enhancements.It contains: “3 x nail files 100/180; 2 x polishing files; 1 x 7 way nail buffer; 1 x rectangular 180 grit nail buffer; 3 x rectangular 80 grit black nail buffer block; 1 x cuticle trimmer; 1 x cuticle pusher; 1 x triangular cuticle peeler; 1 x nail cuticle fork.”I don’t like the cuticle fork because those rarely work for my cuticles, but I do like the “cuticle trimmer” (aka cuticle nippers). The “triangular cuticle peeler” (aka nail scraper) and cuticle pusher are also the usual helpful tools. I like the nail files, polishing files (padded buffers), and 7 way buffer (great for natural nails). I’m not a fan of the buffing blocks, and the reason is that they are thin and floppy. I like my block buffers thick and more rigid. They work, but not as well. Overall, this is a good set with a nice variety of necessary items for nail prep. I am removing a star for the block buffers being thin. It’s a decent value at the current price of 7.99, especially because of the cuticle nippers, files, polishing files (padded buffers), and 7 way buffer.

Very useful set, Well-made tools.
This is a great set for anyone who spends a decent bit of time on their nails and novices alike. It has everything you need without just loading you up on one or two items that you can’t use. I wear my nails a lot of ways so whether it’s natural, gel nails, or press-ons, this set worked well for all forms.The metal items like the nippers and cuticle pushers are well made and have no rough edges or harmful jagged parts. The nippers in particular are sharp and very effective, there’s great spring action and the handle is very tight. They are by far one of my favorite items in the set. My second favorite items are the variety of nil files, in particular the curve edged one has a perfect curve and grit and is my go-to nail file.
