I have been using this product for quite a while, my son and I both, for at least 2 years. I love the ingredients, I love how invigorating it feels, and I love the way it makes my hair feel. I recommend it to everyone looking for a quality shampoo without sulfates and parabens. My most recent order however, was a huge blunder. The conditioner was actually shampoo. It was definitely NOT conditioner; it lathered and created suds like shampoo, and when testing it out, my hair felt like it had been washed twice, without conditioner. My hair was not soft like usual, and was full of static. I even washed our hair brushes with the “conditioner” to prove that it was not, in fact, conditioner. I contacted the company customer support directly. They were so friendly, prompt, and courteous. I offered to provide pictures and videos as proof, but it wasn’t necessary; they are sending out a replacement bottle. It’s one thing to have a quality product, it’s another to have exemplary customer service and to acknowledge loyal customers. Mistakes happen! I cannot praise this product and company enough

Conditioner has really bad smell.
I have been using it about a month. It seems to make my hair a little oily on the second day. I don’t wash my hair every day. It is thinner than most shampoo, but not so much that it just runs through my fingers as someone mentioned. Doesn’t take a whole lot. The smell is okay. Not unpleasant. I have not started using the conditioner yet as I am finishing the bottle of something else I had been using. I haven’t noticed yet that it has stopped my hair loss, which is what I purchased it for. I have started using the conditioner and am very disappointed. It is hard to get out of the bottle and the smell is so strong it makes my eyes burn, and difficult to breath it in and my scalp tingle. It does make my hair soft and silky though, but don’t know if I can continue using because of the smell.

Stay Away, the smell will make your friends stand back
I would give NO stars if I could.I honestly had high hopes for this shampoo conditioner set. First red flag, the smell – I got past it, not everything that helps us is going to smell good. The first use – had a handful of hair in hand after shampooing. Let it slide since it was the first use and maybe I hadn’t washed my hair for a day or 2. The conditioner is kind of thin, but the peppermint in it is strong. So strong that my scalp continued to tingle hours after my hair was dry. Especially where the conditioner had gotten close to the scalp on the back on my head and behind my ears. Walking around the house after my hair was dry I kept smelling dirty gym socks – spoiler that was the shampoo and conditioner. Gave it a few more uses, because I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. More and more hair came out after every use. And the smell of it once my hair was dry made me so self conscious that I was afraid other people would smell it and think I didn’t know how to take care of myself. There is a shampoo line from a store sponsored by a cute dog that has rosemary and peppermint in the title, just like these and they do the same thing and they smell wonderful – WHAT HAPPENED?

After pregnancy and breastfeeding, my hair became much thinner. Now I’m trying to restore my previous thickness. I drink vitamins for hair growth, and also eat a lot of protein and started using this shampoo and conditioner. The smell is simply incredible. And after washing my hair, it curled up in very cute curls. I haven’t seen such curls on my head for over 15 years. It was unexpected, but very beautiful. And what’s important, my hair can be combed as usual after that. No additional problems arose because of this. It’s still too early to say whether it really restores hair, because it takes at least six months to see any results. But I think it helps, because I’ve used other products from this brand and they were all very good quality. Therefore, I sincerely recommend this set.
