One of the Best Detangling Brushes I’ve Used
I have very long hair, so I’m always willing to try a new detangling brush. Most end up being fine but not all that different from the dozens of others I’ve used. This one genuinely surprised me.At first, the design feels a little strange. The individual flexible sections make it look very different from a traditional paddle brush, and I wasn’t immediately convinced it would work as well as a standard brush.It didn’t take long to change my mind.The flexible design glides through tangles remarkably well on both wet and dry hair. Instead of catching and pulling, it seems to move with the hair, making detangling feel much gentler while still getting through knots efficiently. I noticed less tugging than I typically expect, especially with my longer hair.I also ended up loving it for blow drying. The vented, flexible design allows air to move through easily, helping hair dry more efficiently while still giving enough control for styling. It made the whole process feel smoother and more comfortable than using a traditional brush.Build quality feels solid, and despite all the individual sections, the brush never felt flimsy or like it was going to come apart during use.Overall, this is an easy 5 stars. It may look a little unconventional at first, but the performance completely won me over. It’s become one of my favorite detangling brushes for both wet and dry hair, works wonderfully while blow drying, and is absolutely one I’d purchase again.

It really works! Great if you have fine/curly hair and get snags.
I have terrible hair to comb and it’s such a struggle to find a good hair brush… I have fine hair that kind of wants to curl but doesn’t unless you help it if that makes sense. Anyways it gets knotted up really easy if I don’t brush it enough but brushing also pulls out like so much hair. I really like this brush and I think it’s actually a lot better especially when I have snags and it’s kind of different to any brush I’ve used before. It’s a really simple idea, but each of hair spikes or whatever they’re called is on its own separate plastic thing, and they can each move pretty far independently as you comb so it’s like they won’t just necessarily pull out the snag while you can still be loosening the ends of the snag if that makes sense to anybody who gets snags like me lol. Like to be fair it’s just one piece of molded plastic, but the prongs do you have a lot of bend to them and don’t seem like they’re going to break or anything and I have used it to get out a couple really big snags that form on the back of my head because i put my hair up in a bun to sleep. I’m not crazy about the color but that doesn’t really matter. Honestly it’s a really good idea and it really works…. Like I don’t think the materials cost is maybe up to the price point but it’s worth it just because it actually works and because it’s such a clever idea, like honestly it is.

FlexiFlow Detangling Hair Brush- Oddly effective, funny looking brush. My new 1st place detangler.
This brush is nuts. I think it’s just a regular brush with no top, but that somehow makes brushing totally painless. It’s the craziest thing to me. There’s a point when my hair is drying where it’s less than damp but not dry, that brushing it is avoided completely, because I just tangle it up and stretch it out more. This lets go before it does either.For reference, I have hair that stops right above my waist, that as for as long as I can remember tangles super easily. Through high school and years I “did my hair”, I always had to carry a brush with me and as a child my mom just kept it in a pony tail or braid. Now as an adult that’s a bit of a recluse, I keep it in a bun or ponytail most days. The main criterion for conditioners is that they detangle, and if they don’t, it’s awful after a shower. I think it’s honest to say that 90% of my haircare routine revolves around preventing tangling and detangling.I don’t want to sound like an ad for this thing, but it’s weird to me. The best detangling brushes before this one detangled by kind of sliding the knots down towards the end, but you still had to push through. This thing lets go when a certain amount of resistance is reached but also seems to detangle rather than just push so it isn’t like it’s doing it with each stroke.As for value, this thing is $20.00 less than my former name brand “best detangling brush”, so yeah, excellent value to me. It’s funny because one of the product images says “There’s a reason this is so expensive”.. with the regular price at $13.99 at the time of my order. Apparently someone hasn’t looked at the price of some of the top name brand brushes. I have to admit, I fell for the name and price = value thing with this brush as I had it over a week before I even tried it. I’m sure much of that was because it looks sorta’ incomplete but apparently there’s a reason for the design.So yes, five enthusiastic stars for this one from me.

Just okay for our household
The FlexiFlow Detangling Hair Brush is a unique design, but overall it is just okay for our household. It features eight individual arms with firm, hard-plastic bristles that spread wide and move flexibly in every direction. On my own hair—which is fine, thick, and brushed daily—the firm bristles give a really nice scalp massage and handle everyday brushing well. However, if I hit a stubborn knot, it takes several passes to work through and does tend to pull.Where it really falls short for us is on my daughter’s hair. She has fine, wavy hair that tangles very easily, and using this brush dry takes way too many passes and pulls significantly more than our other brushes, leaving her holding the top of her head in discomfort. I could see this design working much better in the shower on wet hair loaded with conditioner rather than on dry hair. While it is definitely an interesting and flexible brush, I wouldn’t repurchase it since it only works decently for me and doesn’t work well for my kiddo.
