So far I really like this shampoo!
I just received this a week ago. Obviously it is way too soon to see if it helps with “regrowth” or not. However, in the past week I have noticed my hair seems to be healthier. It is softer, more shiny, and the shedding has almost stopped! The 1st time I used it I thought it made my hair shedding worse, but I decided to keep trying, and 1x is not accurate. I am glad I kept using. I’ve tried so many shampoos that is supposed to help the scalp and regrowing, some/most are b.s. I focus more now on keeping my scalp healthy and my hair strong. So far it seems this shampoo is doing both!The foam…..I thought I wouldn’t like it, but surprisingly I do. I have also noticed my hair isn’t as greasy looking the next morning. I think this is a fantastic deal, 2 bottles for 1 price. I like the smell as well, it smells like a typical rosemary soap, but it isn’t overwhelming and once my hair is rinsed and dry, it has a light scent to it. I do have to use an additional conditioner, my hair gets too tangled with just the shampoo. At this point I would recommend it, to anyone who wants healthy hair and scalp. I will absolutely update this in a month or 2 to see if anything changes.

Herbal shampoo
I purchased this product to help with hair thinning. I have done a bit of reading into hair thinning and what the causes and potential solutions are. The pros are that many of the remedies that I came across are ingredients in this shampoo, so I figured it was worth a try. It arrived well packaged and with two bottles of the foaming shampoo. I was glad because it will likely take that long to properly assess whether this is providing a benefit. With that said, even as a general use shampoo, this is priced reasonably for two bottles. It claims to be paraban, sulfate, and phthalate free, which is a huge plus in my book. I like the cleaning properties of tea tree oil and even use a face wash with it. I was glad to see that as an ingredient, as I often add a few drops to my shampoo anyhow.The cons are that this product is from China. For some, this may not be a factor. I am uncertain of the claims, ingredients, and regulation of these products. Next, it is a foaming shampoo. I do not feel this is necessary. It almost seems like a waste of packaging for two bottles of a foaming product when one bottle of a normal consistency would provide equal or more product. You have to use several pumps of this foam to have enough product to properly shampoo your hair, leading to this bottle to run out much faster than traditional shampoo.The product is easy to use and has a scent that is okay and what I expected, given the ingredients. Personally, I prefer a product like this that is more herbal rather than a product that is being masked and overly scented with artificial fragrances.

Just ok cleaning
I was curious to see how washing my hair with a foam shampoo would go, since I know with things like foam hand soap I’m getting a lot less of the product. Unfortunately, it was a little bit of a failed experiment. Even with multiple pumps of product, I never felt that this shampoo really penetrated to my scalp and got my head and hair totally clean. For reference, I’m female, have medium length, thick hair, and typically wash my hair daily.The scent of this shampoo is as expected (that is, rosemary) which is pretty decent smelling if you like earthy, herbal scents. The pump functions fine, but the amount dispensed is small, especially if you have a lot of hair.I don’t have hair loss, but my husband does, and he did not notice a change from using this shampoo for a couple of weeks. It’s possible that it would have greater effect with longer use, but I’m fairly skeptical.I would only recommend using this if you have quite fine hair, and even then probably in conjunction with something that has a little more scrubbing power.

Pleasant aroma
Both bottle came packaged and in good shape. The pump dispenser works well. There is a light aroma of the rosemary. Which doesn’t seem to really carry much beyond the shower on me which is nice. My hair does seem to need a little less conditioner with this. I can’t speak to the regrowth claims. At least not yet after a months worth of use.It is a foaming shampoo. I think I would have preferred a regular pump concentrate. So it takes me a few pumps to get shorter hair cleaned up. I am also noticing that while using it my hair doesn’t get that classic clean feeling. Everything comes out fine after the shower though. Make sure to read the bottle and understand the ingredients and sourcing.

It Cleans Gently and Throughly, and it Smells Good, Too!
The first thing I did when I got this shampoo was to take a whiff. To be completely honest, most people aren’t going to use a product if it smells nasty unless it’s a prescription product and they have to use it. Well, that’s not an issue here. This shampoo smells fresh, herbal, and has just a hint of ginger. It’s pleasant and refreshing. The best part is that the scent doesn’t linger once you rinse your hair, so there’s no worry that it will fight with your perfume or cologne.I like the fact that the product dispenses as a foam. It took me a few times to get use to using foam vs regular liquid shampoo. At first I didn’t think I had enough on my hair because it kind of disappears and doesn’t foam up like liquid shampoo. However, what I discovered is that it works just as well as liquid shampoo and rinses out much faster. I also discovered that I don’t need nearly as much hair conditioner either. My hair is shiny, static free, and my natural wave has returned, which was a pleasant surprise.I can’t testify as to whether it actually promotes hair growth because I haven’t been using it long enough to be able to determine whether it works or not. The shampoo is gentle, cleans my fine, color-treated hair without stripping the color or making my hair look and feel like straw. It smells good, rinses out quickly and completely, and doesn’t leave any residue that weighs my hair down. I love it, and $20 a bottle is a great value even if I eventually determine that it doesn’t promote hair growth. Just finding a product that cleans so gently and throughly that my natural wave has returned makes it a 5 star product in my book. I highly recommend it.

Foaming shampoo
I received this foaming shampoo so I could give it my honest review. My initial thoughts are– I was surprised that two bottles came with the order– It’s supposed to help with hair growth, which I can use since I have an iron deficiency and hair falls out when it’s lowWhen I opened this to pump some shampoo into my hand, it reminded me of the hand soap we have in our half-bath since it’s foaming hand soap. When I pumped it into my hand, there wasn’t a lot, then I noticed the instructions said about 5 pumps to have enough to use as shampoo. The rosemary smell is a little strong, kind of woody/earthy, so it was a bit more than I like.Sure enough, when I washed my hair with it, it took at least 5 pumps for my hair. I do have a full head of hair and even though I’ve been retired for almost 10 years, I still keep a business style haircut, maybe a little longer. While I could smell the Rosemary while I washed my hair, it wasn’t as strong in the shower and I didn’t notice it after I got out or once my hair dried.I had thought I might feel a tingle, if it does something to help with hair growth, but what it does seem to be more subtle because I couldn’t tell any difference from my standard shampoo, at least for this stated ability.My wife tried it as well and her first time, she only used 2 pumps (not having read the instructions) so was not very happy with the suds that were produced. I explained the issue and after that she was happier with the shampoo and really liked the smell.I will give this a 4/5, primarily because I don’t see the need for foam shampoo, seems more of a waste of shampoo since it takes so many pumps to get a good head of suds. As far as the hair growth ability, I guess I’ll have to see how it goes after both bottles are used.

Foam Shampoo with Biotin & Rosemary for Hair Growth, 13.53 fl. oz. (Pack of 2) – Worth a Try!
This is an interesting foaming shampoo that claims to activate roots and stimulate hair growth. There are some ingredients that actually have some scientific basis in fact. Unfortunately, I could not find any information regarding the concentration of ingredients. My thought was if the shampoo cleans my hair, any additional benefits would be icing on the cake. The dispenser does create a fairly good amount of foaming product per pump. The aroma is somewhat clinical, not quite medicinal, but not objectionable. If you don’t have a lot of hair (like me), a single pump or two is plenty, and less than the recommended 3-5 pumps in the package insert.The ingredients that have the most scientific evidence for effectiveness:Rosemary oil: Found to be as effective as 2% minoxidil after 6 months of useCaffeine: Topical caffeine has some of the most promising results among natural hair-growth products, with studies showing it may help stimulate hair follicles.Diaminopyrimidine Oxide (Aminexil): A structural analog of minoxidil. it has been included in hair lotions that showed safety and effectiveness as a topical hair-loss treatment in studies, with statistically significant increases in total hair fibers and hairs in active growth phase.The rest of the ingredients (hydrolyzed keratin, Tea Tree oil, ginger root extract, panthenol, caffeine, ginseng root extract, He Shou Wu extract, arborvitae leaf extract, and citric acid) may or may not have properties that support a healthy scalp, prevent itching and flaking, or impart shine and manageability to your hair.The actual shampoo is effective in cleaning the hair and scalp but as for hair growth, I suspect it will take months of use to see any improvements. As mentioned above, since it is an effective shampoo, I’m willing to roll the dice when it comes to claims of hair growth. The only thing I have to lose has already receded, so it may be worth a shot.

Made with the Good Stuff
Rosemary oil , Ginseng Root Extract, Tree Teal Oil, and Biotin…these are use a few of the botanical blends in this foaming shampoo. I happen to love foam because it feels like it’s cleaning better. And I love the tactile experience of feeling the foam on my hands. I was happy with how the shampoo made my hair look and feel—thicker, healthier and shinier. I have fine, thin, curly hair that looks decent only when I use the right products. In fact, the right products make it look better than decent, and this did- every time I used. We’ll see if the continue use helps my hair grow. Either way, I love the shampoo.
